Abstract

This study aims to describe the knowledge and application of this knowledge about the types of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Research location in Pinilih Village, Dimembe Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampleselection is done intentionally, namely the community members who plant medicinal plants in their homeyard. Primary data collection conducted by direct interviews with 20 community members withthe help of a list of questions. Secondary data were obtained from the Pinilih Village Office, University Library, and the Internet. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that respondents had knowledge of the types of medicinal plants and knew their benefits. There were those who know the uses of medicinal plants without using or applying them and there were also not only knowing but also applying their knowledge. Knowledge about types of medicinal plants and their benefits and how to use them is applied in family life because it is a legacy from the family therefore that has been used for a long time and is still used until today. The types of medicinalplants of this family are not only planted in the yard but also in the garden.*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the benefits received by the fried home business industry in a single production process. This research was conducted in the Village Shoulder, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2019. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected using direct interview techniques with business owners with the help of a list of questions prepared in advance. Data collected in this study were then analyzed using profit analysis using the formula for Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) analysis. The results showed that the fried food business in the Village of Bahu, Bunaken District, Manado City was very profitable and got an R / C value of 1.35, which meant the industry was profitable and feasible to be developed. *eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of smallholder farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The study was conducted in August to September 2019. The selection of samples in this study was carried out purposevley with 33 respondent farmers, namely those who have small size of land of less than 0.5 hectares. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolok Village office, library and the Internet. Data analysis uses description analysis, which describes the characteristics of smallholder farmers and is presented in tabular form. The results showed that farmers who have small size of land with low income and are unable to rely solely on the agricultural sector as a source of income. The non-agricultural sector is also used as a source of additional income to meet their needs.*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much added value and benefits are, and to compare the added value of three soybean processing products at UD Tiga Brothers into tofu, sugar tofu andsoy milk. This research lasted for 3 months, from April until June 2019. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews from the UD TigaBrothers factory owner, observations and records. The analysis used in this research is to use value added analysis, profit analysis, and compare the added value of the three soybean processingproducts.The results of this study indicated that the added value of processing soybeans into Chinese tofu is Rp. 37,749 / kg, the added value of processing soybeans into soy milk is Rp. 31,468 / kg and theadded value of processing soybeans into tofu sugar is Rp. 40,942.- / kg. while the benefits of processing soybeans into Chinese tofu amounted to Rp. 377,991 / kg, the profit from processing soybeans to soymilk is Rp. 33,464,5 - / kg and the profit from processing soybeans to tofu sugar is Rp. 68,140 / kg. Therefore it can be conclude the highest added value is tofu sugar product while the highest profit ischinese tofu products.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months from November 2018 to January 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers. Primary data collection used in this study using survey methods by means of direct interviews with the help of questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained by the Sinsingon Village office. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and is presented in tabular form. To see the level of economic benefits of scallions will be used analysis of revenue, costs, income, then proceed with the analysis of the return cost ratio. The results showed that the the average revenue of leek farming per farmer is Rp. 24,400,020 per planting season and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 11,229,083, resulting in an average income per farmer of Rp. 13,170,937 per growing sesion. The R / C was 2.17 which that the onion farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District was profitable.*eprm

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much profit from Yu Chia Kiosk yellow rice business in Banjer Village, Tikala District, Manado City. This research was conducted during November 2019. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with business owners. Data collection methods used in this study were direct interviews with yellow rice business owners in the form of cost, price, and quantity of yellow rice products. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive data analysis and presented in the form of tables and profit analysis. The results of the study showed that the profit gained from this business was Rp. 628,915 per day. *eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Esa Ate Farmer Group in Corn Farming in Mapanget Barat Village, Mapanget District, Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The research conducted from July 2019 to September 2019. Respondent selection method was Census which is all members of the Esa Ate Farmer Group, as respondent, consisting of administrators and members with a total of 15 people. Primary data collection methods were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The research method used is a Likert scale analysis method. Whereas secondary data was obtained from the Mapanget West Kelurahan Office of Mapanget Sub-District, Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the Interval Criteria were on a scale of 45 to 135 or with a role status with a percentage interpretation of 60%. This shows that the Esa Ate Farmer Group still has a role both as the Learning Class and the Cooperative Forum and also has a role in procuring production facilities within the Esa Ate Farmer Group.*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much profit from the Sucipto Tape business in Kelurahan Kleak, Manado City. The study was conducted in Kelurahan Kleak Lingkungan 4, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting in September 2019 until November 2019. Primary data were collected by direct interview with the owner of the Sucipto Tape business. Data collected in the form of data on the selling price of tape products, production of tape produced in one month of production, production costs involve fixed costs (electricity costs and depreciation costs) and variable costs (transportation costs, costs of main raw materials, costs of supporting materials, fuel costs , packaging costs, labor costs). The data collected was then analyzed using Profit Analysis and Revenue Cost Ratio Analysis. The results showed that the Sucipto tape business in the Kleak Kelurahan of Manado City earned a monthly profit of Rp. 1.990.332,33. The R / C value of the Sucipto Tape Business in September 2019 of 1.52 shows a number> 1, so it can be concluded that this business was profitable.*eprm*
