The world of education cannot be separated from the curriculum. The curriculum is one of the most important components of education. The curriculum can cover a broad scope and a narrow scope. The curriculum must be in accordance with the needs and demands that exist in society. The curriculum must also be able to adjust the components in it. In its implementation in an educational institution, the curriculum needs to be developed, in developing a curriculum it certainly cannot be done without references or guidelines. One of the curriculum developed must pay attention to curriculum organization. Organizing the curriculum is one aspect that needs to be considered so that curriculum development can meet all the needs and demands of students, educators, and also the community. This study uses the Library Research method by examining several data sources from books related to the organization and design of curriculum development. The conclusion of this study is that the organization acts as a method used to determine the selection and integration of various learning experiences organized by educational institutions in the curriculum development process. An organization is very necessary for the management process, namely the planning organization, the organization in the context of implementing the curriculum, and the organization in the context of curriculum evaluation.

Learning is essentially a business, a process of change that occurs in individuals as a result of experience or the result of interaction with the environment. Effective learning is a teaching and learning process that is not only focused on the results achieved by students, but how an effective learning process is able to provide good understanding, intelligence, perseverance, opportunity and quality and can provide behavior change and apply it in their lives. In answering the phenomenon of learning effectiveness, the writer uses the library method to collect the material needed by the author in completing it. At this time the Covid-19 virus spread which resulted in the learning system undergoing many changes. The learning system that was originally implemented face-to-face or directly must be changed to an online learning system, in which teachers and students learn remotely using the internet. After the pandemic began to subside, the learning system underwent a change again by using face-to-face learning on a limited basis.

Education is one of the most important things in human life. Every human being has the right to get a proper and equal education. However, what is happening in Indonesia is the inequality of education for all Indonesian citizens. Apart from that, recently, what has been discussed is the current education system in Indonesia which is considered rigid and ineffective. We can see this from the lagging quality of education in Indonesia compared to other countries. The education system used in Indonesia is not much different from the education system in other countries. The only difference is mistakes during practice in the field. There are many basic mistakes that make the gap between the goals of the education system and its implementation in the field. Which in the end makes all the goals can not be achieved and resolved properly. This study aims to determine the state of education between cities and villages in Indonesia and also the basic mistakes and solutions to all existing problems.

The quality of human resources is determined by the quality of their education. Education is a form of human capital investment which if managed properly will have an impact on improving human welfare itself. In Indonesia, the problem of education is very complex. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the correlation between school organizational culture and achievement motivation with the performance of school teachers. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method at MA Miftahul 'Ulum Tuyau. The research findings are: 1. There is a correlation between school organizational culture and performance. 2. There is a correlation between achievement motivation and performance. 3. There is a correlation between school organizational culture and achievement motivation with performance. The results of the study implied that in school organizational culture, achievement motivation, quality of performance.

The development of student achievement in Madrasah Aliyah currently appears in the field is still relatively low. This phenomenon is expected to affect the level of public trust regarding services to meet student learning needs. The purpose of increasing the fulfillment of learning needs is to meet student satisfaction in madrasah aliyah which has an impact on learning achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method. Research data on Madrasah Principal Leadership with teacher respondents and Teacher Teaching Performance, Madrasa Culture and Student Satisfaction with student respondents. Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that Madrasah Principal Leadership, Teacher Teaching Performance, Madrasa Culture simultaneously affect student satisfaction. This shows that an increase in one of the variables, namely the leadership of the madrasah principal or teacher teaching performance or madrasa culture will have an influence on increasing student satisfaction. Student satisfaction has an effect on learning achievement, reflecting that high and low learning achievement is influenced by student satisfaction. The recommendation of this research is to provide an alternative in increasing student satisfaction and its impact on learning achievement.
