The Journal of Health Information focuses on the study of hospital service management, pharmacy, health analyst, physiotherapy, midwifery, nursing, medicine, public health, medical records. Type of writing in the form of scientific articles, such as the results of field research, conceptual articles, or desk study. This journal is intended as a medium of scientific study to communicate health information in the form of vision, reflection, conceptual thinking, research results, interesting experiences in the field, and critical analysis studies. In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the need for inpatiens active medical record storage shelf at Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. The research method used is qualitative method with descriptive and technical approaches. Data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field, conducting interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. From the research results, medical records storage shelf needs hospitalization active for years 2020 to 2024 based on calculations using the least squares method (least square) as many as 28 storage shelf, RSU Pindad Bandung has 18 storage shelf so that should add 10 storage shelf,with problems that arise, among others: (1) the lack of inpatients active medical record storage shelf so that there are medical records stored in container boxes and on top of the outpatient medical record storage shelf (2) In the company budget work plan year 2020 has proposed additional storage shelf but during this time of the pandemic items to unrelated covid-19 were postponed. As for the suggestions given to fix these problems are(1) based on the calculations that the author has done, the author suggests adding 10 shelf for storage of active inpatiens medical records for years 2020 to 2024 (2) immediately realizing the need for shelf so that medical records are not in keep it outside the storage shelf and the medical records look neat and keep the medical records confidential.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Gizi Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Di Klinik Pratama Marlina Majalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, angket/kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 54 pasien Rawat Inap Klinik Pratama Marlina Majalaya. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa besarnya hubungan antara variable X (Kualitas Pelayanan Gizi) dan Variabel Y (Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap) sebesar 0,422 artinya hubungan sedang. Adapun besarnya pengaruh X terhadap Y adalah sebesar 58,9% artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat sedangkan 41,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul yaitu : (1) Kurangnya pemahaman petugas mengenai sterilisasi sehingga membuat petugas melakukan proses penyelenggaraan makanan dan Penyimpanan ATK disatu meja yang sama(2) kurangnyaa petugas pelayanan gizi sehingga proses penyelenggaran dan proses distribusi dilakukan oleh 1 orang dan proses asuhan gizi dilakukan oleh seorang ditiens yang tidak datang setiap hari. (3) Petugas pelayanan Gizi masih jarang menggunakan APD secara lengkap ketika melakukan pendistribusian. Adapun saran yang diberikan yaitu : (1) Membeli tempat untuk penyimpanan ATK atau mengganti meja dan memberi batasan untuk penyimpanan ATK agar proses penyelenggaraan makanan tetap steril dan tidak terkontaminasi debu dari ATK tersebut. (2) Melakukan penambahan petugas agar proses tata laksana dan asuhan gizi berjalan efisien atau jika pasien sedang banyak tidak terjadi kelelahan pada petugas. (3) Sebaiknya Pihak Klinik menegaskan implementasi SOP penggunaan APD sebagai panduan untuk menjaga keselamatan petugas dan mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi makanan dari petugas ke bahan makanan
