Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gender, personality type, audit experience and auditor education level on the skepticism of the internal auditor of the government. The number of samples used in this study were 50 respondents taken by accidental sampling method, namely sampling based on convenience and being in the right situation, time and place. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 17.0. this shows that gender, personality type, audit experience, and auditor education level significantly influence the skepticism of the internal auditors of the government

Abstract

The population growth in Indonesia has been increasing steadily, so has the population growth in East Java Province. An increase in population will lead to an increase in the number of workers. The increasing number of workers will become a problem in the world of employment, if the number of workers available is not proportional to the demand for workers who are able to absorb. The results of this study indicate that the results of the study were negative and insignificant to the workforce in East Java Province with a coefficient of -0,000508 and a probability yield of 0.3650, while the GRDP had a positive and significant effect on labor in the East Java Province with a coefficient of 0,026689 and the probability result of  0.0468, and the minimum wage have a positive and significant effect on labor in the Province of East Java with a coefficient result of 0.132291 and a probability result of  0.0000.

Abstract

Regional economic development has the main objectives, namely the prosperity of the region and the prosperity of the local community. Local governments and communities try to use and manage the resources in their area to the fullest. This study discusses the effects of poverty, unemployment, population on the economic growth of districts and cities in East Java in 2015-2019. The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of economic growth in districts and cities in East Java during 2015-2019. The method used in this study is panel data regression and statistical testing. This result are R2 is 0. 269270, F test with p-value is 0,0000 use alpha 0,05 and t-test variable poverty and unemployment are have significan 0.0000 and 0.0004 and t-test variable population not significan 0.1858.
