Abstract

There are problems that has been found in submission of complaint in PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp and Paper Industry (LPPPI)where the members of GA Unit (General Affair) in terms of managing of mess where there is only three employees that has been charged in managing of dormitory in PT.LPPPI. so when there is an employee who need to create a request the office is closed which causes the request is pending until the office is opened or the employee can speak directly to GA Officer to convey their problem but this way very often to be forgotten and it’s really hard to create a report because the minimum of officer they have. This research aims to make employee of PT. LPPPI can provide compliant anywhere and anytime and the make sure the GA Officer can solve the problem faster. The Method used is this research is Prototype. The design tool that used in this research is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Output from this research is a prototype design of system analysis and design of Complaint Management in PT. LPPPI. This system can develop by using design that has been built.

Abstract

The Jambi City Transportation Service is an agency / agency engaged in transportation for the Jambi City Government. The problem that occurs at the Jambi City Transportation Department is that the recording of inventory items such as damaged and repaired goods is still manual so that often errors occur in recording and loss of supervision of these assets. The purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system at the Jambi City Transportation Agency. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. This inventory information system prototype is expected to make it easier for the Jambi City Transportation Agency to carry out inventory and control goods as well as facilitate the preparation of reports. So as to be able to produce the information needed quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Decision support system is a system used to support decision making in an organization, company, or educational institution to direct, train, assess and evaluate students and training. Builders as skilled construction workers through the Indonesian Construction Workers Certification Acceleration Program. Work ownership certification is an obligation for construction workers as stipulated in Law No. 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services. The role of artisans as part of the construction workforce in infrastructure development in Indonesia is very important. Plumbers in the field also determine the quality of buildings. The certification is the standardization of workforce competence, be it an expert, intermediate or skilled craftsman. The purpose of this study is to determine the eligibility of a qualified craftsman certified by the method (Simple Additive Weighting) or also known as the weighted sum method and requires the process of normalization of the decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. With the criteria set by the government through the public works department and local spatial planning, which cooperates with the construction services development agency, which ends with the granting of certificates to the craftsman who has been declared to have passed the certification test.

Abstract

The problem faced in the activity residents data processing at the office of Siau Dalam village is that storage media is unreliable so that it is in file search and not in time in the provision of reports. The lack of verifying data accuracy is likely to be incorrect in recording and monitoring the service of the archivist population. As for the purpose of this research to assist the Siau Dalam village its specialized administration of the public service. Researchers are analyzing data collection by observing current systems as well as interviews with administrative and village leaders to help with the data collection. The analysis and design of the system uses linear modeling language approaches using UML (unified modeling language) and Balsamiq mockups with the end results of the information system's prototype. The design of this system of occupation administration will enhance the performance of government lov in population data management, and publish citizen papers, as well as the ease in making the report of occupation at the village village of Siau Dalam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur That can be served quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

The Danau Sipin Sub-District Office is a part of the Jambi City Government which is engaged in community service. Inside the Danau Sipin sub-district office consists of many fields including the field of Government, the field of Public Services, the field of Social Welfare, the field of Community Empowerment, the field of Security and Order, and the field of Finance. From all fields, there is no good archive management for each existing file. So that it often causes several problems including, frequent file loss, it is difficult to find old files if needed again, superiors find it difficult to make decisions if the decision must be based on files from the past period, files accumulate in the room causing the room to be cramped and messy, there is no management for borrowing archives from one field to another causes files to often be lost and separate. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a Website-based Archive Management Information System at the Head Office of Danau Sipin for the problems that are being faced. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the district head and archive managers. In addition, the system development method used is a waterfall with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Balsamiq Mockups to design a user interface. The output of this research is a design or prototype of a website-based archive management information system at the Head Office of Danau Sipin, Jambi City.

