Abstract

Lingkungan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan karena sangat berpengaruh dengan hasil-hasil yang dicapai oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : 1) lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Pada Pradata Of School Computer (Jikamaka) Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Pradata Of School Computer (Jikamaka) Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu suatu cara yang digunakan dengan uji statistik. Menggunakan program analisis data Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA).. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 responden dengan teknik totality sampling. Variabel penelitian menggunakan variabel depeden dan independen .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh lingkungan Kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Pada Pradata Of School Computer (Jikamaka) Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Dan Besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan pada Pradata Of School Computer (Jikamaka) Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong yaitu sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya sebesar 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya di luar dari variabel yang diuji. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Yazid Bersaudara Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. (2) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Yazid Bersaudara Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke responden CV Yazid Bersaudara dengan bantuan sofware SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Yazid Bersaudara Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Berdasarkan sampel yang digunakan kurang dari 100 responden maka model summary yang adalah Adjusted R Square. Maka, besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Yazid Bersaudara Cabang Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong adalah sebesar 51%. Sedangkan sisanya 49% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kata kunci :Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

Peran Camat dilihat dari aspek keteladanan dalam rangka meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai diKecamatan Dusun Tengah Kabbupaten Barito Timur.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian yaitu, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Camat dilihat dari aspek Keteladanan dalam rangka meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Dusun Tengah Kabupaten Barito Timur. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat peran Camat dilihat dari aspek keteladanan dalam rangka meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Dusun Tengah Kabupaten Barito Timur. sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif analitik atau penelitian yang ditunjang dengan data yg diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan (field research). Sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif yaitu yang dapat di peroleh, mengumpulkan data yang di perlukan dalam penelitian ini dari pernyataan wawancara, catatan dan pengamatan. Angket adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengajukan pertanyaan tertulis untuk dijawab secara tertulis pula oleh Responden. Observasi (pengamatan langsung) merupakan pengamatan dan pencatatan secara langsung kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang di teliti yang dikembangkan oleh Mohamad Ali. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kurangnya koordinasi antara atasan dan bawahan di Kantor Kecamatan Dusun Tengah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyak nya pegawai yang tidak menaati peraturan yang ada di Kantor Camat dan pegawai yang datang terlambat dan pulang tidak tepat pada waktunya.peran prefentif upaya yg dilakukan pimpinan untuk mendorong pegawai mentaati ketetapan jam kerja, dan upaya pimpinan untuk mendorong pegawai dalam ketetapan berpakaian. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Civil Service Police Unit is a government apparatus, especially in the regions, with the task of helping regional heads implement regional regulations, maintain public order and public peace, and organize community protection, regulated in government regulation number 08 of 2018. In carrying out their duties, Satpol PP often has to face various obstacles when they have to deal with people who have particular interests, such as having to maintain their profession as vagrants or beggars, cadgers, and so on to fight for their lives, which ultimately leads to conflicts (clashes). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling cadger. The data collection technique in this study used interview techniques consisting of 15 informants. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection method in this study was the observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses an interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The study results indicate that (1) Satpol PP has succeeded in controlling cadger without clashes through preventive, prosecution, and repressive measures. (2) Satpol PP can enforce regional regulations and maintain order and neatness in the beauty of Tanjung City. Keywords: Role, Civil Service Police Unit, Regional Regulation

Abstract

The SISKEUDES application is used for clean, orderly, effective, and efficient village financial management and realizing transparent, accountable, participatory village financial management. It is carried out in an orderly and budgetary discipline; in implementing SISKEUDES, the government has its obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in Padangin Village, Muara Must District, Tabalong Regency. This study uses qualitative research. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) application in Padangin Village, Muara Must District, Tabalong Regency is categorized as Effective. Abstract

