Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. <![CDATA[The permit process that runs at the PTSP Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion still requires applicants to come directly to the One Stop Integrated Service Office of the Ministry of Religion to be able to process the permit, starting from taking queue numbers, filling in forms and manually inputting files to available counters. This process is deemed not fulfilling the service objectives of the One Stop Integrated Service at the Jambi Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religion which aims to simplify service procedures at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province and is less effective for applicants who have the complexity of attending in person because there is no online registration option, therefore A system is needed that can assist applicants / the community in licensing arrangements and online file monitoring functions. The purpose of this research is to be used by the Ministry of Religion Regional Office and licensing applicants in facilitating the process of managing permit letters. This system is designed using Unified object-based modeling techniques. Modeling Language (UML) in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is a prototype design of the Licensing Service Information System at the PTSP Kanwil Kemenag Jambi Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial administration of students at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi in paying school tuition (SPP) still manual so that every students who will pay have to stand in line for a long time. The purpose of this study to analyze and design information system of students’ financial administration at SMK PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. The method that is used in this analysis and design is Data Flow Diagram. This study has created a prototype of information system of students’ financial administration. I hope this prototype Information System of Students’ Financial Administration can be implemented at SMK PGRI 2 Kota Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[The Cenhsin Street store is a shop that specializes in selling merchandise. But in selling so many goods, the sales system is still using sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design sales information systems, including making it easier to sell products, record sales transactions, search for goods and make reports. Modeling system is using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with the design of a prototype. This research resulted in a prototype of a sales information system that was able to assist Cenhsin Street stores in carrying out operational activities. In further development, it is expected that this sales information system can have a more attractive appearance.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank BNI Kota Jambi in giving business credit still get trouble, such as: Data management business credit provision for retail customers takes time and occasionally there are a mistake in judgment customers to, business credit provision and the absence of decision systems business credit provision to customers who can give a rough estimate appropriately and quickly. The purpose of research is analyzing and design decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can featuring population customer data, criteria data, scoring data that is structured and display report necessary. Research advice are prototyped this system should be devised well and properly so that it will could be applied to Bank BNI Kota Jambi]]>

<![CDATA[The Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Station Office is a technical implementating unit under the Meteorology Climatology and Geophysical Agency which has the main duty and function of public services, namely providing aviation meteorological information services to support aviation safety. The information system in technological advances is a new challenge for the Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Station Office so that its services can be faster, more precise, accurate and recorded. One way to optimize the aviation meteorological services is using an information system. This research produces a prototype system. Where this research, researches use UML (Unified Modelling System) method as a design and development tool. This research produces a design from information system based on web which can be implemented furthermore so it can produce the information system of aviation meteorological services to the Sultan Thaha Jambi Class 1 Meteorological Statium Office.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information technology has changed human lifestyles where information is more easily accessed and disseminated via the internet, as are many benefits that we can feel with the internet but it also has a negative impact with the amount of information that can cause us to misunderstand information or differences information between one party and another party. Knowledge Management helps us manage knowledge so that existing knowledge can be disclosed, stored and distributed to those in need. Knowledge is divided into 2: knowledge that is difficult to express or express (tacit) and knowledge that can be expressed or expressed (explicit) and often important knowledge takes the form of tacit as it relates to feelings, art, physical abilities. <![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology today in line with the discovery and development of science in the field of information such as computerized information systems. The application of computerized information systems is used in almost all fields including the Hospital. Currently H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital drug supply management is still done manually, not using information systems technology that is by recording in stock cards yet. The purpose of this study was to analyze the design of drug supply information systems, drug reception, drug demand, drug distribution, drug use, and report recording, the methodology used is system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram, with prototype design. This research produced a prototype of drug supply information system that could manage computerized drug supply data and could present drug reports that are needed every day or every month. This prototype system still needed to be communicated with the users so that it could be applied to the H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital of Jambi City to support the entire business process of the drug supply information system at the H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital of Jambi City.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract At the location of General Practitioner services we often see many patients queuing for treatment. It is not efficient due to the time that they could use to break or other activities discharged to wait. From these problems, we need a technology to facilitate patient in doing the queue. In this paper designed an online queue of applications that the user is divided into two sides of the patients who did queue using Android-based applications and SMS Gateway and on the Web-based officers. The output of this application is to make the system queue queue process can be done online via android smartphone and also provided a notification feature so that when a queue number that is closest called the patients received a reminder in the form of a notification on android or SMS to the SMS Gateway to soon be able to return to the location of the doctor.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of a survey conducted by the author of 20 correspondents from outside the city of Jambi, information was obtained that 70% of people outside the city of Jambi still find it difficult to get information on health facilities in the city of Jambi and also 65% of people outside the city of Jambi are still asking the surrounding community for information. Information on routes, addresses and health facilities in the city of Jambi. Problems like this are a difficult obstacle for the community because they have to spend their time only to find out information on health facilities in the city of Jambi. This research framework consists of problem identification, literature study, data collection, systems analysis, prototype design, and report preparation. This study uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tool and produces a prototype that can provide information related to Jambi's health facilities that can be accessed easily using an android-based smartphone.]]>
