Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) refers to state of the art of technology in mobile telecommunication. It has an uplink capacity up to 50 megabits per second (Mbps), and 100 Mbps of the downlink. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the development of LTE in Makassar, and provide information on the LTE network optimization capacity for data access fulfillment in Makassar. This research was conducted from October 2015 until January 2016. The location of the research was conducted in one of telecommunication provider service provider company in Makassar, Telkomsel Tbk, which inaugurated LTE service in Makassar Commercial. As for technical aspect which is needed to determine area coverage is the width of the predetermined area. Makassar city has awidth of 175,77 km2 and comprises of 14 districts. Abstract

this final duty have been done [by] system development of Pengontrolan speed of Motor Induce Three Phase use pengontrolan conduct resistor base on PLC. System the controlled [is] speed of Motor Induce Three Phase [pass/through] resistor kontroler by using kontaktor kordinasi with resistor. Arrangement of torque [at] Motor Induction will be more easy to and way of this have been developed [by] [in] some weakness literature,namun of Motor Induce [is] unable to maintain its speed constantly if/when happened change of and also speed of torsi burden. Hence to get constant speed and also improve;repair Motor Induction performance made [by] method of kordinasi kontaktor with resistor that is a[n method arrangement of torsi [at] Motor of Induksi.Penelitian this aim to to  Design system of Pengontrolan MI3F With Three Speed. Object Research in the form of appliance for the scheme of system pengentrolan of Motor Induce Three Phase by 3 speed being based on PLC. Scheme of system pengontrolan of MI3F base on this PLC give method three kcepaatan with aim to for the efektifitas of usage of motor with model three speed. Induction motor can be arranged [by] its speed with three phase that is 500 , 1000, and 1500 rpm.

Abstract

 Short duration under voltage or what is known as voltage sag or dip voltage is a decrease in the amount of supply followed by a recovery after a short period of time of failure. Referring to the IEEE 1159-1995 standard, the voltage dip is defined as the rms voltage drop of 10% - 90% for the amplitude value for 0.5 cycles to less than one minute. This study aims to determine an overview of the switching effect of the smelter in the 150 kV high voltage overhead line system (SUTT) in the South Sulawesi electrical system. The results of the analysis with the help of ATP software show that the sulsel system is still in a safe condition because the voltage drop and magnitude that occur are still within tolerance limits.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To Set the DC motor rotation with input DAC using Matlab, (2) To produce a data acquisition system with a portable hardware. The tools are designed in the form of a regulator and a DC motor drive with DAC input that can slow down and brought forward in accordance with the input value by utilizing PPI matlab program as a means of sending control signals to the DAC as a digital signal converter to analog signals. The software has been created in order pendekode decoding process runs efficiently when multiple application programs to access the system simultaneously. To allow users to access the system, the script code application program interface has been made in matlab language. The results of this study indicate that PPI and DAC capable of acquiring the data input mode minimum 60 bits (00.1111 million and 1.5625 volts) with a speed of 1066.41 rpm and a maximum input of 255 bits (11111111 and 4.9 Volt) with a speed of 922.852 rpm

Abstract

As well as the Protection of Information System Models  Starting And Penhentian Mi3f By Using Sms. PLC (programmable logic control) is a device (equipment) that is used to  replace the sequential relay circuits to control the machine. The research method ology used in  the preparation of this final project is besifat experimental study using SMS as a media object to  detect an error in an induction motor. The protection of information systems using the  instrument for the identification of disorders includes two types: overcurrent relays and current  sensors for detecting large flows entering and phase detection in case of failure.

Abstract

One solution to solve electrical problems in Loeha village in Towuti sub-district is the provision of new and renewable energy source which is environmentally friendly as an alternative to the addition of electricity supply that is PLTS Off Grid electrical system. The purpose of this research is to design the electrical system of Off Grid PLTS with the capacity of 1000 Watt in Loeha village, Towuti sub-district, East Luwu regency so that later can overcome the electrical problems that happened in this region. The results show that the equipment needed to support the electrical system. PLTS Off Grid 1000 Watt is Photovoltaic (PV) or Solar cell amount to 4 pieces with technical specification; type cell monocrytalline, cell efficiency 15%, maximum power 260 Wp. Solar Charge Controller using MPPT technology with technical specifications; working voltage PV max 140 VDC, battery working voltage 48 VDC, Output Current max 60 A, efficiency 97%, and 1000 Watt capacity. Battery bank Deep cycle with technical specifications; type Deep Cycle OPzV battery, nominal voltage 2 V / cell, Cycle life 1200, DOD 80%, and capacity 160 Ah. And Bidirectional inverters with Technical Specifications; DC input Volt (nominal) 50.4 V, Voltage limit input 40-64 V, Current input 131 A, Charging Current 100 A, Type of signal True Sine Wave 50 Hz, Continous Output Power 1 KVA.