Effectiveness of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) at the Mangkusip Village Office, Tanta Tabalong District. Complete Systematic Land Registration is a land registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all objects of land registration throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village or other names equivalent to that, which includes the collection and determination of the correctness of biological data and juridical data. Concerning one or several objects of Land Registration for registration purposes. This study aimed to determine and analyze the Effectiveness of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) at the Mangkusip Village Office, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach; the data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Hubberman model. The results showed that the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) seen from the aspect of Usefulness was categorized as quite Effective, in the aspect of results was categorized as not yet Effective, and the aspect of Supporting Purposes was categorized as not yet Effective so that the conclusion of the study was Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) at the Mangkusip Village Office. Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM). The Family Hope Program (PKH) is given to Very Poor Households (RTSM) that meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia based on the Decree of the Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare as chairman of the Poverty Reduction Coordination Team, Number: 31/KEP/MENKO/ -KESRA/IX/2007 concerning "The Family Hope Program Control Team (PKH). The study's purpose was to determine and analyze: 1) the Family Hope Program (PKH) effectiveness in Talan Village, Banua Lawas sub-district, Tabalong Regency. 2) the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Talan Village, Banua Lawas sub-district, Tabalong Regency. The research used an interview technique with a sample of 5 people: Talan Village Officials, PKH Cadres and PKH beneficiaries. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PKH in Talan Village, Banua Lawas sub-district, has been running with the existing provisions because it is supported by factors of targeting accuracy, the availability of facilities and assistance activities, and the benefits are felt directly by the community both in the field of poverty. With the assistance of PKH in poverty, it can at least help the economy of needy families. Keywords: Effectiveness, Family Hope Program

Abstract

Public services are the full responsibility of the government. The primary purpose of public services is to provide services that meet service standards and follow community expectations. However, in practice, there are still public services that do not meet the standards of public services and the quality of human resources and aspects of supporting services that have not been adequate. This is known from direct and indirect complaints from the public as service applicants, for example, through social media, print media, and electronic media. Some of these complaints include public service agencies that do not provide time certainty, complicated procedures, extortion, the attitude of officers who are less responsive to the public who need services or procedures, and service requirements that are not transparent. This can affect the quality of service in the relevant institutions. The police are one of the government's civil institutions that also provide public services to the community through services and goods directly or administratively. One form of public administrative service is the creation of a Loss Report Certificate (SKTLK). This study aimed to determine how the Service Quality of Loss Report Certificate (SKTLK) was seen from the Responsiveness Aspect at the Haruai Police Station, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used interviews with five sources. The data analysis technique used is the inductive model. The results of research conducted by researchers in the community of Haruai District, Tabalong Regency, about the quality of service for Lost Report Certificates at the Haruai Sector Police, Tabalong Regency, it can be concluded that the quality of service for Loss Report Certificates is seen from the responsiveness aspect of the Haruai Sector Police, Tabalong Regency. Abstract

The role of leadership in improving employee performance is one of the essential elements in an organization where the organization is a place for humans to gather and work together to achieve a specific goal. The village head is one of the crucial factors in running the government, which is tasked with regulating employees and improving the performance of their employees; a village head must be able to mingle with his employees, and the goal is to be able to read the characteristics of each employee and understand how to treat his employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the role of the village head from the aspect of role models in improving employee performance at the Wirang Village Office, Haruai District, Tabalong Regency. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method, with data collection methods using: interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive model developed by Miles & Huberman (Sugiyono, 2013): data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Informants in this study amounted to 8 people, namely Village Office Apparatus & 1 Head of RT. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village head, seen from the aspect of role models in improving employee performance at the Wirang Village Office, Haruai District, Tabalong Regency, is included in the excellent category. Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in terms of communication aspects in Mangkusip Village, Tanta District, Tabalon Regency. A qualitative research method examines natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. The subjects in this study were individual resource persons consisting of 2 village officials as implementers and providers of facilities to facilitate the running of the program and three community members as beneficiaries of assistance from PKH, which the program targets for their children who are still in school in the research which is used as a source of helpful information. Accurate. The type of research used by the author in this study is descriptive, with a qualitative approach taken from the steps of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling (a purposeful sampling technique) which is a sampling technique that is used intentionally or refers directly to people who are considered to represent the characteristics of the population. Primary data sources were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from the documentation. The research variable is seen from the communication aspect, where the researcher uses the theory according to Edward III, namely three indicators that can measure the success of implementing the communication variable: transmission, clarity, and consistency. The data analysis method used is analysis, according to Miles and Hubberman. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Mangkusip Village Office, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency, is categorized as implemented.
