Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji proporsi dana perimbangan dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja daerah serta menunjukkan ada tidaknya flypaper effect di kabupaten/kota Jawa Timur Tahun 2017-2019. Pengumpulan data dan informasi secara langsung diperoleh melalui instansi dan lembaga yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur dari tahunn 2017-2019. Teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan menguji flypaper effect yaitu dengan cara membandingkan nilai DAU dengan PAD, jika nilai DAU > PAD maka menunjukkan adanya flypaper effect. Jika sebaliknya atau sama nilainya antara DAU dengan PAD maka tidak ada flypaper effect. Berdasarkan uji t pada uji regresi linier berganda yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berpengaruh terhadap belanja daerah, Dimana hasil uji rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata DAU sebesar Rp. 380.779.789.000 dan Nilai PAD sebesar Rp. 59.496.296.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai DAU lebih besar dari nilai PAD (DAU > PAD), maka ada Flypaper effect.

Abstract

The study investigates the factors influencing investment ratings within OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) countries from 2011 to 2015. We employed the Tobit Regression model as our primary analytical tool to achieve this objective. Our data sources encompassed secondary data sets published by reputable organizations such as the World Bank, Transparency International, and UNDP. We utilised purposive sampling, targeting 19 OIC nations for which comprehensive data on the required variables were available. The model featured five independent variables: the Corruption Perception Index, GDP per capita, population growth, life expectancy, and the education index. The sole dependent variable under examination was the investment rating. Our findings unveiled that the Corruption Perception Index and GDP per capita significantly influenced the investment ratings within OIC countries. It implies that perceptions of corruption and economic prosperity played pivotal roles in shaping the investment climate within these nations during the specified period.

Abstract

The purpose of these study to " The Analysis of Working Capital, Length of Business and Office Hour to Income of Street Vendors in Darmo Permai Surabaya in 2021". These study used Cross Section data with 61 samples were tested on multiple linear regression method to showed an increase of generated by street vendors based on working hours and the length of business that the street vendors have occupied. Simultaneously there was an impact on increasing the income of street vendors on the hours worked and the length of the business occupied, while partially only working hours will have a positive impact on the income of street vendors at the Darmo Permai Location Surabaya 2021.
