Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply bandwidth management with the PCQ - Queue Tree method so that bandwidth usage in one network can be comprehensive/normal and share good Quality Of Service in one network. The background of this research is that the internet network is less than optimal due to some triggers. Both in terms of infrastructure or systems. By applying the Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) method using a Queue Tree, every user who accesses the internet will get an even bandwidth allocation. The test uses the Wireshark application with several computers connected via wired and several devices connected via a wireless network. The results showed that bandwidth management with the PCQ - Queue Tree method gave better results than without using PCQ because by using PCQ all users who are members of one network get an equal bandwidth allocation between one another.

Abstract

One of the causes of failure in pond shrimp farming is disease. The most dangerous disease attacks and causing losses to farmers are due to viral attacks of Myo/Infectious Myo Necrosis Virus (IMNV) of Shrimp, White Spot Syndrome (WSS) of Shrimp, Early Mortality Syndrome (EMS), and Yellow Head Disease. / Yellow Head Disease. The purpose of the research is to build an expert system application that can diagnose pond shrimp disease using the backward chaining method so as to help the community in Rawajitu sub-district in aquaculture shrimp., the system design method used is Unified Modeling Language (UML), the system development method used is Waterfall, and system built using Adobe Dreamweaver 8 tools and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of an expert system that can diagnose pond shrimp disease using the backward chaining method. The system created later is expected to provide services to shrimp farmers in obtaining information on shrimp disease and accurate disease management solutions.

Abstract

Technology brings people to see beyond the outside world, open their minds to think, and build creativity to create new things. One technology that is currently developing very rapidly is technology in the form of smartphones, especially those based on Android. Android games are one of the entertainment media that are the people's choice to eliminate boredom or just to fill spare time. In addition to being a medium of entertainment, games can also be a medium of learning to improve one's brain development. Learning media such as interactive Tajweed science using educational game media are still rare, even educational games with the theme of learning about Tajweed Science are not yet available. Android-Based Tajweed Educational Game Design which is expected to provide education, convenience and entertainment that are more interesting, efficient, effective, and efficient.

Abstract

The Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Sidorejo, East Lampung annually issues the predicate of outstanding students which is calculated based on attitude or personality values, report cards, extracurricular values, and absent grades. To determine the students who are entitled to the best grades, the boarding school must calculate the value of all student data every year. Therefore, the authors propose a web-based decision support system for outstanding students using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is used to make it easier for teachers and homeroom teachers to determine outstanding students. This system is applied to support the decisions of outstanding students who have previously used conventional systems or manually to digital-based systems and can display in detail and can be proven by the system.

Abstract

Currently information systems are developing very quickly and rapidly, including in the health sector. One of the uses of information systems in the health sector is the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu). In general, Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed from, by, for and with the community. Based on this, the researchers proposed a Mother and Child Data Processing system at Posyandu. The presence of Posyandu can indirectly provide convenience to the community, but raises new problems, namely the large amount of data on mothers and children participating in the Posyandu program, causing reports and archives of Posyandu activities to accumulate at the coordinator. In addition, problems in finding data are due to the large amount of data which causes a lack of control over children. Therefore, this research produces a web-based data processing system that can process data storage more securely, assist in data retrieval and minimize errors when inputting patient data at Posyandu. With the presence of this data processing system, it can help Posyandu cadres work more quickly and precisely in helping the community in terms of health, especially pregnant women and toddlers (children).

Abstract

Based on the research, we need a technology that can be used to monitor the distance when driving in order to reduce the rate of road accidents. The purpose of the author is to make a device on vehicles using Arduino. So the author makes a solution with a report entitled" Design and build a distance detection device on cars to reduce the number of accidents in Lampung based on Arduino". This tool utilizes an ultrasonic sensor as a distance reader,so that the driver can determine the distance between the vehicle and the object in front or behind the vehicle. Based on the results of research that has been tested using the Black box testing method, and the use of the device is in accordance with the function.

Abstract

With the increase of smartphone users and motor users, it can be designed a service provider application that is devoted to motorcyclists. With the large number of motor vehicles, there are also many service services or maintenance services and motor vehicle repairs to help motorists in getting comfortable motor vehicles by doing regular motor vehicle maintenance. Manual recording is very difficult for the workshop when it comes to providing information to customers about service schedules. In addition to difficulties from the workshop side, difficulties are experienced by the customer where in the intended workshop. The quota provided by the party has sometimes exceeded the maximum limit provided and customers must find another workshop or have to reschedule the next day.

Abstract

Based on the survey that has been carried out, the PDAM operator detects turbidity in the water treatment plant using the conventional method (visual) and records the value of changes in turbidity that occur manually. This device is controlled by an Arduino uno microcontroller IC as a command process to be executed and a turbidity sensor that will detect turbidity in water and smartphones as monitoring media and turbidity sensor data application media. After various tests and analyzes have been carried out on the control design and monitoring of PDAM water turbidity, the measurement of this system uses the Turbidity sensor module so that it can facilitate the measurement of PDAM water turbidity and water control so that the water is not cloudy with a tool control system carried out by internet communication using the IOT method. (Internet of Things) and also the water pump motor uses a 220v AC type poma motor and uses a water filter to purify the water.
