Abstract

In managing projects, the role of technology and information is crucial for PT Bahtera Pintas Utama, a contractor specializing in the procurement of goods and services in the field of fiber optics. However, the current practice involves using the WhatsApp platform to support project management, which is not recommended due to its nature as a social media platform, not a structured project management tool. Additionally, there are risks of data leakage, loss, and difficulties in managing sent documentation. The company requires a structured and easily accessible system from anywhere, making a mobile application an appropriate choice, especially with the popular Android operating system. With this system, project management becomes more streamlined, reducing errors and documentation deficiencies, and facilitating project progress monitoring. The research employs observation and interview methods, while the application development follows an incremental approach. As a result, project management becomes more efficient and structured. Quick access from smartphones eases monitoring and minimizes documentation errors. This system aids the company's management in monitoring and overseeing projects with up-to-date information, systematically organized from project acceptance to progress monitoring. The development utilizes Laravel framework as the backend, Flutter framework as the frontend, and RESTful API in its integration.

Abstract

This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of wireless networks utilizing the wardriving method, employing the Wigle WiFi Wardriving tool, within the premises of the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) and the Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (SDPPI). Wardriving involves the systematic scanning of wireless networks by navigating through designated areas to identify, catalog, and assess the characteristics of these networks.The research encompasses data collection through the application of the Wigle WiFi Wardriving tool, capturing essential information regarding the wireless networks encountered within the Kominfo and SDPPI facilities. Subsequently, the collected data undergoes rigorous analysis, enabling an in-depth examination of network functionality, signal strengths, encryption methods, security protocols, and potential vulnerabilities.The study's outcomes yield valuable insights into the status, security, and efficiency of wireless networks operating within the Kominfo and SDPPI domains. This information empowers decision-makers to enhance network security measures, rectify weaknesses, and optimize wireless network infrastructure. Furthermore, the research underscores the significance of robust network security practices within governmental institutions, highlighting the need for constant monitoring and proactive measures to safeguard against potential threats.In conclusion, this study contributes to the broader understanding of wireless network security, with practical implications for improving network performance and ensuring data integrity in government entities. Abstract

In the current technological era, CP. Francisco Maharani JNT Express Tangerang, an expedition company, still uses a manual attendance and payroll system which is prone to errors and takes a long time. This research aims to build an online-based employee attendance and payroll system using barcodes using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method is used to speed up the system development process by directly involving users in each development stage. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research results show that an online-based employee attendance and payroll system using barcodes can increase the efficiency and accuracy of employee attendance and payroll data. Abstract

This research aims to enhance the process of collecting and handling complaints in the community of Cipete Selatan RW 003 through the implementation of a website-based complaint system using the Agile method. Utilizing information technology, this system allows citizens to easily submit complaints and monitor the status of their complaints online. The Agile method is employed to ensure that the system development is flexible and responsive to changes in user needs. Implementation steps include requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Evaluation is conducted on the implemented system to assess performance, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. The research findings indicate that the implementation of a website-based complaint system using the Agile method can improve the optimization of the complaint collection and handling process, increase transparency, and encourage active citizen participation in enhancing the overall quality of the complaint system. This research contributes to the development of a complaint system that is responsive to community needs and can serve as a guide for implementing similar systems in other community environments.
