Abstract

The current gadget is a device that has reached almost the majority of the community, including farmers. By implementing an expert system, it is hoped that farmers will have no difficulty in determining pests and diseases on their oil palm plants. An expert system is a program that will model the ability to solve problems like an expert so that efficiency and effectiveness are obtained in getting a solution to existing problems. The increase in oil palm yields certainly cannot be separated from good productivity, the increase will decrease if many oil palm plants are attacked by disease. In this study the certainty factor method was applied to accommodate the level of expert confidence so that it could be applied to create an Expert System for Diagnosing Pests and Diseases of Oil Palm Plants using the certainty factor method and obtained the percentage of confidence values for pests or diseases and their control solutions.

Abstract

Management of posyandu in Kaligiri village is currently still using conventional systems and not computerized properly, in the sense that they still use manuals and have not used technology in their data collection. This method has many weaknesses, in addition to taking a long time, its accuracy is also not acceptable, because the possibility of error is very large. Based on this, a web-based Posyandu management system in Kaligiri village is needed that is more efficient and well computerized. SDLC is the method used to build a web-based Posyandu information system in Kaligiri village, because this method is effective and efficient in its implementation. A web-based Posyandu information system includes maternal data, child data, officer data, child weighing, child immunization and reports which will be able to input all data using a computerized system to facilitate health cadres. System testing carried out using black box testing by Mr. Kalimi as the Posyandu manager in Kaligiri village proved that the Posyandu information system in Kaligiri village could run well with the acquisition of a percentage of 90% of its success and it is hoped that the management system created can ease the Posyandu manager in Kaligiri village as in making reports, inputing child data, mother data, officer data, weighing children and child immunization at Posyandu Kaligiri.

Abstract

The management of the Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Sridadi Village currently still uses a conventional system and has not been properly computerized. The current system still has obstacles, namely managers must look carefully at taxpayers who have or have not been paid off by the UNITED NATIONS, so that it takes a long time and is prone to errors. Based on this, a more efficient and well-computerized UN management system in Sridadi Village is needed. The CodeIgniter framework is a framework for creating software using PHP that is more systematic. Bootstrap is one of the CSS frameworks commonly used to make the appearance of a website more attractive. Because of the advantages offered by these two frameworks, so in this study it was proposed to apply the CodeIgniter framework combined with Bootstrap to develop the UN management system in Sridadi Village which was implemented using the SDLC waterfall method. System testing conducted using blackbox testing proves that a combination of CodeIgniter and Bootstrap frameworks can be applied to create a UN management system in Sridadi Village. CodeIgniter as a framework that organizes programs, while Bootstrap is more focused on how it looks. It is hoped that the management system created can ease the management of the UN Sridadi Village as in making a UN report in full, owed and recapitulation, as well as conducting UN payment transactions with taxpayers.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is increasingly used in the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is today, one of which is as a medium for information and learning. Currently, the Samarinda State Polytechnic (POLNES) is one of the universities located in Samarinda and has buildings as a place for lecture activities. The campus introduction media used today is to use miniatures and this is still not effective in providing the right information results. The research with the title "Implementation of Augmented Reality in the Samarinda State Polytechnic building using the Marker Based Tracking Method", aims to help introduce buildings that are used as places for student lecture activities. The benefits of this study can provide convenience to students and the general public who want to know the building plan in the POLNES campus environment. The research method uses the waterfall method with observation and literature data collection techniques. The results of this study are in the form of an android mobile application with Augmented Reality technology that can display the plan of the Samarinda State Polytechnic building along with its information.

Abstract

Fish farming is one of the sources of income for the people of Indramayu district which is currently widely occupied, it is not surprising that nowadays many people are flocking to cultivate fish. There are groups that cultivate including freshwater fish such as catfish, carp, and tilapia. There are also brackish water fish such as vaname shrimp, tiger shrimp, and milkfish. The fish cultivators in selling their harvests are still done conventionally, namely with the services of middlemen or collectors. This results in prices being often manipulated by collectors. One way to improve the sales system is to build an event management application in the field of fish harvest auctions. This application can be used as an alternative for cultivators for media promotion and cutting the marketing distribution chain. The benefits of this event management application are that cultivators get more competitive prices and can directly increase profits, while the benefits for buyers get cheaper prices. This web-based application, to provide information about an event or harvest auction that is managed online. This application is designed through the creation of flowcharts, UML, ERD, and mockups. Then it is implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and the MySQL database management system

Abstract

Measuring the quality of an information system can be assessed through certain measures and methods. The method that can be used is ISO 9126, where this method can define the quality of information systems in order to get an evaluation of a system that is running. There are six system quality variables that use ISO 9126, namely functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Based on the ISO 9126 standard, the results of the Quality Information System (QIS) analysis using the ISO 9126 Model on SIAKAD obtained a functionality value of 20.16% and then usability of 20.01%, probability of 15.99%, maintainability of 15.95%, efficiency of 15.90% and the smallest reliability efficiency is 11.99%. Thus the quality of the SIAKAD information system is very good at the Functionality level and not very good at the Efficiency level. Based on Figure 5, it states that Quality System Information (QIS) has a score of 75.80%. Thus, through the analysis of the QIS category at SIAKAD Indramayu State Polytechnic, namely Good. Meanwhile, 24.20% according to respondents said it was not good
