Chronic renal failure patients on hemodialysis have physical and psychological changes that cause worry and fatigue. The study examines how pranayama yoga and education affect anxiety and exhaustion at X Hospital in West Java hemodialysis patients. A single group pre-post-test was used in the quasi-experimental investigation. From June 12 to July 12, 2023, 35 hemodialysis patients participated. These patients had nine yoga pranayama and education sessions. The study found that 85.7% of participants experienced low-level anxiety before and 100% after the intervention. The t-dependent test showed a significant difference in anxiety (p 0.001) and exhaustion (p=0.001) before and after the session. Even after controlling for age, gender, and hemodialysis time, pranayama yoga and education therapies significantly reduced anxiety in multivariate linear regression. The P-value for this influence is 0.009. Age (p-value=0.989), gender (p-value=0.212), and protracted haemodialytic treatments (p-value=0.525) do not affect nervousness—the effects of the intervention on anxiety and fatigue. Even after controlling for age, gender, and hemodialysis duration, pranayama yoga and education did not affect anxiety and fatigue. Additional research on sleep quality and hemoglobin levels is recommended.

Critical thinking skills are essential in educational institutions, especially social studies education. Social studies education mainly focuses on developing students' critical thinking skills. This research explores the methods used in social studies learning to support students' critical thinking abilities. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative description approach, using primary and secondary data collection techniques. The primary data collection technique involves interviewing education experts. In contrast, secondary data is obtained by exploring information through scientific works such as articles, books, and educational documents. The results of this research are that in improving students' critical thinking skills, social studies learning can combine learning methods such as discussion-based learning methods, case studies, social research projects, assessment of critical thinking skills, and the use of technology in social studies learning. The implications of this research suggest that educational institutions should prioritize the integration of these diverse learning methods to foster critical thinking skills in students, thereby enhancing their overall academic performance and preparing them for complex problem-solving in real-world scenarios

As public officials, Land Deed Officials (PPAT, Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) must comply with the rules in the PPAT Position Regulation, including the primary duties, authorities, prohibitions, and PPAT Code of Ethics. This study examines the role of PPAT and the legal consequences of grant deeds canceled by the panel of judges in Supreme Court Decision Number 503K/Ag/2015. This type of research is normative juridical with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The data used is secondary data from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results show that Muslim Indonesians are subject to the rules in the Compilation of Islamic Law and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law and use the Religious Courts to resolve disputes. Grant legal acts must be legalized with a Grant Deed, which is the authority of PPAT. In making a Grant Deed, the PPAT must examine the origin of the granted property. The pillars and conditions of grants in KHI and KHES are cumulative and must be fulfilled. The grant can be canceled if one of the elements is not fulfilled. In the case of grant deed Number 112/II/GB/2003, the PPAT needed to fully carry out its role correctly. Despite having carried out duties by several articles in Government Regulation No. 37/1998 jo PP No. 24/2016, the PPAT violated Article 22 and the precautionary principle in the PPAT Code of Ethics. As a result, the grant deed was declared to have no legal force by the Panel of Judges of the Supreme Court. This research shows that violations by PPAT in making grant deeds can cause the deed to be invalid and null and void, eliminating legal certainty for the parties involved. PPAT's adherence to the rules and the precautionary principle is essential to ensure the legal validity of the deed made.

Sexual harassment cases are a serious problem that has an impact on various aspects of the victim's life, both physical and psychological. In Indonesia, the handling of this case is regulated by positive law which aims to provide legal protection for victims and fair sanctions for perpetrators. However, there are still various challenges in its implementation, such as unclear definitions and lack of comprehensive legal protection. This study aims to analyze the regulation of sexual harassment crimes from a positive legal perspective in Indonesia. This research uses a normative juridical method, which is a literature study that examines secondary legal materials such as laws, journals, and related literature. The results show that although there are several regulations regulating the crime of sexual harassment, there are still shortcomings in terms of clear definitions and comprehensive protection for victims. In addition, consistent application of the law and increasing legal awareness in the community are also challenges that need to be overcome. The implications of this study show the importance of revising and improving existing regulations as well as the need for a more holistic approach in handling sexual harassment cases. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and fair legal policies in protecting the rights of victims of sexual harassment.

Traffic violations are a persistent issue in road traffic systems globally, including in Indonesia. Despite the enforcement of traffic laws, violations remain prevalent across various regions. This study focuses on the effectiveness of applying criminal fines for traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir Police Station and examines the factors that influence these violations. The purpose of this study is to explain the effectiveness of applying criminal fines for traffic violations in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir Police Station and explain the factors that influence the occurrence of traffic violations in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir Police Station. The results of the first study show that the application of criminal fines for traffic violations at the Rokan Hilir Police Station to date is practical, and this is to the applicable rules by Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic and transportation. Many traffic violations that occur in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir Police only impose criminal fines, so in the future, imprisonment with the maximum threat must also be applied to traffic violators; this is considering that only the imposition of criminal fines has not provided a deterrent effect on violators. We can see this from the increase in violations that occur every year. The criminal fines imposed have not been able to reduce the level of traffic violations that existed previously in the Rokan Hilir Police jurisdiction, even though they have always been applied to traffic violators in the Rokan Hilir Legal Area. Second, the factors that influence the occurrence of traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Rokan Hilir Regional Police, among others, are human factors, vehicle factors, and road condition factors.

This research aims to analyze the behavior model of tourists in Bali when visiting Health Spas from a positive legal perspective. Traveler behavioral intent is an important factor in measuring the success of a travel company, as it can influence the decision to revisit and recommend destinations to others. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis was carried out using the Structure Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of the study show that the emotions of tourists positively and significantly affect behavioral intentions. However, the image of tourist destinations cannot be a mediating variable between tourist emotions and behavioral intentions. The image of tourist destinations and perceived value can mediate the relationship between tourist emotions and behavioral intentions. Tourist involvement also has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions through the value felt by tourists. This research provides implications that tourist destination managers need to consider emotional factors and perceived value perceived by tourists in their marketing strategies.
