Abstract

This research was conducted in the Public Sector of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government with the aim of identifying the impact between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. It also aims to explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. In this case, the total population is 53 people, so that the population form is included in the non-probability sampling category by using a self-administered questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaires will be carried out using a convenience sampling method and hypothesis testing in this study using SEM-PLS through WarPLS 5.0 software. PLS is a structural equation analysis (SEM) the results in this study prove that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior and affective commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on innovation behavior. The limitation of this research is that the small population taken is less able to generalize the research results, especially those that describe the moderating role of organizational justice between Affective Commitment and Innovation Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the big five personality on employee performance with job satisfaction belief as a mediating variable. Population and sample are State Civil Apparatus of Department of Manpower and Transmigration Indragiri Hilir Regency totaling 32 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results of this study are the big five personality affects employee performance positively and significantly. Job satisfaction affects performance positively and significantly. Job satisfaction is proven to be a mediation in the relationship of the big five personality to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on person-environment fit and employee affective commitment. The population of this research is ASN employees who are registered in the government service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Sampling using total sampling with a total sample of 142. The analytical technique used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on Person-environment fit through the mediation of Affective Commitment. This shows that Affective Commitment mediates social support for Person-environment fit on the object of research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social support on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The sampling technique used the PLS Equational Modeling (SEM) method. The sample was taken as many as 109 employees of the Tambusai Public Health Center and the upstream Health Center of Rokan Hulu Regency, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The effect of social support on job satisfaction of the Rokan Hulu district health center. Based on the results of data analysis, the research hypothesis which states that there is a positive relationship between social support and job satisfaction for company employees can be accepted. This means that by looking at the existence of social support, it can be predicted how job satisfaction at the Tambusai Health Center and the Kecepatan Hulu Health Center in Rokan Hulu Regency will be. This shows that the higher the social support, the higher the job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the Mediation Role of Occupational stress on the Relationship of Organizational Justice to the Performance of Dumai Police Personnel. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables and how organizational justice affects the performance of the Police. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Dumai City Police, totaling 172 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that organizational justice, both distributive, procedural and interactional affected the performance of members of the Dumai Resort Police. In addition, an understanding of organizational justice (distributive, procedural and ineractional) mediates the effect of occupational stress on the performance of members of the Dumai Resort Police. The limitation of this study is that the population is only in Dumai Resort, so it is recommended for further researchers to increase the study population.

Abstract

This study aims to see how affective commitment has a dominant influence on organizational citizenship behavior through perceived organizational support for members of the Kampar Police. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is the Pekanbaru District Court Office, totaling 116 members of the Kampar Police. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it is found that there is an effect of the better perceived organizational support caused by the better affective commitment, which tends to improve organizational citizenship behavior. The findings of this study are that perceived organizational support is stated to be able to mediate the effect of affective commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of members of the Kampar Police Station. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to develop a population so that the results can be generalized.

Abstract

This study aims to see how organizational culture affects job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Police Satreskrim. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables, how organizational politics mediates the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Pekanbaru City Police, totaling 95 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there are habits that have become a culture in the Pekanbaru City Police which will determine the good or bad perceptions of its personnel on political behavior in the organization. In addition, the understanding of the political behavior of its personnel is influenced by the culture adopted by the Pekanbaru Police. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to examine the organizational culture of Hofstede (1984) per indicator. So that it can explain in more detail the influence of each cultural indicator on organizational politics and job satisfaction.
