Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on stock prices simultaneaously and partially to the company on the IDX for the 2013-2017 period. This is a type of research method that is quantitative data based on secondary data. Secondary data sources can be internet, references books, related research journals.the analysis used the classic assumtion test (normality test ,multicolourity test, heterokedacity test, autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, test of the determination coefficient R square. All research data were processed using SPSS version 20. The object in this study is the plantation sector companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sampling uses criteria that have been described previously, after passing the criteria the number selected as a sample of 5 compenies. Based on predetermined criteria. obtained a list of companies that meet the sample criteria in this study Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk, Sampoerna Agro Tbk, Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk.  The results of this study Simultaneously the fount is 154.449 with a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that all independent variables (EPS, DER, NPM) together have a significant effect on stock prices. Changes that occur in stock prices can be explained by the variable EPS, DER, NPM amouting to 3.59%, the reamining 96.41% is explained by other variables outsided the model. The conclusion of this study the partially variable Earning Per Share has a significant effect on stock prices with a coefificient of 19.809 and a significance of 0.000. the result obtained show Earning Per Share has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Variable Debt To Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of 3.338 and a significant of 0.003. the variable Net Profit Margin has no signifficant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of 4.916 and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Net income and capital growth fluctuating in Telecommunication Industry can affect the return on equity (ROE). The existence of trend decline in profits that are not pursued its increase will affect the survival of the company. Important factors to measure the ability of the company are Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity. Communication is not only used as a means of exchanging messages from a communicator to the communicant also to interact and connect between someone with other people.Result SPSS 20 gets the equation Log Y = 2,133 + 1,526 X1 + 0,781 X2 + 2,939 X3 - 0,187 X4 + e. In others words, the current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), total asset turnover (X3), dan return on equity (X4) is able to explain the variable net income at industry telecommunication for the period 2012 – 2017 93,4% otherwise 6,6% be caused by other variables outside variables studied.Based on the test results simultaneously known that together there is influence that significant between the current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), total asset turnover (X3), dan return on equity (X4) to net income at industry telecommunication period 2012 – 2017.

Abstract

Research Objectives To Know the Effect of Company Liquidity, Activities and Solvability on Profitability in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017 simultaneously and partially. The object of this analysis is the subsector of the pharmaceutical consumer goods manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is 7 industries including the pharmaceutical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The method used is a quantitative method with independent variables, Current Ratio, Total Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio while the dependent variable is Return on Asset. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, hetoroscedasicity, and autocorrelation), coefficient of determination and correlation coefficient.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows the equation Y = 1.138 + 0.323X1 + 0.144X2 - 0.411X3 + e with the F test value of 3.963. T test value for Debt Ratio to Current Ratio 1,204, Total Equity 1,030 and Debt to Equity Ratio -1,704. t test value of the Company Size of 2,048. The value of R Square is 29.8%, while the remaining 71.2% explains other factors outside the research model. The conclusion of this study shows that the Debt Ratio to Current Ratio, Total Equity and Debt to Equity Ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets, Total Equity does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets while the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Suggestions for further research are expected to consider the sample of companies that will be used because it will affect the results to use the latest studies and longer intervals in the study to provide further details about the factors that influence company profits.
