Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Ilman Wa Ruhan Method in Strengthening the Learning Outcomes of Tahsin Tahfidz Al-Qur'an at SMPIT Al-Qudwah Musi Rawas. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The research location is located at SMPIT Al-Qudwah Musi Rawas South Sumatra. This research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is based on the analysis theory of Miles, Hubberman and Saldana, namely: data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the Ilman Wa Ruhan method at SMPIT Al-Qudwah Musi Rawas was carried out thoroughly through three main stages: careful planning with the preparation of lesson plans according to JSIT standards, the implementation of learning which included adab, tahsin, and tahfidz material with an interactive and gradual approach, and evaluation carried out formatively and summatively. The Ilman Wa Ruhan method is proven to be effective in strengthening the learning outcomes of tahsin tahfidz al-Qur'an because it is able to form students who are not only fluent in reading and memorization, but also have good manners and spiritual understanding of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This paper explores Al-Ghazali’s conception of the soul and its role in the mechanism of dreams. According to Al-Ghazali, the soul is an intricate, metaphysical entity composed of interconnected elements—nafs (soul), ‘aql (intellect), qalb (heart), and ruḥ (spirit)—that together shape human behavior and spiritual experiences. Al-Ghazali’s view posits that dreams are not merely psychological or physiological events but metaphysical occurrences influenced by the soul’s capacity to perceive divine knowledge. He argues that the purification of the soul, particularly the heart, is essential for accessing higher truths, with dreams serving as a medium for divine revelation. This metaphysical perspective marks a significant departure from earlier rationalist interpretations, highlighting the spiritual and intuitive aspects of knowledge. Al-Ghazali’s framework of the soul’s role in dreams contributes to the broader Islamic philosophical discourse on the acquisition of knowledge and spiritual development, bridging rationalist thought with mystical traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fishbein attitude of users of the Simpel Dukcapil Web Application in Bengkalis District. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population of all Bengkalis Regency residents who have used the Simpel Dukcapil Web Application in processing population documents. The sampling technique uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is processed using the fishbein multiattribute method. The results showed that the total attitude value (Ao) of the Simpel Dukcapil Web Application users generated was 145.6705 which was included in the interval scale range of 98-146, which is in a fairly good category. Researchers chose to use 10 (ten) attributes of the Simpel Dukcapil Web Application in this study, namely accuracy, completeness, relevance, updates, security, reliability, availibility, navigation map, search engine, and browser compatibility. The attribute with the highest value level of importance (ei) is Navigation Map with a value of 4.08. The attribute with the highest value of confidence level (bi) is Accuracy with a value of 4.34. The overall attitude of users towards the Simple Dukcapil Web Application in this study is positive.

Abstract

In the province of West Nusa Tenggara, the purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which salary levels, educational levels, and working hours have an impact on the capacity of the formal sector to absorb labor. From 2013 to 2023, this analysis makes use of secondary data in the form of time series derived from publications by the Bureau of Public Statistics. This research was conducted utilizing the OLS (ordinary least square) approach, which was carried out with the help of the Eviews 12 software. According to the findings of the research, the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable only accounts for 99.5% of the total, while the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables that are not related to this study. It is possible to draw the conclusion that the salary level variable has a positive and substantial influence on the formal sector labor absorption variable in NTB. On the other hand, the education level and working hours variables do not have a positive and significant effect on this variable. At the same time, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the salary level variable has a substantial influence simultaneously (at the same time), whereas the education level and working hours variables do not have an effect and are not significant on the capacity of the formal sector to absorb labor in NTB.

Abstract

Subak is a traditional Balinese agrarian system recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage. However, its sustainability faces serious threats due to regulatory overlaps between regional and national legislation, particularly regarding the protection of agricultural land. This study aims to examine the normative conflict between regional regulations in Bali and Law Number 41 of 2009 on the Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land. Using a normative juridical method and statutory approach, the research reveals substantial differences in the regulation of Subak land use. Several regional bylaws permit the conversion of agricultural land for development purposes, which contradicts national legal norms that emphasize the preservation of sustainable agriculture. The study recommends regulatory harmonization and policy revision at the regional level to align with the goals of Subak protection and national food sovereignty.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of export risk management and financing policy effectiveness in enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesia's agricultural industry. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents, including stakeholders in the agricultural export sector, through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, with results indicating that both export risk management and financing policy effectiveness have significant positive impacts on competitiveness. Export risk management emerged as the stronger predictor, highlighting the importance of proactive strategies in mitigating trade risks. The combined influence of these factors explains 67% of the variance in competitiveness, underscoring their synergistic effect. The findings emphasize the need for policymakers and industry leaders to prioritize integrated risk management frameworks and enhance access to sector-specific financing solutions to support sustainable growth in agricultural exports.
