Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal about, 1) to find out the strategies implemented by teachers in forming environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. 2) find out the implications of forming an environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. 3) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming an environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, observation. The data analysis techniques used are data reducation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking triangulation and member checks. The results of this research show that; 1) the strategy implemented by teachers in forming environmentally caring character in students is a school program tehat has been ambedded in students both within the scope of the school environments and outside the school. 2) The implications of forming an environmentally caring character in students are environmental awareness and higher responsibility in students, a growing sense of enthusiasm and pride in students, as well as students’ appearance and personality that reflects an environmentally caring character. 3) supporting and inhibiting factors in forming an environmentally caring character in students, limitations in equipment that are not yet fully equipped, as well as students’ awareness and responsibility that in unstable and undisciplined.

Abstract

State Property is all goods purchased or obtained at the expense of the APBN and other legitimate acquisitions. There is a condition of State Property in Ministries/Institutions that is less productive, has not been utilized or has less than optimal utilization so that optimization is needed in the form of utilization. Minister of Finance Regulation Number 115/PMK.06/2020 states that utilization is the utilization of State Property that is not used for carrying out the duties and functions of Ministries/Institutions and/or optimizing State Property without changing the ownership status. The research method used is a normative juridical approach to explore applicable provisions and a descriptive approach to assess how optimization of the use of State Property is carried out. There are 6 forms of utilization of State Property which can produce two things, namely budget efficiency and Non-Tax State Revenue. Budget efficiency is obtained from the costs of maintaining and securing State Property and budget efficiency for the construction of buildings, facilities and infrastructure. Utilization of State Property also produces Non-Tax State Revenue as a budgetary function, which is one of the instruments of state income outside of tax revenues and grants

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the buying and selling processes occurring on social media from the perspective of contemporary fiqh muamalah. The method used is library research approach to examine issues related to transactions on social media. The author also applies Islamic law to determine the legal ruling on buying and selling through social media. The problem addressed in this study concerns transactions conducted online via social media. Although online transactions make buying and selling easier, it cannot be denied that they also have their drawbacks. The findings of this research indicate that contemporary transactions are no longer reliant on face-to-face interactions but have evolved with the rise of online buying and selling..

Abstract

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is an international organization that plays an important role in regulating trade between countries with the aim of creating transparency and openness in global trade. Established on January 1, 1995, replacing GATT, the WTO was born from the Uruguay Round agreement and has regulations that must be obeyed by all member countries, especially regarding international trade discipline. The WTO provides a structured dispute resolution mechanism, including consultation, panel formation, and appeal review, to resolve conflicts arising from violations of trade agreements. One example is the case of violations of Indonesian nickel ore exports and the European Union's anti-dumping policy. This study highlights the strategic role of the WTO in preventing retaliatory actions, maintaining global economic stability, and ensuring fairness and effectiveness in resolving international trade disputes. These findings are relevant for International Relations students in understanding the role and challenges of the WTO system as an important element in the global trade architecture.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about IZI's financial reports. This research analyzes the conformity of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative institution's financial reports with PSAK 109. The results of this research show that the Indonesian Zakat Initiative Institute makes financial reports based on PSAK 109 which contains recognition, measurement, disclosure or presentation and reporting. The recording carried out by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) comes from proof of receipt of funds from muzakki in the form of the Zakat Deposit Forum (FSZ). The recording system used by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) is a cash basis recording system. So the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) in terms of recognition is in accordance with the treatment of PSAK 109 concerning zakat accounting. The implementation of PSAK 109 in financial reports has an impact on increasing accountability, and showing transparency in order to increase public trust in order to increase zakat receipts. The presentation of IZI's financial reports has been prepared based on PSAK 109 standards and disclosed to the public on the official IZI website. The reports issued can be accounted for. The reporting made by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative is based on PSAK 109, seen from the five reports made, namely the financial position report, fund changes report, changes in assets under management report, cash flow report and notes report on financial reports.

