The journal has been in publication since 2017 and is dedicated to the dissemination of research findings and advancements in the field of agribusiness. the Journal aims to foster the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and innovative approaches among researchers and professionals in the agribusiness field. It serves as a valuable resource for academics, policymakers, and industry experts who seek to stay updated with the latest research and advancements in agribusiness and related disciplines. This biannual journal publishes two issues per year, which are released in the months of March and October. "Jurnal Ilmiah Agritas" serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to share their original research articles, review papers, and critical analyses related to various aspects of agricultural economics, agribusiness management, and related interdisciplinary subjects. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the income of shallot farming, the contribution ofshallot farming income to family income, and the relationship between shallot farmingincome and the welfare level of shallot farmers. Respondents in this study amounted to 97shallot farmers from two villages, namely Ncera and Ngali villages. The samples weredtermined using simple random sampling, and the data analysi swas performed usingMicrosoft Excel and manual assistance. The average farming cost in MK with an area of5,799 m2 is Rp. 51,121,645, the average revenue is Rp. 176,143,944, and an average incomeof Rp. 125,022,299 The cost of farming in MH with an area of 5,799 m2 is Rp. 51,165,356,the average receipt of Rp. 163,079,280, and an average income of Rp. 111,913,924. Thecontribution of shallot farming income to household income is moderate, which is at 57.5%.The welfare level of shallot farmers is classified as a prosperous household with apercentage of 90% or 87 farmers. The relationship between income and the level of welfareof shallot farmers is negative and very weak; it is because the wealth of prosperous farmersare not due to the income of shallot farming from another income besides shallot farming.Farmers have jobs that generate income outside of shallot farming to cover expenses so thatthey are prosperous. One of the incomes comes from cattle, amounting to Rp. 54,071,429in 2021 and outside agriculture, the highest is income from entrepreneurship, which is Rp.65,051,429 in 2021. Farmers in Belo sub-district are expected to improve their skills andknowledge in shallot farming.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the income and financial feasibility of the fermented catfish farm of Mr. Tugirin, in Srimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta through the implementation of financial feasiblity analysis. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Whereas the research techniques used are survey methods. The research area was purposively (intentionally), in which the number of data samples was 3 periods, and each period was 3 months until harvest. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis used is for financial feasibility that has been tested using t tests. Based on the study, the fermented catfish farm of Mr. Tugirin, in Srimulyong, Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta has financial value as per B/R ratio > 0 and R/C ratios > 1

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the role of working housewives in efforts to realize household food security and analyze the characteristic relationship of working housewives and their role in supporting household food security in Umbulharjo Subdistrict. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the Propotional Random Sampling method. The samples in this study were the working housewives in the Village of Umbulharjo Subdistrict of Yogyakarta City. The basic method of research was quantitative descriptive method. The analysis methods in this study were actors indicators (Authority, Confidence and Competence, Trust, Opportunity, Responsbility, Suppport) and simple correlation analysis with correlation coefficient test (r). The results of this study showed that the largest role of working housewives was the role in authority and responsibility, while the characteristic relationship that influences the role of housewives in supporting household food security in Umbulharjo Subdistrict is maternal education, maternal income and family income.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using Lucas NCT as a brand ambassador in purchase decisions for Neo Coffee products. The basic method used was descriptive analytic. The study was carried out from December 2021 to 70 NCTZen respondents on instagram. Analysis was performed using the effectiveness formula, theory of planned behavior, and a simple linier regresion. The result showed that using Lucas NCT as Brand Ambassador was effective and significant as evidenced by the result of an average achievement of 77.89%, a simple linier regression of Y= 5.868 + 0.994x, with t value > t crit= 7.929 > 1.995, and significant of = 0.000, 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the farm income of Nglumut salak farmers and the welfare level of salak farmers in the Ngudi Luhur Gapoktan, Kaliurang Village. Ngudi Luhur Gapoktan has penetrated the marketing of salak to foreign countries. One of the requirements for salak gardens must be registered according to GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) with prime certification land. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of respondents using the Slovin determination method. The number of respondents in this study was 41 registered farmers of Salak Nglumut. The time of the study was carried out in March - April 2021. The results showed that the income of salak farmers was financially feasible after being tested, the NPV showed > 0. The results of the study related to the level of farmers' welfare using the GSR (Good Service Ratio) criteria, it is known that food expenditure is 33.4% and non-food expenditure is 66.6%, indicating that 68% of farmers are prosperous, 17% of farmers are low-income and 15% are prosperous farmers high level.
