Abstract

This research aims to analyze effective marketing strategies in increasing the growth of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, with a focus on the Batu Sub-Branch Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a case study approach. Based on the research results, it was found that manual or head-to-head marketing strategies were more effective than digital marketing methods at Sub-Branch Office Batu. The head-to-head approach provides direct interaction between the marketing team and customers, allowing for more personalized and in-depth offers. This strategy has been proven to increase the closing rate of sales significantly, especially for low cost funding and bancassurance products. Factors such as market targeting, product diversification, customer education, and excellent service are the keys to the success of this strategy. In conclusion, implementing a manual marketing strategy really supports the growth of Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office Batu with a focus on achieving a higher closing rate

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Impact of the Existence of the Muhammadiyah Labuhan Ratu Education Complex on the community's economy and to find out how the level of community income changed after establishing a business in the Muhammadiyah Labuhan Ratu Education Complex. This study involved interviews with 15 business owners in the Muhammadiyah Labuhan Ratu Education Complex. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, this study involved 15 respondents who were business owners in the Muhammadiyah Labuhan Ratu Education Complex. The results of the study showed that the existence of the Muhammadiyah Education Complex significantly affected the local economy, with an increase in respondents between 30-80% in addition there was a real socio-economic change, with previously quiet areas becoming more lively with many business opportunities. Thus, the Muhammadiyah Labuhan Ratu Education Complex plays a significant role in improving the regional economy and improving the quality of life of the community.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings major changes to Indonesia. This transformation also presents challenges, especially in terms of regulation, data security, and consumer protection. A deep understanding of the sociological dimensions of law is very important. In this article, the method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. In the research approach, the researcher uses a sociological legal approach. In the context of rapid technological developments and social change, the study of the sociology of law on the need to immediately carry out digital transactions is very relevant. The implementation of digital transactions is not only related to economic aspects, but also includes various important social and legal dimensions. The sociology of law sees that digital transactions represent a significant change in the way society interacts and transacts. This shift creates new opportunities, but also challenges, which require adjustments to legal regulations to remain relevant and responsive to the needs of society. In the context of Society 5.0, rapid changes in digital technology require the legal system to be responsive and flexible, so that it can answer the challenges that arise without hindering technological progress. The implementation of digital transactions towards the Society 5.0 era is not only an option, but a necessity to ensure sustainable economic growth, social inclusion, and effective legal protection. Therefore, collaboration between the government, private sector, and society is essential to create a digital transaction ecosystem that is safe, fair, and beneficial for all. The relationship between legal sociology, digital transactions, and the Society 5.0 era shows the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the social and legal impacts of digitalization.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) plays an important role in expanding sharia financial inclusion in Indonesia, especially amidst intense competition in the banking industry. Choosing the ideal location for a bank office is a strategic decision that influences accessibility, customer satisfaction and operational performance. A strategic location not only considers demographic aspects, such as Muslim population density, but also economic potential, infrastructure and the level of competition in the region. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the main strategies and considerations in selecting the ideal BSI office location to support operational efficiency and business growth. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The data used is secondary data, including BSI annual reports, Financial Services Authority (OJK) publications and related literature studies. The research results show that BSI's strategic location selection was influenced by several main factors, such as high Muslim population density, adequate infrastructure, and regional economic potential. In addition, the integration of technology in office layout design, such as digital services and electronic queuing systems, also improves customer experience and operational efficiency. These findings provide important insights for developing optimal location strategies to support the growth of sharia banking in Indonesia

Abstract

This researgh aims to describe or describe the reality of whether the welfare of corn workers in Sumbawa Regency is consideret in accordance with Islamic teachings and Islamic jurisprudence laws in Sumbawa regenvcy. The research used in this research is qualitative, the walfare of corn workers in Sumbawa district is assessed from several aspects such as safe working conditions, decent wages, access to edicationand health, and protection’rights. When the price of corn rises, workers’wages will rise, and conversely, when the price of corn decreases, workers’ wages will also decrease. Viewed from a fiqh perspective, as mentioned in surah Hud verse 6 “and there is no guarantee that there is not a single creeping animal on earth but Allah is the one who provides his sustenance” but that guarantee that there it is not given without effort as Allah has explained in surah Ar-Ra’d verse 11 “indeed Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change the condition of themselves”. From a jurisprudence perspective, the level of welfare of corn workers is not as significant due to the weakening corn princes in Sumbawa district.