Abstract

Albanesia Group is a catering company that has not made full use of information and communication technology. CV. Albanesia Group does not have a website that can promote packages and menus available at CV. Albanesia Group, with the CV. Albanesia Group can make it easier in terms of the promotion of packages and menus available, which can be more known to the people of Jambi about the packages and menus available at CV. Albanesia Group. Web-Based Promotion System Design At CV. Albanesia Group uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. The output of this research is a prototype design of the system. Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Promotion Information System at CV. Albanesia Group. For further research, it can complement with other data management, such as Live Chat or other systems.

Abstract

PT Terentang Maju Jaya is a company owned by Terentang Baru Village which is a unit of Terentang Baru Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). So that the assets owned by this company are assets belonging to the Terentang Baru Village which are required to report assets to the Terentang Baru Village government every year. In managing and reporting assets, they still use the manual method, namely by using Microsoft Office Excel so that it often causes several problems including data loss, employees cannot report assets wherever they are and the slow recording process causes ineffective and efficient management and reporting of assets. One way to optimize management and reporting is by using a web-based information system. This research starts from analyzing and designing a system that is carried out at the planning, procurement, asset data, and asset deletion stages. This research produces a prototype system that describes the functional planning, procurement, asset data, and asset deletion at PT Terentang Maju Jaya. The system design model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produces a prototype web-based asset management information systemthat features the login menu, asset planning, asset procurement, asset receipt, changing and adding to the asset list, asset placement, asset data search, and asset reporting. This research still needs to be developed so that it can be used and applied to PT Terentang Maju Jaya and it is hoped that the next research can design a system that is more complete and easier to apply to PT Terentang Maju Jaya.

Abstract

Technological and scientific progress is increasing and growing rapidly and of course it is a challenge for SMA Negeri 2 Bungo in managing knowledge assets integrated with collaboration, sharing, innovation, and others that will encourage the creation of knowledge management. However, most of the knowledge in Sma Negeri 2 Bungo is currently difficult to store in a system because knowledge is more individual. And therefore the school needs a means that can organize, store, maintain the knowledge in the school. The purpose of this research is to analyze, design and create prototypes related to the application of Knowledge Management System at SMA Negeri 2 Bungo. This study resulted in a prototype of the web-based SMA Negeri 2 Knowledge Management System design that uses PHP programming language and MySQL database containing information about Teacher Data, Announcements, Documents, Discussions, Case Studies, News and several other menus. In addition, the study also used object-based system analysis modeling, namely Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram and Activity Diagram.

Abstract

Currently outdoor mountain climbing activities are very popular in Indonesia, marked by the increasing number of visitors, both local tourists and foreign tourists every year, When you want to climb, prospective climbers must have (SIMAKSI) a permit to enter the conservation area from the TNKS area manager (Taman Nasional Kerinci Seblat). Thus the management of the Gunung Kerinci hiking trail and Danau gunung Tujuh is often overwhelmed by the surge in visitors on major holidays such as school holidays, Republic of Indonesia Independence Day and the end of the year, because the charging process is still conventional SIMAKSI manual. The goal that the researcher wants to achieve is to be able to design an information system for registration of permits to enter conservation areas (SIMAKSI) so that the manager can improve the quality of service providers. Data collection was carried out by interviewing TNKS. other than that, The system development method used is a prototype with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Adobe XD tools to design the user interface. The output of this research is an online SIMAKSI registration

Abstract

Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi is organizing health education programs which consists of 14 study programs under 7 departments representing the health profession. in the process of scheduling the use of laboratories is based on active lectures in the current semester. The head of the study program makes a draft schedule and it will be agreed on its use at the lesson preparation meeting. The problem faced was that during the learning preparation meeting there were many schedule adjustments due to conflicting laboratory use, this was due to the absence of real-time references during the scheduling drafting process. The purpose of this study is to overcome this problem by designing a laboratory scheduling management information system that provides a real time reference of schedule drafts from other study programs, so that scheduling of laboratory use both within the department and between departments can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The flow of this research starts from problem identification, literature study, data collection, system analysis, system design and making research reports. This research produces a prototype of a laboratory scheduling management information system designed to optimize the laboratory use scheduling process at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi based on current business processes. It is expected that the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi can apply the results of this research by developing it into an information system.
