<![CDATA[PT. Jiwasraya Insurance is one of the State-Owned Enterprises that determines the restructuring policy as a result of the company's insolvent condition. However, in the implementation process, several legal rules and principles were violated. This gives rise to several legal consequences and uncertainty regarding the policy holder's rights to the benefit value reduced in the initial insurance agreement, especially annuity insurance policies. This research uses a doctrinal approach. Based on this type of approach, this research is directed at a set of written norms/regulations and supporting literature materials. The results obtained in this research are after reducing the value of insurance benefits during the restructuring of PT. Jiwasraya Insurance has several legal consequences that are detrimental to policy holders and are not in accordance with statutory regulations. Apart from that, legal protection for policy holders is still not fully realized, so as a repressive effort to protect the rights of policy holders it is necessary to provide compensation or compensation which is also in accordance with legal theory and applicable regulations]]>

Every work created by the literary will describe the many events that occurred around his life. One of Indonesia's most famous literaries is Pramoedya Ananta Toer who has created more than 50 literary works and translated more than 42 foreign languages. There is a lot of controversy and polemics behind the many works that Pramoedya Ananta Toer has created. This article discusses how the dynamics of creativity of Pramoedya Ananta Toer as a literary in the development of the history of Indonesian literature. <![CDATA[Employment is one of the main concerns of the Central Java Provincial Government. The aim of this research is to determine employment conditions in Central Java using several indicators. The research results show that although Central Java's TPAK has increased from year to year, the difference between men's and women's TPAK is still large. TPT for men is higher than TPT for women, and urban TPT is higher than rural TPT. The TPT for Vocational High School (SMK) graduates is always the highest, compared to the TPT for graduates of other levels of education. Based on main employment status, the working population can be categorized into formal and informal activities. Residents who work in formal activities include those who work with the help of permanent workers and workers/employees/employees, while the rest are categorized as informal activities (self-employed, businesses assisted by temporary workers/unpaid workers, casual workers, and family/unpaid workers ).]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are (1) Describe the condition of the collection post-fire library at the District Archives and Library Service South Coast; (2) Describe the collection's curative conservation activities post-fire library as a recovery stage from the Disaster Preparedness in Libraries at the Coastal District Archives and Library Service South; and (3) Describe the factors that are obstacles the library carries out curative conservation of library collections after the fire at the South Pesisir Regency Archives and Library Service. This research using an approach with the data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The subject of this research is the Head Library Sector, Library Management, and Library Staff. As for technique The data analysis used is data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that, (1) Condition of library collections post-fire at the Pesisir Selatan Regency Archives and Library Service categorized into 2, namely severely damaged (destroyed) and collection conditions damaged by wetness; (2) Curative conservation activities carried out by the Service archives and libraries of Pesisir Selatan Regency after the fire The condition of collections that are seriously damaged (destroyed) in a library is destruction by throwing it into the landfill. Meanwhile collections Wet printing is done in stages such as drying using a rope and dry using a fan. After all that's done carried out, the collections are arranged into cardboard boxes whose purpose is to Avoid wrinkles and warping of the book. Then arranged neatly inside depot room to keep it safe and protected; and (3) Inhibiting factors the library carries out curative conservation of library collections after the fire in the South Pesisir Regency Archives and Library Service, namely budget, Human Resources, and equipment/facilities for collection repair.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore and understand the role of youth as agents of change in the church context, focusing on the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 5:13-16. The study will analyze how youth can become the "salt of the earth" and the "light of the world," as well as the concrete impact resulting from their role as agents of change within the church. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach, utilizing exploratory studies. Data will be collected through literature review, Bible text analysis, specifically Matthew 5:13-16. Data analysis will use an inductive approach to identify patterns, themes, and concepts emerging from the research findings. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how youth can act as agents of change within the church context. The theological and practical implications of youth's role in reflecting Christ's values in society will be discussed, including specific ways youth can strengthen the church's testimony and have a positive impact on the surrounding community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to deepen the understanding of the Transformation of Social Conditions of Church Members Through Church Diakonia Services. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach by combining quantitative methods to investigate the impact of diakonia services on the social transformation of church members within the context of church life. Through in-depth interviews, surveys, and document analysis, the research will explore the motivations, barriers, and experiences of church members involved in diakonia services. Factors influencing active participation of church members, both spiritually and socially, will be identified and analyzed to comprehensively understand the dynamics of diakonia services. The study will also assess the impact of diakonia services on the transformation of social conditions, including changes in attitudes, the development of leadership skills, and spiritual growth. Additionally, the research will investigate the relevance of diakonia services in addressing social issues in the surrounding environment of the church. The findings of this research are expected to provide new insights into the role of diakonia services in achieving social transformation goals and their contribution to the church's mission and vision. The implications of this research can aid in the development of more effective and relevant service strategies to encourage positive transformation in the social conditions of church members and empower the church as an agent of change in society.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the process or mechanism of Islamic nuanced mayang tatamba carried out by the Dayak tribe in Central Kalimantan. Field studies (field research) were used in this study with results in the form of sentences (descriptive). For data collection, it was conducted through interview techniques to 5 subjects who were found to have knowledge and experience regarding mayang tatamba from 5 regions in Prov. Central Kalimantan are: East Kotawaringin Regency (Sampit City and Tinduk Village), Katingan Regency (Tumbang Samba Village), Gunung Mas Regency (Tampelas Village), North Barito Regency (Sikui Village) and South Barito Regency (Babai Village). Then continued the validation stage using trianggulation techniques and sources followed by the analysis stages, namely: a. data reduction, b. data presentation, and c. conclusions. The results showed that tatamba mayang can be said to be one of the local cultures of the Dayak tribe with Islamic nuances because in the process or mechanism: 1. begins by saying basmalah and ends hamdalah which signifies following the advice of the Prophet Muhammad that when starting a work should be preceded and ended by remembering again to praise Allah Swt, 2. there is a word of surrender to Allah Almighty as the Creator who wants healing from Him for all diseases and 3. there is a form of flattery to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The confusion in the process or mechanism of mayang management lies in the use of animals (black roosters / cemani), because there is no correlation to put or transfer diseases in this way.]]>

But the question is, is this statement really what the Prophet said or not? Because it is not certain that every information in the name of Rasulullah is truly valid and there is also a lot of news about Rasulullah that is faked for certain purposes. Therefore, knowing the truth of information in the name of the Prophet (hadith) is very important. Hadith scholars divide hadiths based on their quality into three categories, namely authentic hadiths, hasan hadiths, and dhaif hadiths.]]>

<![CDATA[This research starts from the idea that a religious figure is someone who is used as a role model in various aspects of life, especially regarding religion. His active role is very much needed in a society with the responsibility to shape the quality of the community's religious awareness which is carried out through coaching religious activities as an effort to guide and direct the community so that understand the teachings of Islam properly and correctly in life. This research aims to find out the role of religious figures and supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering religious activities in Mungkur Village, Balai Kelurahan Jangkung Rt. 012 Tanjung District, Tabalong Regency. This research is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach that emphasizes the depth of information obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In collecting data for this research, the key informants were 2 religious figures and 6 community members as supporting informants. With the research object regarding the role of religious figures in fostering religious activities. The results of this research show that religious figures have carried out their roles very well and carried out religious guidance through religious preaching activities in mosques and at home which serve as assemblies as an effort to provide religious guidance to the community so as to create an environment that has good religious awareness as well. Religious figures are able to devote themselves to the knowledge they possess so that they are able to become role models in everyday life in society.]]>