Abstract

The context of this research is the Take Over Riba service product, this service product is intended for cooperative members who have joined for at least 12 months with the intention of transferring ribawi transactions from conventional financial institutions, and outside financial institutions to transactions that are in accordance with sharia. This service product does not use collateral, and without interest. This service product aims to release cooperative members from usury activities, and provide enthusiasm to improve the people's economy according to sharia. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach focuses more on process research, such as interactions between people in a community, the process of carrying out work, the development of a symptom or civilisation. In this study, researchers explained the aspects of hawalah financing at the savings and loan cooperative and sharia financing ‘Simpul Berkah Sinergi’ Pontianak Regional Representative. The results showed that conceptually the financing practice of takeover usury service products at KSPPS Simpul Berkah Sinergi Cooperative applies a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fee. The agreement is very cooperative and in accordance with sharia or sharia principles based on DSN Fatwa Number 58/DSN-MUI/V/2007 concerning hawalah bil ujrah, DSN Fatwa Number: 12/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning hawalah, and DSN Fatwa Number 31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 concerning Debt Transfer. While the inhibiting factor in the practice of take over usury financing is the ineffectiveness of the application of the hawalah contract in the take over usury service product, especially because the people who are members of the cooperative do not know the existence of a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fees. There needs to be regular socialisation to provide understanding to members in particular and other Muslim communities.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategies used by J&T Express Ampek Angkek to increase consumer loyalty and to find out the perspective of J&T Express Ampek Angkek's Islamic business perspective in increasing consumer loyalty. This research is a type of field research (Field Research), this research uses descriptive-qualitative methods , where in this research the researcher collected data by interviews, observations and documentation with SPV, employees and consumers of J&T Express Ampek Angkek. J&T Express Ampek Angkek used in increasing consumer loyalty is the 7P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People/HR, Process and Physical Evidence). Products that can be picked up at the consumer's address without additional costs, reasonable prices 10,000-14,000 for delivery within the city and 52,000 for delivery outside the city, location selection is in a strategic area that is easy to reach and is located on the side of the main road, spacious parking and clean rooms , in terms of promotion, we have used various methods such as social media, exhibitions, prizes, have experienced and professional employees, and always provide loyalty to consumers.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Study Groups on Student Cognition in Mathematics Subjects at SDN 01 Mentawa for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study has three objectives, namely: 1) Describe students' cognition according to the standards of the study group in mathematics subjects at SDN 01 Mentawa for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. 2) Describe the cognition of students if they exceed the standards of the study group in mathematics subjects at SDN 01 Mentawa for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. 3) Determine the significant influence between the study group and students' cognition in mathematics subjects at SDN 01 Mentawa for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach and a type of comparative research with the secondary data analysis (ADS) research method. The data collection technique uses documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and homogeneity tests. The results of the study showed that: 1. Cognitive results that were in accordance with the standards of the study group in mathematics subjects from the results of the SPSS analysis obtained a mean value or average value of PTS mathematics class III B of 58.92. The median value is 55. The value that often appears (mode) is 67. The range is obtained by subtracting the maximum and minimum values of 92 – 30 = 62. The total number of data is 1,650. 2. Cognitive results that exceeded the standard of the study group in mathematics subjects from the results of the SPSS analysis obtained a mean value or average score of PTS mathematics class III A of 55.13. The median value is 50. The value that often appears (mode) is 42. The range (data range) is obtained by subtracting the maximum and minimum values of 100 – 17 = 83. The total number of data is 1,654. 3. The results of the SPSS analysis obtained a value of Z = -0.885 and Sig./p = 0.376 > 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between the number of study groups that exceed the standard and those that meet the standards in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

This thesis discusses Learning Strategies Through the Provision of Rewards to Increase the Learning Motivation of Grade III Students of SDN 01 Mentawa for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This research has two objectives, namely: 1) Implementation of reward strategies to increase student learning motivation. 2) Impact of student learning motivation or rewarding. This study uses a qualitative approach and a type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation and membercheck. The results of the study show that: 1. The implementation carried out by grade III teachers in giving rewards is the first by preparing the lesson plan before teaching, the second is by looking at the situation and condition of the students in the classroom, whether they are ready to learn, the third provides an explanation of the material, the fourth gives questions to students when explaining, and the last one gives rewards both verbal and non-verbal. 2. The impact of the learning motivation of grade III students of SDN 01 Mentawa on the provision of rewards is showing a positive impact on learning motivation, student participation or activeness in learning and student enthusiasm. The form of reward used, both verbal (praise, applause) and non-verbal (rewards), can increase students' activeness in learning so that students feel enthusiastic and motivated to study diligently

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of local revenue, balancing funds and capital expenditure on the financial performance of the Tanimbar Islands Regency regional government. The research was conducted at the Tanimbar Islands Regency Regional Government office in Saumlaki City and the Maluku Provincial Inspectorate office in Ambon City. This research is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of budget realization data for the Regional Government of the Tanimbar Islands Regency, which was obtained from the Secretariat of the Regent of the Tanimbar Islands Regency and the Maluku Provincial Inspectorate. The data analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression statistical test. The research results show that local original income has a significant positive influence on the financial performance of the Tanimbar Islands Regency Regional Government. Balancing funds and capital expenditures have an insignificant positive influence on the financial performance of the Tanimbar Islands Regency regional government.
