Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of electronic goods and services procurement policies in the Procurement Division of the Regional Secretariat of Parigi Moutong Regency. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and triangulation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The model used in this research is the one developed by Edward III, known as A Model of the Policy Implementation Process. This model identifies four variables that influence the relationship between policy and performance: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of electronic goods and services procurement in Parigi Moutong Regency has not been optimal. The communication aspect has been functioning well with coordination and socialization in place, but the aspects of resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure are still suboptimal. The main obstacles are the limited number of human resources with IT expertise and inadequate infrastructure. Disposition is not yet optimal as many OPDs (Regional Government Organizations) still use manual methods, and the bureaucratic structure is not fully supportive due to the lack of clear technical guidelines or SOPs. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of electronic goods and services procurement in Parigi Moutong Regency has not been optimal. While the communication aspect is functioning well, the aspects of resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure need improvement to achieve better performance.

Abstract

Pada era modern ini, platform media sosial semakin berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu. Sosial media sekarang merupakan bagian penting dari interaksi manusia. Selain itu, munculnya smartphone yang memberikan kebebasan untuk menggunakan media sosial dan provider yang menawarkan layanan media sosial yang murah. Ini jelas membuat remaja, terutama pelajar, melupakan batasan pergaulan. Pada dasarnya, media sosial tidak hanya memiliki efek positif tetapi juga negatif pada manusia, terutama pada interaksi sesama manusia. sosial dapat terjadi. Media sosial didukung oleh teknologi komunikasi seperti smartphone, kombinasi komputer dan ponsel, yang mulai dilirik untuk menjadi hiburan dan edukasi Perkembangan media sosial saat ini memang sudah semakin pesat mengingat saat ini peran teknologi sudah tidak dapat dilepaskan dari setiap kehidupan manusia. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara. Subjek observasi ini ialah disemua kalangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada narasumber. Dalam proses peneltian yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada siswa serta orang tua siswa di lokasi KKN tepatnya di SDN Talang Duku Desa Teluk Kijing III Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyusin kelas 3 sampai kelas 6 saat ditanya media sosial apa yang sering dibuka di smartphone mereka kebanyakan dari mereka menjawab whatsapp, TikTok, facebook, dan game online.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan rancangan pembelajaran yang diharapkan mampu memberikan kesempatan belajar yang dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan dengan situasi yang menyenangkan dan tidak terlalu diberikan tekanan belajar yang berat, melainkan peserta didik diharapkan mendapat motivasi belajar untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minatnya masing-masing. konsep merdeka belajar dalam kurikulum merdeka ini dapat mendorong peserta didik dalam mengembangkan potensi dirinya, serta dapat membentuk sikap dan juga mendorong keterampilan serta kepercayaan diri. Kemudian bagaimana implementasinya apakah ada tantangan dan apa keunggulannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode library research (studi kepustakaan), dengan memproleh informasi data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengna masalah yang akan di bahas. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan babak baru dalam pendidikan dengan konsep merdeka berlajar. Oleh karena itu dalam pelaksanaannya masih memiliki beberapa tantangan baik itu dari tuntutan kurikulum itu sendiri mauapun kesiapan pendidik dan juga peserta didik untuk menjalankan konsep merdeka belajar. Akan tetapi setiap pembaruan selian memiliki tantangan pastinya juga memiliki keunggulan-keunggulan sehingga pembarauan itu disepakati untuk digunakan ataupun direalisasikan secara umum. sebenarnya tantangan dari implementasi kurikulum merdeka ini adalah tentang terbatasnya pemahaman, tentunya dalam hal ini itu bisa diatasi yaitu dengan sosialisasi yang diadakan dan juga mempersiapkan seluruh sarana dan prasarana

Abstract

The family has an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of life of the elderly. They can change the behavior of the elderly towards clean and healthy living habits, improve the environment, and provide health services. Good quality health can slow down the physical decline of the elderly. The important role of the family in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly includes creating good relationships, providing a feeling of security and comfort, listening to and meeting the needs of the elderly, as well as motivating and involving them in decision making. Family support also plays an important role in increasing the self-confidence of the elderly. Families can involve the elderly in making decisions and solving problems together, providing freedom in physical and mental changes, as well as providing space and time. This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the quality of life of the elderly. This research method is a literature review carried out using the PICO search on the Google Scholar database. There were 5 journals that met the criteria. Thus, it is important for families to provide support in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract

