Abstract

This research aims to find out the process of policy formulation of Karawang Cerdas scholarship held in 2020 by the local government of Karawang Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of public policy formation process by William N Dunn. The data collection techniques used in this study is observation and interview techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used the qualitative-descriptive approach. The results of this study showed is conformity between the teory of public policy formation process put forward by William N. Dunn and the process of public policy formation of Karawang Cerdas program in 2020. Nevertheless, the results of this study also showed that there are still a number of problems in the process of public policy formation.

Abstract

This paper explains SIMPONIE Application as Public Service Innovation to Improve Quality in Licensing Services in South Tangerang City. This paper also further discusses One-stop integrated service organized by DPMPTSP based on the Simponie application. The purpose of this research is to know the innovations that made the south Tangerang City Government in an effort to improve the quality of licensing and the role of DPMPTSP in conducting public service innovations on the Simponie Application in an effort to improve the quality of licensing services. The theory used in this research is Rogers theory of innovation attribute theory. This theory uses five assessment indicators namely Relative Advantage, Compability, Complexity, Triability and Observability.. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the Simponie application-based service innovation is in accordance with the innovation attributes in improving licensing services in South Tangerang City but has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax awareness literacy on tax compliance. The type of this research is the students of the Indonesian Education University, Faculty of Economics and Business Education. The data used in this research is using primary data with the distribution through a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that tax literacy has an effect on tax compliance for students of the Indonesian Education University, Faculty of Economics and Business Education.

Abstract

This study examines the dysfunctional behavior of auditing which is a conflicting behavior with ethics and morals, this is very important for students so that when they enter the world of work they can create a clean and fraud-free environment and conduct non-contradictory behavior with ethics and morals. This study aims to determine the effect of machiavellian traits, locus of control, and HEXACO's personality on Dysfunctional audit behavior in accounting students. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a survey approach. Data retrieval using a questionnaire distributed via google form to students who meet the criteria in this study are students who have contracted Auditing courses. Analysis tool on This research is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the Machiavellian trait has a positive effect on Dysfunctional audit behavior, Locus of control has a positive effect on dysfunctional audit behavior, while for HEXACO personality has a negative influence on dysfunctional audit behavior. This matter indicates that a person's personality can reduce indications for dysfunctional behavior audit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of authoritative parenting on interpersonal skills moderated by peer support in adolescents in Bandung. The participants in this study were (N=400, aged 13-19 years old living with their parents, and domiciled in Bandung) who filled out an instrument containing authoritative parenting measuring tools to measure authoritative parenting, Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire (ICQ) to measure interpersonal skills, and the Social Provosion Scale to measure peer support. Data analysis used was linear regression analysis to determine the effect of authoritative influence on interpersonal skills and peer support on interpersonal skills, and multiple regression analysis with moderation to measure the effect of authoritative parenting on interpersonal skills moderated by peer support. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of authoritative parenting on interpersonal skills of -0.399 with a significance value of 0.000. There is an effect of peer support on interpersonal skills of 0.281 with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the moderation analysis showed that peer support moderated the influence of authoritative parenting on interpersonal skills. The resulting moderation form is peer support which reduces the influence of authoritative parenting on adolescent interpersonal skills in the city of Bandung.
