The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the marketing 7P people KUR PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Northen Tomohon Unit, Tomohon City by using the concept of a Likert Scale to analyze 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process). The research was conducted in October through December 2016, using primary and secondary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method and sample size is 88 respondents. The analitycal method used is descriptive data analysis to describe the perception customer towards the implementation of the program 7P KUR Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit in northern city of Tomohon. To measure the perception was used Likert Scale. The results showed that the perception of customer satisfaction index score towards the delivery service kredit of the people in the bank BRI Nothen Tomohon Unit, Tomohon city is at its 84,41% and relatively strongly agree (SS).

This study aims to identify the supporting and obstacle factors of strawberry farming in the Rurukan and Rurukan Satu Villages. The study was carried out in three months, Â July to September 2016. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The total respondents were seven farmers consisted of 5 farmers who were still farming strawberry and two farmers who previously cultivated strawberry. The analysis used in this study was a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the farmers and to identify the factors supporting and obstacle factors in strawberry farm. The results showed that the factors supporting the farming of strawberries were the availability strawberry seeds, the availability of organic fertilizers, natural conditions and selling prices as well as market share. While the obstacle factors in the farming of strawberries were extreme weather, land, capital, the price of fertilizer. *ael*.

The objective of this research is to compare the benefits received of tofu before and after the increase in soybean prices in the payment system: payment system prior to production and after to production. This research was conducted in June to November 2016. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews of 10 (ten) respondents and secondary data obtained from the Malalayang Sub-district Office and the office of Service Industry at the Manado City. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of business advantage. The research result indicate that the increase in soybean prices resulted in a decrease of 14.28 percent profit amounted to -9.46 percent tofu for a businessman who uses a payment system prior to production and craftsmen who use the payment system after production decreased to -22.04 percent, the difference between the profit decline of tofu businessman that using a payment system before production and after production amounted to 12.58 percent. *jnkd*.

This study aims to determine of women workers in the horticultural farm in the Village Wailan. The research was conducted in November 2016 to April 2017, from preparation to preparation of the report. The data used primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken by 30 respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively presented in table form. The results showed that the working hours of women at Harvest activity of 2.56 hours / day, planting 1.7 hours / day, tillage 1.66 hours / day, weeding 0.46 hours / day, nursery 0.4 hours / day , fertilization 0.26 hours / day and control of pests and diseases 0 hours / day.

The study aims to determine how the role of bank credit in 2011 through 2016 in the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi. The study was conducted in November 2016 until January 2017. The data used is descriptive data of quantitative and qualitative data sources are primary data and secondary data obtained from the events on the ground or opinion of a subject field related to the provision of credit to the agricultural sector, and resources that are not directly provide data to investigators, obtained by way of written documentation regarding matters necessary or variable of Bank Indonesia Representative of North Sulawesi. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis method of data analysis of quantitative and qualitative concerning the description of bank credit to the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi. Analysis of data taken, namely Bank Indonesia report the amount of credit to the agricultural sector of the Year 2011 to the 2016. These descriptive data analysis aims to find bank financing in the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi, which will be presented in the form of tables and graphs as well as to see the development lending. The results showed that the role of bank credit to the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi is increasing every tahunnya dari in 2011 through 2016 with an average growth 14.36%. With the increase in the agricultural sector credit each year, meaning that the banks increasingly trusted by the community to help strengthen the capital of agricultural business operators in this regard in the form of lending.

This study aims to analyze using multiplier effect analysing of tomato agribusiness activity against other activities that affect the economy. Data collection consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while the secondary data obtained from the Head of the Agricultural Extension Agencies. The data collected by looking at the population number for eighteen tomato growers and interviews were also conducted at the Head of the Agricultural Extension Agencies (BPP) was one person. The data analysing method used is descriptive analysis and backward linkage and forward linkage analysis (multiplier effect analysis). The concept of measuring variables was used backward linkage, forward linkage, MPC1 of farmer’s income was spent in the village, and PSY, or expenditure farmer generate incomes. The results showed that the tomato agribusiness activities have backward linkage and forward linkage. The activities related to the tomato agribusiness activity has multiplier revenue of 1,090. Tomato agribusiness activity has an impact on the economy of the community.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the alternative strategy to increase the volume of sales in Adikarya Distriboga Ltd Inc. The research was in September until October 2016. The primer data and secondary data were used in this research. Primer data was obtained in interview and questionnaire to four official employees. The analyzing tools of the research were Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Matrix Internal-External (IE) and analyzing SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats). The result of this research showed that strategy of Adikarya Distriboga Ltd was in quadrant I. It was aggressive strategy (to expand marketing segment). Strategy of expanding market share can be done by opening new branches, increasing cooperation with the factory in order to always be available stock of wheat to meet demand, improve collaboration with customers, improve service good and friendly to customers and loyal to customers.

This research aims to identify the dynamics of Maesaan Waya Agriculture group which was studied by group dynamics elements namely the purpose of the group, the structure of the group, the building and the developing of the group, the unity of the group and the effectivity of the group. This research was conducted from October 2016 to April 2017 on Maesaan Waya Agriculture group in Manembo Village, South Langowan Subdistrict. The collecting of the data included primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by direct interview using questionnaire with agriculture group members who were become respondents. The total number of respondents in this research is 20 respondents. The secondary data were collected from research-related literatures. Descriptive analysing was the method in data analyzing. The result of this research shows that the dynamics of Maesaan Waya agriculture group is categorized as dynamic with 80% valuation percentage. This is because the elements of group dynamics in Maesaan Waya agriculture group run well. Even though the elements of group dynamics run well, there was 20% dynamics elements categorized as less-dynamic.

This study aims to determine the rice supply chain management. Data retrieval is done is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from relevant agencies to study the Agriculture Department Kotamobagu. The sampling method is done by snowball sampling, where the sample is obtained based on information from first responders then browse to the next respondent. Data presented in tables and descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents. The concept of measuring variables used is the procurement, planning and control, operations or production and delivery or distribution. These results indicate that the rice supply chain management in the District of South Kotamobagu starting from farmers in the form of grain and then distributed by the farmers to millers. Activities drying, milling and packaging is done by the rice mill, then sold to wholesalers and retailers or directly to the final consumer in the form of rice. The process of the activities in the implementation of supply chain management is divided into three main streams are managed properly, the flow of goods / products, financial flows and the flow of information so that the production of rice in each member of the supply chain is always available.Keywords: management, supply chain

This study aims to find out how cooperation, competition, conflict and accommodation between transmigration living in the village of Werdhi Agung with indigenous people in Dumoga Sub-district. This study was conducted from December 2016 to February 2017, starting from preparation to the formulation of the research report. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research is done by purposive sampling technique. The total respondents in this study were 40 people, who were the head of the family, consisting of 20 members of the transmigrant group from Bali and 20 members of the indigenous Mongondow community representing the local population. Data analysis was done descriptively by using Likert Scale. The results show that: a) The cooperation between transmigrants and indigenous peoples is so harmonious that in their daily life it has reflected a broad assimilation / mixing form arising from the realization that they have common interests, both individually and in groups, they are aware that they have different ethnic cultural backgrounds. This has a positive effect on the social life of transmigration communities and indigenous peoples in coexistence. b) Competition between transmigrants and indigenous people is marked by land ownership / social jealousy competition and competition between village youth but no competition or threat of violence. c) Conflicts between transmigrants and indigenous peoples only occur in land tenure, and the conflicts are not frequent among rural youth. d) Accommodation or work to end disputes or conflicts between conflicting parties ie between transmigrants and indigenous peoples can be resolved either through the family or with the help of villagers and government officials.
