Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in rice production with sub-optimal land use in the Makmur I Farmer Group in Banjaranyar Village. The research method used is survey. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 30 respondents belonging to the Makmur I Farmer Group. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using a Likert scale tool. The results showed that there was an increase in rice production on sub optimal land. Increased rice production in sub-optimal land occurs due to the application of technology, namely tillage with tractors, pumping irrigation technology, use of superior and early maturing varieties, use of balanced fertilizers with organic fertilizers, and adjusting cropping patterns

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prospects for the use of organic fertilizers in the cultivation of shallot bulb seeds in the Sumber Pangan farmer group, Butterfly Village, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. The research method used is a survey with a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was the population sampling technique, namely from the entire population of 48 respondents taken by census. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using a Likert scale tool. The results showed that the prospects for using organic fertilizers were classified as good with the parameters measured being in the medium category, as evidenced by the results of the parameters measured starting from the achievement of the level of development in the high category, the ease of obtaining organic fertilizers and organic raw materials in the high category. Understanding of the function and dosage of organic fertilizers in the moderate category. Achievement of the level of use of organic fertilizers, in the medium category, achievement of the use of liquid organic fertilizers, all in the medium category. The use of solid organic fertilizers in the low category. The application of organic fertilizers is still in the low category. From the results of this study, the empowerment strategy for the Sumber Pangan farmer group is counseling with material on the manufacture and use of organic fertilizers. The development strategy is by increasing counseling to increase farmers' knowledge of attitudes and skills (PSK) regarding organic fertilizers, and attempted with demonstration plots on the use of organic fertilizers.

Abstract

Tanaman kubis merupakan tanaman sayuran yang cocok ditanam pada dataran tinggi, kubis sendiri termasuk tanaman yang mudah di budidayakan dan mudah juga perawatanya. Dukuh Tretepan Desa Pandansari  merupakan salah satu penghasil tanaman kubis. Maka dari itu di perlukan “Analisis Usaha Tani Kubis (Brassica oleracea) Dukuh Tretepan Desa Pandansari Kecamatan Paguyangan Kabupaten Brebes“ yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan jumlah pendapatan usaha tani kubis menguntungkan atau tidaknya. Pengumpulan data pada metode penelitian Observasi dan Wawancara merupakan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan menggunakan bantuan kuesioner sebagai panduan kepada 25 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data, analisis keuntungan, analisis BEP, analisis R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil rata-rata produksi 5011 kg dengan luasan 0,5 hektar, dengan biaya tetap Rp. 5.222.000 per 0,5 ha dan biaya variabel Rp. 4.232.000, Maka dari itu usaha tani di Dukuh Tretepan Desa Pandansari Kecamatan Paguyangan Kabupaten Brebes dapat di katakan menguntungkan dengan biaya total usaha tani Rp 9.454.000/ 0,5 ha dan penerimaan Rp 34.000.000/ 0,5 ha, keuntungan yang di peroleh adalah sekitar Rp 24.546.000/ 0,5 ha, BEP unit 5011 kg dan BEP Rupiah Rp 10.023.032 dalam satu kali musim tanam (3 bulan). Usaha tani kubis di Desa Pandasari sangat efisien dengan nilai RC-ratio 4. 358 artinya, setiap Rp 1 biaya usaha tani yang dikeluarkan, menghasilkan penerimaan Rp 4.358.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Produksi usahatani jagung (Zea mays L) di Kecamatan Kota Nopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Metode penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu probability sampling sebanyak 62 responden yang terdiri dari 8 desa dengan metode simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software komputer SPSS 22. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji parsial/uji t, uji simultan/uji F dan uji adjusted R Square2). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman (X1), pengetahuan (X2), sikap (X3), keterampilan (X4) dan luas lahan (X5) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produksi usahatani jagung (Zea mays L) di Kecamatan Kota Nopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Abstract

PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy is a company operating in the agricultural sector, a company owned and managed by a farmer group, namely the Sidomakmur Farmer Group, which produces processed shallots. PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy is the first factory or production site in Brebes located in Sidamulya Village, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, Central Java, which is built by the Bank Indonesia (BI) Tegal Representative Office. This company has processed red onions into red onion paste, fried onions and crispy onions which have reached export level to Jeddah and Singapore. PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy has problems related to product distribution. Moreover, after Covid-19 entered Indonesia, export-import activities were very limited. This causes a decrease in production and consumer output. This observation is intended to determine the distribution strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy using direct and indirect distribution. Based on observations during Field Work Practices, the author found two distribution strategies for Crispy Onion products at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy, namely direct and indirect distribution. Distribution strategy is a company's effort to determine the distribution channels used to deliver products to consumers. By knowing the distribution strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy is expected to increase the quantity of consumers. To find out the distribution strategy, the author made observations. The observation that the author has made is by conducting a direct survey on product distribution activities and existing data.