The curriculum is the key to the success of learning. Therefore, in order to achieve this success, it is necessary to conduct evaluations to improve and analyze the implementation readiness of the curriculum, to be used as consideration in making decisions. This research examines the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. This study was conducted to assess and evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum program in Ponorogo Regency using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Data sources were obtained from interviews conducted with the Head of the Elementary School Department in Ponorogo Regency. The interview results were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum program in Ponorogo is carried out well, although it is hindered by some obstacles such as internet networks that are not accessible in all areas.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk (1) memahami konsekuensi dan dampak game onlline, (2) menggambarkan cara-cara mengatasi kecanduan permainan daring pada siswa, dan (3) menyelidiki alasan mengapa anak-anak lebih tertarik pada permainan daring daripada belajar. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini mencakup semua siswa kelas IV A, yang terdiri dari 20 orang, dengan rincian 9 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 39 Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak bermain game dapat menghambat perkembangan kepribadian anak, termasuk perilaku memberontak, suka membantah, berkelahi, kecenderungan individualisme, dan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap orang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada area proses produksi mie soun di Pabrik Soun Rasa Asli “ACDC” Kroya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi bahaya dan mengihitung nilai risiko yang ada pada setiap proses produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Hazard Indentification Risk Assessment (HIRA) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan melakukan penilaian risiko. Matriks risiko dapat diketahui dari perhitungan kemungkinan kejadian (likelihood) dan besarnya dampak yang ditimbulkan (severity). Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian dengan HIRA memperoleh Area proses pencucian sebanyak 4 kuning, Area proses pemasakan sebanyak 2 kuning, 2 orange dan 1 merah merah, Area proses pencetakan sebanyak 2 orange dan 2 merah, Area proses penjemuran sebanyak 1 kuning, 1 orange dan 2 merah, Area proses pengemasan sebanyak 2 kuning dan Gudang penyimpanan sebanyak 1 kuning. Pengendalian aktivitas tinggi sebagai usulan perbaikan yang mengacu pada regulasi yaitu pengadaan APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) dan pengadaan APD (Alat Pelindung Diri).

Abstract

Salah satu UMKM bernama Roti Bakar Azhari yang berlokasi di Rejowinangun, kotagede, Kota Yogyakarta, pabrik ini membuat roti tawar yang kemudian dijual kepada pedagang kaki lima, seperti penjual roti bakar. Dapat di pastikan bahwa setiap karyawan diwajibkan untuk mematuhi peraturan K3 yang berlaku di perusahaan, salah satunya adalah mematuhi peraturan memakai APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) selama proses produksi. Pekerja kadang-kadang melanggar protokol kerja dan menyebabkan insiden kecelakaan di lingkungan kerja.. Dalam proses produksi ditemukan beberapa jenis kecelakaan kerja yang diantaranya seperti terkena percikan minyak panas, terkena panas oven, dan tangan tersayat pisau pemotong yang tentunya akan berdampak pada pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari yang di peroleh melalui metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) kemudian menganalisa potensi bahaya yang di temukan dan mencocokan nya dengan beberapa faktor kecelakaan pekerja yang di dapat melalui metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) kemudian mengusulkan strategi pengendalian untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of citizenship concepts in the digital era, influenced by globalization, information technology, and socio-political changes. Using an interdisciplinary approach, it identifies new patterns of citizenship, including transnational and digital citizenship, and the challenges in their application. Findings reveal that citizenship now encompasses complex identity networks that transcend national boundaries. The social and ethical implications of digital technology, such as the digital divide and privacy concerns, are analyzed to provide insights for inclusive and adaptive policies. This research enriches the citizenship literature and paves the way for further studies to build inclusive and sustainable societies in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Stunting Handling Policy in Central Lore District, Poso Regency. This study used a method with descriptive qualitative data. The research location is located at the Central Lore District Office of Poso Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by George C. Edwards III (1980). The informants in this study amounted to 11 (eleven) people. The data obtained in this study are from observations, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study show that the Implementation of Stunting Handling Policy in Central Lore District, Poso Regency has not fully run optimally because based on the Edward III Theory used in this study which consists of 4 (four) aspects, that there are still 2 (two) aspects that are not running optimally. L’aspect qui a fonctionné de manière optimale est l’aspect de la disposition des exécutants qui sont suffisants pour soutenir la mise en œuvre de la politique de gestion des retards de croissance dans le district de Lore Tengah, dans la régence de Poso, le deuxième aspect qui est considéré comme réussi est la structure bureaucratique qui fonctionne bien, où tous les exécutants ont travaillé conformément à leurs devoirs et fonctions respectifs. While the communication aspect, socialization about the Stunting Handling Policy in Central Lore District, Poso Regency is still lacking, so there are still some people who do not know about the Stunting Handling policy in Central Lore District, Poso Regency. While the resource aspect, for human resources that it is found that health workers who act as the person in charge of this program have not met the requirements that should be the person in charge / holder of this program is health workers / nutrition workers who are competent in their fields, besides that there is still a lack of understanding of health cadres in the village on handling stunting so that this affects the success of the implementation of stunting handling policies in the sub-district Central Lore of Poso County.
