Abstract

Student data has an important role, especially in an educational institution. Because the data can be used as a reference for planning further education programs. The Education Office is a Work Unit of the Education Office in the City Administration in the implementation of educational activities in the City Administration Area. In this case the Education Office Tribe does not have the authority to manage student data which causes the institution must take a long time if at any time such data is needed because the Education Department Tribe must coordinate with the Implementing Unit (Satlak) to request data from the school, not yet a database for student data ona periodic basis, as well as frequent differences in data between one data with another. In this case the researchers used the waterfall method for making student management systems, and used UML (Unified Modeling Language) in designing student management systems and using SWOT analysis methods (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats. Based on the results of research from the student management system it can be concluded that this system can facilitate inter-educational institutions in monitoring student data and transfer student data that will be transformed into information that can be useful for those who use it.

Abstract

Directorate General of Customs and Excise needs a breakthrough by using audit to manage information technology around it. Managing information technology are urgently needed for Directorate General of Customs and Excise in order to correct the past mistake, improve, and evaluate itself. The method that we were used to measure capability level in this study are COBIT 5 framework which develope by ISACA. This COBIT 5 focused on Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) which cover Services, Security Management, Continuity, Services Support for Stakeholders, Data Management, and Operational Facility. This study are based on qualitative research and data sample. Data sample gained by doing survey on selective respondents whis is first hand user who involve at managing information technology process. The research indicate that the level of capability DJBC at domains DSS is 2.09, which means still at the level 2 (managed process), it means that the process has been implemented regularly, there is planning and monitored. So, it needed recommendation the target level to be achieved level 3 with by improving the documentation of the processes manage information technology and compile requirements, classification, and prioritization in service delivery and incidenthandling

Abstract

Data presentation is one of the main performance indicators for agencies of theDirectorate General of Customs and Excise, especially the Echelon II unit, namely the Directorate of Customs and Excise Information at the Subdirectorate of Data Management and Services. The large number of data requirements required makes the server load on the database even greater, for this purpose a replication database is called a database report as a database that is used as a database for data retrieval. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction in the use and utilization of the database report as a source of data in presenting datausing the Delone and McLean models. In measuring the success of the system there are variables in information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, and user satisfaction that are associated with the net benefits received by individuals or organizations. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires through the Google Forms link to employees in the Data Management and Service Subdirectorate, the results of the questionnaire were processed usingSEM-PLS techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 tools. Based on the results of the analysis, the percentage of success in using the database report is 75.7% at level 4 between 61% - 80%, which is success, but there still needs to be a lot of improvement to become a better government agency.

Abstract

Education is a process of civilizing humans so education is very important for the transfer of culture. Education aims to build the totality of human capabilities, both as individuals and members of society. As a vital element in civilized human life, culture takes its constituent elements from all the sciences which are considered truly vital and are very necessary in interpreting everything in their lives. Humans who do not know culture are not the same as their own people. Therefore we mustpreserve and preserve culture by means of the educational process including cultural elements. So cultural elements should be included in the education process so that output from education is not only knowledge but is ready to live in society

Abstract

Rapid technological development makes people work more efficiently, including the transaction process. Percetakan Rezeki Bersaudara is a company that runs in the printing sector, which does a lot of transactions every day. However, in the transaction process, Percetakan Rezeki Bersaudara still uses a manual system so that it does not have a system that is efficient in material and time aspects. The creation of a new computerized system is expected to improve efficiency in both material and time aspects. Data collection methods that I use qualitative types, namely by means of observation and interviews. From this study produced a web-based transaction system application. This application increases the level of efficiency in the material aspect because it does not require paper in the process, and also improvesefficiency in the aspect of time because it uses a computer network so that transactions can be done faster.

Abstract

Attendance system at PT Ray Propertindo currently uses RFID card as an employee identification to conduct the presenting process. The company also has a policy of wage cuts in accordance with the accumulated time delays. But the problem is found that there is a tap RFID card by others so that employees who actually come late not recorded the delay. Another problem is, the existing system can notdirectly calculate the amount of wage deductions according to the needs of the company. Based on the problem, it required a fingerprint attendance system to avoid the process of attendance by others. In addition, a system that can read data from the fingerprint machine to calculate the appropriate wage deductions. Data collection methods used in this study using field studies in the form of interviews and observations as well as literature studies of journals related to the issues discussed. The SWOT method is used to determine the problem analysis. For the design method used UML as visual modeling. With the creation of this system, it can minimize the fraud on the attendance machine. Employees can see the performance of their attendance at any time. HRD staff can see directly how much the wage earned by each employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system in evaluating the best innovation works using website-based weighted product method at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Jakarta - Tangerang - Cengkareng Branch. The method in collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and literature study, then the method of analysis uses the Waterfall Approach System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system, in the system design method using object-based methods namely Unified Modelling Language (UML) consisting of Use case diagrams , Activity diagram, Sequence diagram and Class diagram, then the decision support system method used is the Weighted Product method, and the testing method used is Blackbox Testing. The design of the program uses PHP version 5.6.37 programming language and Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 version 11.0 as a text editor, and MySQL version 4.8.2 as a database. The results of this study can be expected to assist infacilitating and reducing the time needed in the decision-making process, making judgment decisions more accurate in recording and calculation, minimizing data loss, saving costs for printing costs, andmaximizing company performance.

Abstract

CV. Berkat RR Abadi Motor was established 2010 because at the time there was nobike shop around the house is located in Perumnas Rawa-Lumbu-Bekasi, I engaged in the service of motor services and sales of spare parts. Spare parts sales system that existed at CV. Independent Motor today still run manually thus making the authors are interested in creating a system that is more computerized and structured by program application and the Design System by UML modeling. CV. Berkat RR Abadi Motor is a business entity engaged in official Motorbike services that provide maintenance, repair and sales of spare parts. In every business activity always has a problem, such as having problems in the vehicle repair system and spare parts sales. This system was designed to help the process of controlling the motor spare parts stock and assist the process of administration and create sales reports. This system which will facilitate the sales process and control of spare parts, so as to give a stock report more accurate motor spare parts. And minimize the possibility of fraud because the stock is more unsupervised motor spareparts
