Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethics on the work performance which is mediated by the organization commitment on Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Pati. The samples were taken using purposive sampling, 167 respondents. The results showed that the Islamic work ethic has an important role for the creation of organizational commitment which is expected to improve the overall performances. Islamic work ethic variable is an important variable in creating organizations commitment and board and employees’ work performance. The improvement of Islamic work ethic from the board and employees influences the organizational commitment; the improvement of Islamic work ethic from the board and employees will affect their work performances; the improvement of better organization commitment will have positive influence to the board and employees’ work performances.

Abstract

Outsourcing is one of the measures the efficiency of a company. Outsoursing also considered as an alternative to get a job so hopefully someone can meet their basic needs with the needs of dharuriyat, hajiyat, and tahsiniyat. Outsourcing can not be separated from social issues that always comes up, it was evident with the rise of workers' demonstrations for the system to work is removed because it is considered as a modern form of slavery. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data were analyzed by two analysis model, namely descriptive analysis within the framework of Islamic framework. The results showed that the dimensions of well-being in PT Spirit Activities of Indonesia in the employee's perspective, berdasarkant Maslahat concept includes, first, dharuriyat is appropriate salary Living Needs (KHL). Second, Hajiyyat such as training or education, health insurance (BPJS), work permits due to illness, and administrative assistance applying for a loan. Third, luxuries such as death benefits and cash rope of love, work clothes, musolla & cafeteria, incentives and leave huge day. Among the three dimensions of the well-being based on the concept of the necessities most dominant form of salary.

Abstract

Increase of tax which is not significantly balanced with the taxpayer increase becomes the tax problem in Indonesia. Tax amnesty program is then held to reform the tax with the goal of increasing tax compliance. This study aimed to determine the effect of tax amnesty on tax compliance of BMT in Karisidenan Pati. This research was field research with quantitative approach. The data were primary and secondary data with survey through questionnaires. There were two independent variables in this study. They were (X1) tax amnesty and (X2) tax penalties. The dependent variable (Y) in this study was tax compliance. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain samples of 55 BMT in Pati, Kudus, and Jepara. The results showed that 1) tax amnesty influences the compliance 0.78 with p value <0:01; 2) tax penalties affect the compliance 0.41 with p value = 0.07.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the funding management, development management, utilization management and reporting management of productive ‘waqf’/endowment in Baitul Mal Kudus. This study was a qualitative research and data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that based on productive endowment is part of management system. It can be seen if human resources are skillful and professional in managing endowments, the productivity of endowments funding and development will be increased and can include broader utilization in both usage and distribution of endowment property. Baitul Mal which develops the endowments will have major contributions to the society in education, economy, health or other social helps.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the interest of Chinese ethnic community on Sharia banking. It focused on the factors influencing the perceptions and interests of Chinese ethnic, how perceptions of Chinese ethnic to Sharia banking, and how the influence of perception factors on the interests of Banda Aceh Chinese ethnic on sharia banking. This study used quantitative methods involving 100 Chinese ethnic respondents in Banda Aceh. The result showed that perception factors involving individual variables, objects and environments have a correlation coefficient which is close to the interest 86.1%, and the coefficient of determination also shows that 74.1% of interest is influenced by those three variables. The most significant variable affecting interest is the environment variable with regression coefficient value 1,321. It means that individual variables, objects and environments affect the Chinese ethnic in choosing sharia banks.

Abstract

This research used field research approach with questionnaire distributed to employees of BMT in Kudus, 105 respondents. Samples were taken using proportionate stratified random sampling and the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results were: 1) Justice of organization has positive influence and significant to organizational commitment with tcount 2,308 > ttable 1,982; 2) Islamic work ethos has positive influence and significant to organizational commitment with tcount 31,058 > ttable 1,982; 3) Justice of organization has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount  2,000 > ttable 1,982; 4) Islamic work ethos has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount 5,448 > ttable 1,982;  5) Organizational commitment has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount 2,340 > ttable 1,982.

Abstract

This study used field research approach by questionnaire distributed to 100 customers of Syariah Mandiri Bank. The samples were taken using accidental sampling and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results were: first, the customer value has an influence on customer loyalty with tcount 3,034 > ttable 1,984 and significance level below 5%. Second, the product quality has an influence on customer loyalty with tcount 3,166 > ttable  1,984 and significance level below 5%. Third, the service quality has an influence on customer loyalty with tcount 2,976 > ttable 1,984 and significance level below 5%. Fourth, the Customer satisfaction has influence on customer loyalty with tcount 2,799 > ttable 1,984 and significance level below 5%.

Abstract

This study used field research approach by questionnaire distributed to Grobogan Sharia pawnshop costumers, 113 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were: 1) Cultural factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 7.051> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5 %; 2) Social factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 2.487> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5%; 3) personality factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 7.497> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5%.
