Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui input (tenaga kerja) terhadap jumlah gula pasir yang dihasilkan, tingkat elastisitas output yang terjadi di Pabrik Batu Gula Krebet baru periode 2018-2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif di Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang. Data diperoleh dengan cara observasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Cobb Douglas dengan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, variabel X1 (tenaga kerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y (produksi gula) di PT. PG Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang periode 2018-2019. Besarnta elastisitas X1 (tenaga kerja) terhadap gula adalah 1.130. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa barang bersifat elastis, karena nilanya > 1, artinya jika X1 (tenaga kerja) meningkat sebesar 1% maka Y (gula) akan meningkat sebesar 1,30%, cateris paribus.

Abstract

Merchant income can be influenced by many factors. This research is to find out what factors influence the income of Manukan Kulon Surabaya traditional market traders. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Manukan Kulon Traditional Market in Surabaya with a population of 300 traders. By determining the sample using the slovin formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents in the traditional market Manukan Kulon Surabaya. While the data collection method uses interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The variables used include business capital (X1), length of business (X2), working hours (X3), and income (Y). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that partially the variables that significantly influence the income of traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders are venture capital (X1). While the old business variable (X2) and working hours (X3) did not significantly influence the income of the traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, duration of business, and working hours on the income of the traditional market traders in Manukan Kulon have a significant effect on the income of the traditional Manukan Kulon Surabaya market traders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, jumlah tenaga, dan harga pupuk terhadap produksi padi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kausal dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel responden didasarkan pada teknik purposive sampling. Populasi sampel adalah data yang diterbitkan oleh BPS kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Timur yang menjadi acuan penulis untuk melaksanakan penelitian yaitu data BPS terkait Luas Lahan, Tenaga Kerja, Harga pupuk, dan Produksi pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2014-2018. Teknik analisis digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi melalui model metode panel least squares. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel luas lahan memiliki dampak signifikan negatif pada produksi padi di Jawa Timur, sedangkan variabel jumlah tenaga kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada produksi padi di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on the domestic economy of nation-states and the existence of SME’s. This research aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the SME’s sector in Indonesia as well as the efforts made by the government in helping SME’S survive in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The research method used in qualitative descriptive research, data collection techniques using documentation techniques, namely collecting data from various reference source. The results of the research are that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the performance of SME’s in Indonesia, this can be seen from the conditions before Covid-19, the percentage of good/very good business conditions of 92.7 percent and poor/very bad business conditions 1, 0 percent, after covid the bad/very bad business conditions increased by 56.8 percent compared to the original 1.0 percent. So it can be concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a decline in the performance of SME’s
