Abstract

Selection for the placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) is an activity that is often carried out by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency to find prospective workers abroad who are suitable to be sent and placed there. In determining the Best Worker Candidates, there are criteria from the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma namely there are four criteria, including Age, Education, Language Mastery and Medical Check Up. The research method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can help in making decisions on complex problems by simplifying the process. This system can help decision makers in determining the best prospective workers quickly and accurately. It is hoped that in the future we will be able to use this application in determining the Best Worker Candidates at Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency, as well as maintaining the application that the author has previously created so that in the future it can be used by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency.

Abstract

One system that can manage and limit time on a network uses a time limit system. Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 is an open source operating system, this operating system is very good for use as a server because it does not require high hardware specifications and can also be obtained for free because it is open source. Abstract

The case data management process handled by Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office uses computers using office applications to create letters and tables of evidence for each case. The large amount of case data that comes in every day means that staff need quite a long time to make reports. Apart from that, the staff searched for data on cases that had occurred previously where there was a request from the head of the prosecutor's office, but this took quite a long time because the data that had been processed was already in the form of data archiving so that the staff had to manually search for the case data one by one. This reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of each staff member at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office. The application of the Sequential Searching Method in searching for case data at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office is a forum built to make it easier for staff at the office to manage case data and search for case data that has been entered. Apart from that, it can help staff in archiving data on cases that have been handled every month. To make it easier for staff to manage case data, a web-based application was built that can be accessed via a browser created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

In the current era of digital and globalization, the need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. To improve the quality of midwives' performance, at Bandar Health Center, Pagaralam City, periodic performance assessments will be needed to motivate the midwives to be more enthusiastic in increasing their performance dedication. However, it is not an easy matter to make a selection to determine the best midwife. Decision support systems (DSS) can provide information and help provide various alternatives that can be used in the decision making process. The existence of a decision support system will also have a positive impact on the sustainability of midwives' performance based on regulations and assessment results. It will be used as material for decision making that can be taken according to expected needs. The results of this process are in the form of a midwife assessment stage as a recommendation in making decision to select a midwife who is suitable for receiving an award as the best midwife. This application was created using the Visual Basic Net programming language and SQL Server/database.

Abstract

Hemorrhoidal disease (hemorrhoids) is more common in men and the peak occurrence of hemorrhoids is at the age of 35 to 65 years and rarely occurs at the age of under 20 years which is caused by inflammation and widening of the veins around the anus originating from the plexus. hemorrhoidal. Implementation of expert systems in the health and medical fields in the form of initial diagnosis, handling of diagnosis results, determining visible clinical symptoms. Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu is one of the general hospitals in the Bengkulu area which is located on Jl. Mahogany No 10. Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu has many patients every day, patients who want treatment or consultation must take a queue number and schedule first, if the patient does not get a queue number on that day they will be transferred to the next day. Seeing the weaknesses in this aspect, an expert system was designed to diagnose hemorrhoids using the Certainty Factor method. This expert system was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expert system created can make it easier for patients to have initial consultations regarding hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids) before meeting a doctor directly.

Abstract

Security and confidentiality of data or information is one of the important aspects of data or information. The issue of security and confidentiality of computer data is important in this information age, especially for SMK Negeri 3 Seluma. Various ways are done to protect the data or information. One of them is by using cryptography with the International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) algorithm. symmetry cryptography created that provides high enough security. The system implementation uses the PHP programming language with the MySql database. The method used in this research is waterfall, this application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the analysis and discussion of the research obtained that the encryption results produced by the International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) do not change the plaintext results into ciphertext if the key is greater than or many of the plaintext characters. The result of this research is a software application that is useful for maintaining database security with the International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) method. With this application can be one solution in securing the database.

Abstract

The utilization of Decision Support Systems can help humans decide things quickly, accurately and consistently. Dehasen University Library has difficulty in considering library services that need to be improved. The research method used in this research is the waterfall model method carried out is a needs analysis, namely determining needs, system design from needs analysis, making programs to design by writing program code, program implementation and testing of the system created. This decision support system is made using the native php programming language so as to speed up the determination of landfills by implementing the moora method. This SPK is also integrated into the MySQL database. From the results of research with this system more accelerate the selection ranking with several alternatives, and testing done with the manual process there is no difference.
