Abstract

The tourism potential of hot springs in Padang Lawas Regency acts as a driving force for the economy of communities with low to medium economic levels. The people of Paringgonan Village depend on agriculture, so if this tourism is managed well it will have the potential for tourism development. This research aims to determine the tourism potential to be developed by the Tourism Office in Paringgonan Village. In this research, qualitative research methods were used with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique applied is the interactive model introduced by Miles and Huberman, which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research indicate that the potential for developing Hot Springs tourism has several supporting factors. There are tourist attractions such as hot springs, the availability of accommodation facilities such as hotels or inns, and the presence of mosques as important facilities. However, there are shortcomings in terms of road infrastructure to the Hot Springs and additional services. Apart from that, the efforts made by the Tourism Department to date have not reached their maximum potential. Therefore, in developing various tourist attractions in Paringgonan Village, there needs to be closer collaboration between the community and the local government, as well as improving facilities that can meet the needs of tourists who come to visit.

Abstract

The decline in the Global Innovation Index (GII) in Indonesia highlights the importance of promoting Innovative Work Behavior. In response, the government has initiated a Large-scale Bureaucracy Reform Design, emphasizing the significance of innovation in achieving world-class governance. Innovative Work Behavior is defined as creative ideas and contributions from employees in solving job-related problems, which impact organizational performance improvement. This research is motivated by the need for innovation in the public sector, particularly in the digital transformation of government services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Digital Skills and Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, mediated by Readiness for Change, in the context of implementing Dukcapil Go Digital in the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Dharmasraya Regency. This research is a case study with a quantitative approach. The research respondents are all employees of Disdukcapil Dharmasraya Regency. This study uses primary data obtained from respondent answers through a questionnaire filled out via Google Forms. Data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equating Modeling-Partial Least Square) method. The research findings indicate that Digital Skills and Transformational Leadership have a positive and significant influence on the Innovative Work Behavior of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dharmasraya Regency. Digital Skills also have a positive and significant influence on Readiness for Change, while Transformational Leadership does not have a significant influence on Readiness for Change. Although Readiness for Change has a positive impact, it is not significant on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Readiness for Change is not able to function as a mediator between Digital Skills and Innovative Work Behavior, as well as between Transformational Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to expand the eWOM literature that still exists on various social networks. This research takes TikTok as an online networking tool which aims to test the influence of social eWOM on brand attitudes and purchase intentions. Positive social electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand attitudes and brand purchase intentions, the type of research used is quantitative research. The cross-sectional method was used to test the research model involving consumers of Uniqlo products in urban areas. The results of this research are that Social E-WOM has a significant positive influence on Brand Attitude so that the first hypothesis is accepted. This is because the t-statistic value is 5.669>1.96 and the p-value is 0.000<0.05. Social E-WOM is word of mouth marketing between consumers via social media. Social E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention so that the second hypothesis is accepted. This is because the t-statistic value is 3.464>1.96 and the p-value is 0.001<0.05. This is because the t-statistic value is 7.003>1.96 and the p-value is 0.000<0.05. Purchase intention is a consumer's desire to buy a product or service. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes towards brands are how consumers view the product. If consumers view the brand as good, then consumers will have the intention to buy the product. So consumers' purchasing intentions will also arise from responding to the product.

Abstract

Micro enterprises are believed to be able to thrive in unstable situations because they operate independently and have a relatively small scope. Small and medium-sized business owners must be able to survive in an industry dominated by large and medium-sized companies. To achieve this, they need effective marketing strategies, focusing on service quality and price perception, in order to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. The sustainability of micro and small business owners depends on how well their products can endure. In this study, the third key factor (TKT 3) is active research and development. This may involve analytical studies and laboratory research to physically validate analytical predictions about separate elements of technology. For instance, it could relate to components that have not yet been integrated or those that represent a sample. The study population consists of residents in Tangsel, and sampling is done using purposive techniques. Using the Hair formula, the sample size is rounded to 100 individuals who will serve as research respondents. These respondents will be provided with a Google Form questionnaire for the research.

Originally operating offline at Thamrin City, Jakarta, the business faced significant changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the pandemic limited the number of weddings, KRB.ID managed to maintain a steady level of sales. The business received positive ratings on Shopee, with an average rating of 4.9, attributed to the high-quality products that satisfied customers. However, customer service was a concern, as there were instances of delayed or incorrect responses, such as failure to confirm out-of-stock items or incorrect deliveries. The sales of knitted pashmina shawls have experienced an increase following the easing of wedding restrictions, in alignment with the evolving wedding regulations.
