Abstract

An application is designed and built to investigate how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tertiary institutions can affect the services provided to students when the implementation of the limited face-to-face learning method has an impact on the level of student satisfaction.decision support to assist decision making based on the level of satisfaction with academic and non-academic services. The application built is a desktop-based Java application using JavaFx as the interface. This application uses the fuzzy associative memory method as a decision support method that maps between one fuzzy set and another fuzzy set. Design and implementation are designed to be as easy as possible to facilitate the visualization of the methods used to make it easier to understand. The application's results are the number of decision results based on the categories given in the form of Unsatisfactory, Fairly Satisfying, and Very Satisfying. The results obtained from entering the fuzzy set into other fuzzy sets provide optimal results in determining the level of student satisfaction in implementing this limited face-to-face learning. These results can be used as material for comparison in future service development and for purposes other than academic interests.

Abstract

SD Abdi Siswa Bintaro at Graha Raya Bintaro has held learning activities for 12 years, in November 2016 they had the opportunity to carry out accreditation from the South Tangerang City Education Office and get maximum results with Accreditation A results. special class for outstanding students. The Featured Class was created with the aim of being a role model for other students. This Decision Support System was built with a WEB-based application using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database and the method used is the Multifactor Evaluation Process. The determination is clearer and the resulting decisions for the Preferred Class are more accurate because they are in accordance with the existing facts/reality. The settlement method used in this study is by processing data which is the output in the form of constants or linear equations. The Multifactor Evaluation Process method is a method in which MySQL writes down the factors and calculation criteria in the form of weight values from 0 to 5. In the assessment process for prospective 4th grade students to enter the superior class, they still use the manual method. This developed system can assist the assessment process with a computerized system.

Abstract

In a company, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is one of the important elements to support the company's operations. KPI is an indicator that can show the performance of a company whether it is in good condition or vice versa. KPIs can be accessed in various ways, one of which is through mobile application media in the form of dashboard. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional is a company engaged in retail. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional currently does not have the KPI dashboard system needed to help the company's operations, especially in the warehouse performance and sales of goods section. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional itself requires an easily accessible KPI system, so the mobile application is the right choice. The data collection method used is the case study method, as well as data collection techniques using observation and interview methods. The application development method itself uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with the stages of needs analysis, application design, development process and gathering feedback, and application implementation or finalization. In order for the implementation of the Rapid Application Development method to be successful, the application development process will use the help of an Android-based mobile application framework, namely React Native.

Abstract

Tokoodise is a printing company that focuses on selling artwork images to be used as wall murals and wall decals for housing or offices, with sales increasing from year to year. The large number of various types of materials that Tokoodise sells, owners often have difficulty estimating future inventory and expenditure of goods based on previous recorded data, this is very influential in determining the amount of goods that must be provided. So that in the problems above the author uses forecasting methods to predict the expenditure of goods which is expected to be a support for decisions in the inventory of goods that must be prepared in the future. One type of time series method in forecasting is the method Weighted Moving Average (WMA), namely a method that gives different weights to each historical past for each available historical data in the past, with the assumption that the most recent or recent historical data will have greater weight compared to old historical data, because the most recent data or newest data is the most suitable for forecasting.

Abstract

Responding to increasingly competitive competition in every business, gave rise to the idea of integrating information technology with business. Virtual ordering describes a wide range of information technology, processes and practices in online business transactions without using manual transaction tools. By using online ordering, companies can market a product or service to consumers with a worldwide reach, so that from a business perspective it is a good opportunity to expand the market share of the products or services offered. This thesis research aims to analyze and create an Application System for Ordering Soto Ayam Pringgading Website Based Using the Waterfall Method which can provide the information needed by consumers. With this system, Soto Ayam Pringgading Ciputat can build an internet-based product ordering system that can eliminate distance limitations. and time. The development tools used by researchers are PHP as the application interface and My SQL as the database. These were all chosen because of their reliability in making web-based applications. On this occasion, the author only discusses the ordering service system through cash payments (either in person or via bank transfer). And the development of a web-based ordering service system is only applied to the marketing and sales of Soto Ayam Pringgading Ciputat.

Abstract

The development of information technology has become a daily necessity in our daily lives. We cannot deny that the need for the internet is very much needed. Because the internet has become an inseparable part, as well as in terms of managing data and information that is very much needed. In terms of presentation and management, it must be fast and accurate. Every company, both large and small, engaged in any field, will rely heavily on information technology. This web-based operational vehicle monitoring system is urgently needed at PT Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah. From this system, it is hoped that it can help the operational vehicle management division effectively and efficiently. The method used in designing this educational game uses the Extreme Programming (XP) development method and applications built using the PHP programming language. The results of this study are operational vehicle management monitoring applications that can help the operational vehicle management division effectively and efficiently.
