Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of teamwork, discipline, and job burden on employee performance at a cooperative in PNM Mekar, Kabupaten Pati. The quantitative research method was used, with a sample size of 288 respondents. The results showed that teamwork, discipline, and job burden significantly affected employee performance. Additionally, culture played a role in employee performance and helped mitigate the effects of teamwork, discipline, and job burden on performance. Hypotheses 1, 2, 3, and 4 were accepted, while hypothesis 5 was rejected. Hypotheses 6 and 8 were also accepted, but hypothesis 7 was rejected. In summary, the study found that these factors had a significant effect on employee performance, and there was evidence of the cultural effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Environment, Job Stress and Business Management Mediated by Family Support on the Performance of MSMEs in Pedurungan District" (Case Study of MSMEs in Pedurungan District). PGRI University Semarang Management Study Program 2023. This research uses a probability sampling technique with the Cluster Random Sampling method as a sample determination technique. The data analysis process uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) analysis model with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population used in this research were MSME owners located in Pedurungan District and the sample used was 350 respondents. Primary data by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment variable (X1) which is mediated by Family Support (Z) on the MSME Performance variable (Y) in partial terms, with a t-statistic of 2.127 and a p-value of 0.034 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Stress variable (X2) which is mediated by Family Support (Z) on the MSME Performance variable (Y) in part, with a t-statistic of 2.185 and a p-value of 0.029 < 0.05. There is a significant influence between the Business Management variable mediated by Family Support (Z) on the MSME Performance variable (Y) in partial terms, with a t-statistic of 2.067 and a p-value of 0.009 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human relations, teamwork and communication on the performance of PT Liebra Permana employees. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees of PT Liebra Permana, the production department which amounts to 80 employees and the quality control section which amounts to 20 employees with the determination of samples taken using saturated sampling techniques. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 Software. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that human relations had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 70.5%, teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 46.5%, that communication had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance by 15.6%. Simultaneously, human relation, teamwork and communication variables had a significant effect on employee performance by 73% and 27% were influenced by other variables outside the model specified in the study.

Abstract

The comparative analysis of the performance of bank and non bank financial institutions listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. From the result of the reseacsh and discussion conducted. the outors conclude that a comporative analysis of the performance of bank and non-bank financial over the last three years. Namely, ban financial institution and non-bank analyzed using the ratios of CR,ROA,ROE,DAR,and DER. Based on predetermined sample criteria, two research sample groups were selected, namely two financial instutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping experience and consumer trust on repurchasing intentions in the TikTok Shop application, a study conducted on management students at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The research method used is quantitative research with a sampling technique that is a saturated sample and obtained a total sample of 55 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and the data was processed with the help of the SPSS (Statistics Program For Social Science) statistical application. The results showed that the online shopping experience had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.00<0.05 and the trust variable had a significant effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.03<0.05. Simultaneously, online shopping experience and trust influence repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.00<0.05. It is important for Tiktok Shop managers to maintain consumer confidence in order to increase consumer surplus every year
