Abstract

Private Practice Midwives are health service providers who contribute significantly to providing services, especially in improving the welfare of mothers and children. Private Practice Midwives are members of the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI). This Private Practice Midwife received guidance from Midwife Delima, a program from IBI. BPS Rita Herawati, in the process of processing patient data at BPS, still uses the conventional method of recording patient data transactions into a registration book, so patient health data is difficult to control. To overcome this problem, we need a patient data processing system as a whole, starting from the process of inputting patient data to the process of making patient data reports. The analytical method used is the PIECES method and uses the Logical Model design method, which is illustrated by the Data Flow Diagram (DAD). To obtain the necessary data to prepare this thesis report, use data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature study. In preparing this thesis report, various conclusions can be drawn, such as applying data management with a computer system speeds up the data management process, managing data with a computer system can save work time, managing data is easier and more efficient, the data entry process is faster and neatly arranged, data reporting process can be done at any time if needed.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design an information system for the Shoe Accessories Warehouse Stock Service at PT Nikomas Gemilang, which has been running manually so that it is less than optimal, becoming a computerized system that is more accurate and relevant according to needs. The methodology used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. This method analyzes performance, information, application security, efficiency and service. The results achieved from the analysis and design of the Shoe Accessories Warehouse Stock Service information system at PT Nikomas Gemilang are that the service system has been computerized so that it can improve service and determine the Stock of Goods in the Warehouse smoothly and precisely in data information. The conclusion that we give is that this computerized system design makes it easier for companies, especially the Shoe Accessories Warehouse Stock Service Department in Service, to calculate the number of Stock Items available with accurate data information.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the information system Purchase Order and coding of materials at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Banten and ongoing production of draft Purchase Order information system and a material code on PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Banten. The method used to analyze the information system Purchase Order and coding of materials at PT. Nikomas Serang Banten using PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). While the system design method used is the Logical Model (modeling logic) by making use traditional models Logical DFD (Data Flow Diagram / Data Flow Diagram), Diagram Context, Overview Diagram, and Detailed Diagram. Data Flow Diagram of the proposed illustrates the flow of data processed by the system, the system can provide the option transaction and can generate output reports are required. The design of the proposed system on information systems Purchase order and coding material that the system can display the selection of the type of the required fields, and can generate output reports transactions.

Abstract

An academic information system is an application created to be an academic governance information system such as lecturer and student data, online KRS system, academic schedules, etc. Poor governance of academic information systems can affect the credibility of the institution itself due to reduced trust in the use of these applications by stakeholders. By carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, it is hoped that it can improve if there needs to be better governance of academic information system applications. In this paper, the stage is to conduct a system audit of academic information system applications using the COBIT framework. The steps taken in the audit process are: 1. Planning, 2. Fieldwork, 3. Reporting 4. Follow-up. By using the calculation results from each information technology process contained in the Delivery and Support (DS) and Monitor, Evaluate, and Asses (MEA) domains, the overall information technology can reach the desired level.
