Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. Sukaya Jambi is growing and developing in terms of providers of trade in goods and services, especially in Jambi province by utilizing the development of information technology. But not all developments in information systems technology are applied to PT. Sukaya jambi, so that problems arise in the salaries of employees at PT. This crocodile. The payroll process at PT. Sukaya is still using a simple computerized system using Microsoft Excel and notebooks as a tool so it takes a long time to get detailed payroll data. Therefore, the authors provide solutions in the form of daily employee payroll information systems using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools. This research produces a prototype that can be further implemented so as to produce a payroll information system that can support and assist the financial activities of PT. Sukaya Jambi and its employees.]]>

<![CDATA[SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City is one of the high schools in Jambi province with several majors. Asset management at SMA N 4 Jambi City is done manually and using Microsoft Office Excel so that the performance of the asset management system is still not optimal. One way that management can be optimized is by the use of information systems. The asset management research was carried out at the asset planning, asset procurement, asset receipt and asset placement stages. This research produces a prototype system that describes the functional planning, procurement, receipt and placement of assets in SMA N 4 Jambi City. The method used is an object-oriented approach using UML (unified modeling language), namely use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produces a prototype that can be studied further to produce an asset management information system that can be implemented at SMA N 4 Jambi City.]]>

<![CDATA[Problems with population administration in Jelutung Subdistrict, Jambi City, the absence of a system to manage population data has resulted in data storage that is still prone to data loss, data redundancy and many third party intermediary practices (broker / extortion) in the service process, this has resulted in the community being reluctant take care of population administration files. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a population administration system to manage population administration data in Jelutung sub-district in a computerized and mobile-based online administration service for the community. This research uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method to design the system. The results of this study resulted in the design of administrative information systems that process population administration files. This design can be developed into an application that can be implemented, and it is expected that this research can be a reference and learning, especially in the field of information systems.]]>

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system for smartphone gaming selection using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as a decision support method, modeling system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, with prototype as a design. <![CDATA[The selection of the best social companion of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) at the Social Service Office in Jambi City is a reward given to stimulate enthusiasm in increasing the dedication and performance of the companion in the field, but the selection decision has not been measured with data, therefore a decision support system is needed in making decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a decision support system for selecting the best social assistant of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) with the SAW Method in the Jambi City Social Service. Software used in the design are Balsamiq Mockups 3, StarUML and Microsoft Office. In the Decision Support System there are various methods. At the moment there are 78 Family of Social Assistance Program assistants whose assisted locations are spread throughout the Jambi city. With this research, it is expected that later it can help decision makers in determining the best social companion Family Program expectations in the Jambi City Social Service.]]>

<![CDATA[To diagnose vertigo, knowledge of a disease specialist is needed, namely a Neurologist. Most people are still often difficult to directly see a specialist doctor and how to choose the right course of action for people with vertigo. The developed system is an expert system to diagnose vertigo using the Dempster Shafer method, which is to find the diagnosis of vertigo. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques in solving problems that can usually only be solved by an expert in that field. Diagnosis is done by analyzing the input of symptoms in the form of a choice of symptoms in accordance with what is experienced by the patient. Each symptom has been given a value obtained from an expert who then input the selected symptoms are processed and calculated using the Dempster Shafer formula.]]>
