Abstract

The world was severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic which brings chaos and uncertainty to everyone in society including the Education Sector. With the ongoing lockdowns and restrictions in different parts of the country, the education sector never stops pursuing to deliver the best kind of training and enhancement activities to the learners especially the Senior High School of the Technical Vocational Livelihood Track of Mataas na Paaralang Neptali A. Gonzales through Project BRACE (Blended Reinforcement Activity for Competency Enhancement). The researchers anchor this study on the selected Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) scholars as to the basis for the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in enhancing their competencies in Cookery. The purpose of this study is to use blended reinforcement activities through Online Distance Learning and Modular Distance Learning Approaches to assist those students who were not able to catch up on lessons due to some work, poor internet connection, and struggling students. This is in support of our School Division Mantra: “Batang Mandunong Walang Maiiwan, Lahat Kabahagi ng Bilang”. The effectiveness of the program is being measured by getting the level of performance of the respondents as revealed by their mean grades before and after the implementation of Project BRACE. The researchers collected the TVL final grades of the 32 beneficiaries of Cookery from their respective advisers and the grade given by their Work Immersion TechVoc Institution during the JDVP Program. Consolidated grades of each competency were recorded and computed to get the Mean grades in both sources to determine the level of performance of the learners before and after Project BRACE. Based on the overall interpretation of the Mean having the mean average of 4.67, the respondents’ level of acceptability of JDVP through Project BRACE is “Strongly Agree”. Therefore, the objective of the program was met. As a result of the Focused Group Discussion, most of the learner-beneficiaries mastered those given competencies set by the work immersion partner institution which are closely related to the TESDA Training Rules and Regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions to take part in rice farming insurance (AUTP) in East Buay Madang District. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that the factors of farming experience, land area, number of family members, age of farmer, level of education, role of instructor, income from rice farming, claim success, level of difficulty in registering and claiming have a significant influence on farmers' decisions in participating in the Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) program. in East Buay Madang District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The factor that most influences farmers' decisions in participating in the Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) program in East Buay Madang District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is the role of extension workers with a standard value of the partial regression coefficient of 6.049.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran sentral dalam perekonomian global, namun seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia. Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya optimalisasi jumlah karyawan dalam UMKM pada UD. Sumber Rejeki Bangkalan sebagai langkah untuk mencapai pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Dalam artikel ini, penyusun menganalisis beberapa strategi yang dapat membantu pemilik UMKM UD. Sumber Rejeki dalam mengelola tenaga kerja mereka secara efisien dengan metode kuantitatif serta dengan pembuktian uji kualitas melalui wawancara pada pemilik usaha dan karyawannya. Pertama, penyusun menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja pada UD. Sumber Rejeki. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan panduan praktis bagi pemilik UD Sumber Rejeki untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah karyawan mereka tanpa mengurangi kualitas atau produktivitas bisnis. Melalui pendekatan yang tepat, UMKM UD. Sumber Rejeki dapat mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dengan memastikan efisiensi operasional yang optimal.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors and lines of life, including the economy and business. On the one hand, the economy has weakened, but on the other hand, the economy has also improved, especially in the electronic commerce sector due to the imposition of mobility restrictions. Tokopedia's online shopping platform is the leader of the e-commerce or marketplace market in Indonesia in terms of the number of visits. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of usability, information quality and service interaction quality of Tokopedia application on satisfaction and repurchase intention using the WebQual 4.0 method. This analysis uses independent variables, namely usability, information quality and service interaction quality. While the dependent variable is satisfaction and repurchase intention. The research method used is associative. The population in this study were users of the Tokopedia application who had already made a purchase, with a sample of 200 respondents who filled out a questionnaire via google form. Statistical method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS which consists of outer model analysis, inner model analysis and continued with hypothesis testing. The results showed that usability, information quality and service interaction quality of Tokopedia application have significant positive effect on satisfaction. Another result is that usability and information quality of the Tokopedia application have significant positive effect on repurchase intention. However, service interaction quality of Tokopedia application has no effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Self-control and counterproductive work behavior are two things that are interrelated to one's behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-control and counterproductive work behavior among PT. Kencana Palm Indonesia. The independent variable in this study is self-control and the dependent variable is counterproductive work behavior. Measuring tools used in this study are self-control scale and counterproductive work behavior scale. The sample selection technique in this study uses probability sampling technique. The sample of this study were 73 people from a total population of 107 employees of PT. Kencana Palm Oil Indonesia. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on self-control ranged from 0,358 to 0.768 with a reliability coefficient value of 0,911 and on the counterproductive work behavior scale ranged from 0,314 to 0.761 with a reliability coefficient value of 0,890. Based on data analysis, the correlation coefficient between self-control variables and counterproductive work behavior was obtained, namely R=-0,737 with a significance level of P=,000. This shows that there is a negative correlation, which means that the higher the self-control, the lower the level of counterproductive work behavior experienced, conversely, the lower the self-control, the higher the level of counterproductive work behavior experienced by employees of PT. Kencana Palm Oil Indonesia. This shows that there is a significant relationship between self-control and counterproductive work behavior among PT. Kencana Palm Oil Indonesia.
