Abstract

PT. Romi Tour And Travel is one of the businesses engaged in the tour and travel business whose data management still uses the help of books. So that there are problems, namely slow dissemination of information, the process of booking tour packages that must come to the place, the process of managing booking services which sometimes occurs errors in recording and calculating costs, as well as the process of making reports that take a long time. The solution to the problems that occur is by analyzing and designing a tour package booking information system using the prototype development method and the unified model language system model using usecase diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based tour package booking information system. The results of the system development can display customer data, tour package data, booking data and payment data and produce reports that can be printed according to their needs.

Abstract

Determining the remote site for each automatic equipment is one of the requirements for determining the location conditions in accordance with the operational conditions of weather equipment and seismic equipment. The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency is a non-employee government agency that selects and determines a number of applicants who have qualified knowledge and skills and recruits new employees whose job is to provide information on meteorological, climatological and geophysica l activities. The system that can support the level of confidence in the location conditions according to the standards that must be achieved is using a decision support system for determining the location of BMKG observation tools, especially in Jambi Province. This system is designed using the mamdani fuzzy logic method where the AWS tool uses 6 (six) variables, namely location, location access, solar radiation potential, obstacles, communication networks, and security while the seismic tool uses 6 (six) variable, namely rock type, Tdom siteclass, location access, solar radiation potential, assessment results, and communication network. Mamdani fuzzy logic solves problems with intuitively approximated data with fuzzy logic controls. The results of the design of the decision support system prototype are in the form of survey locations shown on the map and the results of the decisions are in the form of feasible or infeasible conditions.

Abstract

The Jambi City Communication and Informatics Service is an agency engaged in communication, informatics, coding, and also statistics for the city of Jambi. This agency has assets that can be said to be in large quantities, but in management, it is still carried out in a way where the financial staff who manage the asset section will request reports from each head of the field who is responsible for what items have been purchased for needs. each of these fields. With that in mind, the purpose of the analysis and design of this asset management information system is to fulfill what has been intended for the future as the needs of system users and also provide an overview of the design that will be made. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. For system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. The prototype of this asset management information system is expected in the future as an application design that will be created and implemented by the Jambi City Communication and Informatics Office.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi is a company engaged in petroleum which has many branches where one of them is the Jambi field. Currently, the department (RAM) realibility, availability, and maintenance is a division engaged in maintenance engineering. In the business process of maintenance and development work there are several problems faced by the RAM division, including the slowness to monitor the daily progress work, which currently project reporting is received in the form of handwriting which will be recapitulated in the form of an Excel file then it is usually given at the end of the month to the manager. The purpose of this research is to analyze problems and design a web-based project management information system. The research method uses a prototype model and a unified model language system model using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype design of a web-based project management information system that can be implemented later as a solution to existing problems.

Abstract

Currently the school seeks an educational institution that is able to serve the community well, especially in terms of delivering information to student and the public. During this Notice of school information is still done manually, mostly still taped to the latest information dipapan announcement, through the speaker mounted each class, and still using information media such as facebook a promotional media to the public. Therefore, in this Studi conducted a needs assessment to produce the school website by using modeling UML (Unified Markup Language) usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Utilization of the website in the development of competence and quality of the school is the right thing because the website is very interactive media and dynamic to broaden as well as to the existence of self. Implementation of information systems based school website can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the internet. Website school can overcome the problems in the delivery of information and the promotion of school, which is still done manually. The results of this Studi are in the form of a web-based promotional information system design that can help Veteran Vocational Schools in overcoming the problems they face.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BPPRD) Muaro Jambi is the agency used in the management of local taxes and is responsible for the implementation of the regional taxation process in Muaro Jambi Regency. In carrying out the local taxation process starting from the data collection, registration, determination to local tax processes, human resources and technology are still needed to optimize local tax revenues. For now, the taxpayer's reporting process is still being reported manually. Because the submission of reports is still manual, taxpayers must come to the office of the Muaro Jambi Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency and fill out the form available to be calculated by the tax officer, the tax assessment must be announced. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a local tax service information system using an object-oriented model approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language) Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Databases. This study resulted in a solution to the problems that existed at BPPRD Muaro Jambi, namely in the form of a regional service information system design. In this designed system, it can manage taxpayer data (restaurants, hotels and parking), manage tax reporting data, manage tax reports, view taxpayer values, view taxpayer data, provide notifications to pay taxes, and as a medium of information from the Regency BPPRD. Muaro Jambi to taxpayers so that taxpayers do not need to commute to report their taxes so that taxpayers do not need to commute to report their taxes.

Abstract

SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi processes data on alumni activities after graduation, still in a manual way, namely by collecting alumni data directly at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi. Alumni fill in alumni data into the alumni summary book; this data collection occurs when alumni legalize the diploma. After filling in the data, the TU staff then transfers the data that was filled earlier to the computer using Microsoft Excel as a medium for archiving data on alumni activities after graduation, recapping the results of the data that is made into a report and the report is printed every year. However, only some of the alumni data is captured, which results in errors or mistakes in writing alumni data in the alumni book and does not facilitate the process of searching for alumni data on a large scale if at any time the school needs data from an alumni from several years ago. The recording and management of alumni data is slow and difficult to realize. As for the purpose of this study, namely to analyze and study system problems that are currently running at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi and system design in this study using UML (Unified Modeling Language) model tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams, Furthermore, this study used the prototype system development method and used the Balsamiq Mockups 3 application tool as a design medium in producing a tracer study alumni information system user interface design at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi. This research resulted in an alumni information system design that can process school profile data, alumni data, tracer study data, and other data so that it can present the required alumni report designs. Abstract

Employee recruitment is the activity of selecting and determining a number of applicants who have qualified knowledge and skills and get new, qualified employees. Gramedia Jambi is a retail store that provides various types of books, satationary, office supplies, sport equipment, magazines and tabloids. In the new employee recruitment system, Gramedia Jambi bookstore must pay attention to the existing criteria in the company so that a score is abtained that is objective, accurate and in accordance with the application’s abilities. Less effective time because recruitment is done manually and the difficulty of eliminating subjective factor from HRD. As for the design and implementation of a decision support system for the requitment of new employees by applying the Profile Matching method. The Profile Matching method os a decision-making process by entering ideal values and knowing the apllicant’s abilities because the calculation uses a weighting system. This design aims to assist HRD in recruiting quality employees and in accordance with company criteria. The criteria used are Experience, Knowledge, Appearance, Analyzing Products, Mastering Social Media, and Written Test. The final results of this study overcome problems in employee recruitment at Gramedia Jambi.

Abstract

Currently there is not enough information about tourist objects in Merangin Regency so not many tourists and the public know what tourist objects are in Merangin Regency. Therefores, this needs to be overcome by providing more complete and detailed information using web-based information media. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for tourists to find any tourist information in Merangin district. The research method used was to collect data through literature studies, interviews, and observations, as well as analyzing software requirements, building a database using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. This research produced a web-based Merangin district tourism information system and was made only as a prototype.

Abstract

Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance is the government's effort to stabilize the economy of the poor in Indonesia, especially in villages. collectively and as social protection for the community. The purpose of this study was to design and apply a decision support system to help determine a decision for the Village Head of Bukit Tempurung to determine the prospective beneficiary families of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD). This study uses a research method using SAW (Simple Addictive Weight). This research will produce a ranking of each alternative. Based on the research that has been done, there are still difficulties because the assessment is still done subjectively. This study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools in the form of use case diagrams and activity diagrams. With this decision support system it can help minimize errors, because the determination is based on predetermined criteria and has gone through a calculation process so that the assessment is objective
