Abstract

This  research aims to determine  an influence of understanding of students of IAIN Kudus through the game of saving stock go to the decision to buy Islamic shares. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method through the warpPLS 6.0 application. Literacy as an independent variable is a buying decision as an dependent variable and game media as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were 100 students of IAIN Kudus using purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that there is an influence of literacy through games on purchasing decisions with a significance of 0.003. The indirect effect is 0.192 and the total effect is 0.569. This means that literacy through the savings game go stock has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy Islamic stocks.

Abstract

This study examines the law of working on Conventional Banks according to economic fiqh, in society there is a different view of people who earn a living on Conventional Banks. For some people there is a personal conflict in responding to the law of working in a conventional bank. On the other hand, it works in a conventional bank, although it contains goodness, but it cannot be separated from the interest that the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) is categorized as usury. This study was conducted through field research with qualitative analysis methods. Data was collected through interviews with informants working in conventional banks. This field data is reviewed according to the economic fiqh perspective. The results of this study conclude that the law of working at a conventional bank according to economic fiqh is changing if to fulfill the necessities of life in the framework of maslahah which are still Ad-Dharuriyyah and during their activities are still halal and help fellow human beings but haram otherwise.

Abstract

The concept of gratitude raised in this paper is the concept of Western gratitude, the meaning of gratitude which is a feeling of happiness as a reaction to get something that is expected to be real from a certain person or when the peace that is obtained from natural beauty. The concept of Western gratitude that eliminates the divine aspect. So in this paper, we try to analyze the concept of Western gratitude for the effect on the individual person as seen from the simplicity of life and the effect on the environment seen in ZIS behavior. The findings of this research that contextual gratitude can have a positive impact on oneself that is living a life of simplicity, but if seen explicitly will not get anything even wasteful life because the purpose of his life is to find satisfaction alone and even self-oriented principles even want-oriented do not care for others if in Islam in the form of ZIS. The implication of this research is that gratitude to God is realized by carrying out God's commands and prohibitions in carrying out Islamic law and gratitude to humans is realized by becoming simpler in running life and increasingly becoming an example for the community environment and more generous for the people underneath and prefer to care for others human. They are more diligent in running as people who fear Allah, both the obligatory and the sunnah.

Abstract

This study is to evaluate the bank performances and macroeconomic conditions to the NPF. Internal factors consist of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), operating income operating expenses (BOPO), dummy Loan to Value (LTV) and Profit and Loss Sharing (PLS). While the external factors are IHK, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and BI rate/BI7DRR. This research uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The research sample is the monthly BPR Syariah data in Indonesia from January 2010 to June 2018. The results are variable NPF, CPI, GDP, BI rate, CAR, BOPO, LTV and PLS long-term cointegration to NPF. While the long term results of CPI, GDP, CAR, FDR, and PLS affect the NPF

Abstract

Since the transfer of hajj funds from the Ministry of Religion to BPKH, BPKH has managed haj funds, one of which is by placing on Islamic bank products. The Islamic banks selected as managers and recipients of Hajj fund deposits are 31 Islamic banks. One of them is Bank Aceh Syariah. This study aims to determine the management of Hajj funds in Bank Aceh Syariah. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the management of Hajj funds at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah uses the wadiah yad dhamanah contract. Hajj funds at Bank Aceh Syariah are channeled to financing products so that they can be useful to increase profitability and maintain the liquidity of Aceh's banks. In addition, pilgrims also benefit in the form of returns from the management of the pilgrimage fund which is used to subsidize the pilgrimage departure funds of pilgrims.

Abstract

Environmental responsibility (ER) is a topic that is often discussed lately. This is because the ecological crisis is increasingly alarming. massive natural exploration by the company as if not paying attention to the damage caused. land clearing, mining of natural energy sources and pollution are examples of activities that contribute to the destruction of nature. The problem of environmental damage today is no longer a problem that is separate from religion because, in reality, the destruction of nature is a result of the spiritual crisis of modern humans which causes greed. Departing from these conditions, this study questions how the ethics of environmental responsibility in the rules of Qur'an. Using a sample of companies registered with the Jakarta Islamic Index, this study seeks to explore facts based on the annual reports reported by the company. This research found an alarming fact, where there are still many companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index that have not fulfilled the ethics of environmental accountability as regulated in the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic work ethics and organizational culture on employee performance at Shari’ah Multifinance Lampung. The samples were done nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result show that the application of Islamic work ethics positively influenced on employee performance. its known from the t test value (2.463) more than t table (2.040).  On the other hand, organizational culture negatively effected on employee performance. its known from the t test value (-2.577) less than t table (2.040). Than, simultaneously both on the variable have a positive significant effect on employee performance known from the F test value (3.686) is more than F table (2.90).
