Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of EVA and MVA both simultaneously and partially on the value of the company in the Property and Real Estate Industry. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by using analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression with classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that simultaneously EVA and MVA had a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by F count> F table. The company value is influenced by EVA and MVA by 68%. Partially EVA does not have a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by t count <t table. While MVA has a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by t count > t table.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on Earning Management in The Telecommunications Company Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the Period 2012-2016. With an average of Net Profit Margin (NPM) is 187% Debt to Equity Ratio  is 11%, the average of Firm Size is 1%, and  the average ManajemenLaba is 1,43%. The research aims to get the result and analyst about the effect of Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio, and Firm Size on Earning Management in The Telecomunications Company with Simultaneous and Partial. Method of Analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption (Normality, multicollinearty, heterocedasity, and autocorrelation) hypothesis testing (F test and   test) and the coefficient of determination. After that the research’s data processed by using SPSS version 20.0 aplication for windows. Telecommunications companies are to meet the needs of telecommunications using telecommunications networks.  Telecommunication comanies in Indonesia offer mobile telephone services, cellular telephone services, interconnection services, short message services, facsimile services, cellular internet service, and video calls. In this study the author took sample telecommunications componies consisting of :PT. XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM).

Abstract

This study consists of independent variables, namely market to book value of assets ratio, market to book value of equity ratio, capital expenditure book value asset, divident and the dependent variable is the dividend payout ratio. Formulation of the problem of how to influence the independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially. In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive method and the analytical tool used is a statistical analysis tool consisting of multiple linear regression models, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heterokedacity and autocorrelation), hypothesis testing (f test and t test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study assisted by SPSS 21 devices, the regression equation Y = 3.598 + (1.213 X1) + (0.110 X2) + (0.023) X3 + 0.628 X4 + e produces the other side simultaneously obtaining the independent variable test significantly influencing the dependent variable. Marked by Fcount> Ftable which is 37.865 > 2.76 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. And partially only significant company size is indicated by tcount = -10.187< ttable = 2.05954 meaning that the value of the company size is smaller than the specified level of 0.05. The conclusion obtained by the F test (Simultaneous) is that the independent variable has a significant influence on firm value. While for the t test (partial) only mktba and dividen has a significant effect on the dependent variable (dividend payout ratio).

Abstract

Firstly, this research to analyse how to conduct organizational culture and employee performance. Second how the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. The methodology is descriptive quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test.The object of this research is PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport in Jambi is subsidiary, which is engganged ini air transport services. The business priorities of the company are safety and comfort.Analysis on the research of respondents on score of organizational culture where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in teh discipline in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees working in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 5,295 + 0,713 X + e. Test results of ttest is  tcount > ttable,  in meaning the organizational culture has effect on  performance employee. Conclusion, organizational culture and performance employee in good condition. So that organizational culture has effect significant to performance employee on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha. Suggestion that head manager of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) should directly control his subordinate work directly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style and the performance of the employees of the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi and to analyse the influence of leadership styles on performance clerk on Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical F test and test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi is a functional unit that functions as a Center for community service diwilayKantor sub district East of the city of Jambi Jambi which is a functional unit that functions as a service centre relic community work fostering the role of the region as well as communities it works in order to improve the ability of kesejatheraan life and provide maximum service thoroughly integrated to the society and the region it works. wrong the only form of Jambi Timur Subdistrict Office activities the city of Jambi is doing a service to the community. Ah work fostering the role of the region as well as communities it works in order to improve the ability of kesejatheraan life and provide maximum service thoroughly integrated to the society and the region it works. one form of activity Subdistrict offices East of the city of Jambi Jambi is doing a service to the community. The average score of 148.5 means leadership style at the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi are on a very high criteria based on the assessment of employees. The average score of 130.4 means high performance dimensions assessed by the clerk of the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi. The value t calculate of 3,979 is greater than the value of the t table of 2,036, with significant value which is smaller than the alpha (0.000 < 0.05). This means that the hypothesis stating that influential positive leadership style against the performance of employees. Based on the conclusions above, then the author can give you some advice that leadership style affects performance, therefore the leadership must adopt the attitude of leadership style is good, because it will improve the performance of employees and the lowest Indicators on a leadership style that is the number of leadership ability in solving problems, thus the leadership must learn what strategies should be used in solving masalahd alam organsasi, for if this indicator rated high by an employee then the employees will work more effectively.
