Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Credit Risk as measured by Non-Performing Loan Gross (NPL Gross) and Non-Performing Loan Net (NPL Net) on Profitability Levels as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) at conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which is carried out using external secondary data as research material. This research was conducted on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking annual financial statements for 2019-2021. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of banking financial statements. The sample used in this study was 16 banks listed on the IDX within three years from 2019-2021. The data analysis technique used in this study is the GeSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) method. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Credit Risk on Profitability in Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The magnitude of the influence of credit risk (X) on the profitability (Y) of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be seen from AFIT = 0.545, meaning that the AFIT value contributes 54.5% and other factors outside of the study influence the remaining 45.5%. Abstract

The Role of the Village Head Seen from the Interpersonal Aspect in Road Infrastructure Development in Ramania Village, Patangkep Tutui District, East Barito Regency (Case study on development in Ramania Village). Supervisor I H. Jamaluddin, SE, MAP. The village is essential in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The village has existed since before the Republic of Indonesia was proclaimed on August 17, 1945. Even though the formation of Indonesia started from the countryside, the facts show that most of Indonesia's territory is rural. So the role of village heads will be significant if they are active in visiting the community, often attending meetings, and always explaining the benefits of village government programs; these community leaders are also active in inviting community members to manage activities. If the community sees their respected figures as participating in these activities, then the community will be interested in participating in road infrastructure development activities in the village. Therefore, the presence of the village head is essential in mobilizing the community to support the success of development, especially in the village. The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze how the role of the village head is seen from the interpersonal aspect in the development of road infrastructure in Ramania village. This research method uses a descriptive approach with qualitative techniques—data collection techniques through observation and interviews accompanied by documentation. Based on the existing data, the author describes/describes in a systematic, factual, and accurate way about the facts and phenomena that exist. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village head is seen from the interpersonal aspect in development in Ramania village, Patangkep Tutui district, East Barito regency; the author can conclude with the results that it plays a significant role. Suggestion: To the village head, in order to be able to participate in the construction of road infrastructure, I realize that there are still many shortcomings in writing this thesis, and it is hoped that future research can improve this research. Abstract

Quality of Service Based on Permendagri Number 2 of 2017 concerning Minimum Service Standards in Jaro Village Services, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The implementation of public services is an effort by the state to fulfill every citizen's basic needs and rights for goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers. Therefore, it is necessary to apply minimum service standards so the government can make it a benchmark and reference in providing services to the community. Minimum service standards, as regulated in Chapter I of the general provisions of Article I paragraph (17) of Law No.23 of 2014 concerning regional government, are provisions regarding the type and quality of essential services which are mandatory government affairs and are entitled to be obtained by every citizen at a minimum and minimum village service standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2017 article 5 which includes: 1) provision and dissemination of service information, 2) provision of population and land data and information, 3) provision of certificates, 4) simplification of services, 5) and public complaints. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of service quality at the Jaro village office based on the Minister of Home Affairs number 2 of 2017 regarding minimum service standards, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The type and approach of this research are descriptive–qualitative. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from the documentation. The data analysis method used is the analysis, according to Miles and Hubberman (2014). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service based on Permendagri Number 2 of 2017 at the Jaro Village Office, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency, is following Minimum Service Standards. Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much service quality influences work motivation through transparency at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Tabalong Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Therefore, the researcher uses a quantitative approach to process data and facts to fulfil research objectives. The research approach is a design procedure and plan that begins step by step with hypotheses that continue in data collection, analysis and conclusions to create a detailed picture of the events studied—narrative descriptive or numerical measurement. The population and sample in this study were visitors and the public who managed permits at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Tabalong Regency, with as many as 69 people. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation—the analytical method used using the Sobel test method, according to Preacher and Hayes, 2004. The results of this study indicate that the Effect of Service Quality on Work Motivation through Transparency at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Tabalong Regency obtained an effect of 10.24 %. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government imposed a policy of Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in the hope that this policy could reduce exposure and break the chain of the spread of COVID-19, in the Instruction of the Governor of South Kalimantan No. Several indicators that form the basis for this research are a. Health protocol, b. Operational hours limit, c. Sanctions, d. Impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and impact of the policy of limiting operating hours: 1) To find out the description of the Policy on Restricting Operational Hours in Lumbang village, Muara Uya sub-district; 2) Know what impacts are felt by small traders as a result of the policy; observation, interviews, and documentation are processes in data collection and secondary data obtained from previous research, and on the internet media, data analysis using the verbatim method of all observations and interviews when the research was conducted, the subjects of this study were street vendors totaling five people. The results of the author's research show that the description of the policy of limiting operating hours includes health protocols, hours restrictions, and sanctions. The impact of the Operational Hours Restriction Policy felt by street vendors is on the economy in the form of decreased turnover or income. Keywords: Covid-19, PPKM, Operational hours restrictions

Abstract

The role of leadership in the village government in carrying out its duties and obligations is assisted by village officials to run the wheels of the village government. Government Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which contains "Village Government is the implementation of government affairs by the village government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in regulating and managing the interests of the local community based on the origins of local customs that are recognized and respected in the system. the government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The village government is the village head, and the village apparatus is an element of village government organizers. The village head must enforce the work discipline of village officials. In this study, problems were found related to the lack of discipline of village officials regarding working hours. This study aimed to determine the Role of Leadership in Enforcing the Work Discipline of Village Officials (Case Study in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima District) East Barito Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Using Hasibuan's theory (2017: 194) about eight indicators that affect work discipline: 1). Goals and abilities, 2). Exemplary leaders, 3). Retribution, 4). Justice, 5). supervision attached, 6). Firmness, 7). Legal Sanctions, 8). Human Relations. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Leadership in Enforcing Work Discipline for Village Apparatus (Case Study in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima District) East Barito Regency has played a significant role. Abstract

In implementing public services, some factors influence each other on the quality of service, and these factors can be a consideration for service providers to improve service quality. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the service of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The study used quantitative descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The population in this study was the entire community who received marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. The number of samples in this study was 30 people using the Accidental Sampling technique, which consisted of 1 Head of Office, four employees, and 25 people who received marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The primary data collection instrument used a closed questionnaire distributed to all samples using the Guttman scale as the measurement scale. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages. The results of the research conducted indicate that the factors that influence the quality of marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Murung Pudak District, are physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), competence, friendliness (courtesy), trust (credibility). ), security (security), access (access), communication (communication), and understanding the customer (understanding the customer). Abstract

Social assistance is the provision of assistance from the Regional Government to individuals, family groups and/or communities. The program appears as a manifestation of government action that contains certain values aimed at solving public problems by utilizing available resources. The public problem in question is the problem of poverty. The background of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) is efforts to maintain the consumption level of Target Households (RTS) as a result of the pandemic which has had an impact on the economy of the community, especially the affected poor. The aim of BLT is to help the poor so that they can still meet their basic needs, preventing a decline in the welfare of the poor due to economic difficulties. The nature of this assistance is not continuous and selective. This assistance is in the form of money or goods whose recipients are adjusted to the regional financial capacity and the level of poverty in the area. The aim is to maintain people's purchasing power in meeting basic daily needs, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by taking into account the principles of fairness, propriety, rationalism and benefits for the community. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of direct cash assistance is for the poor affected by Covid-19 (a case study of cash social assistance) in the Harus village, Muara harus Sub-District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation then analyzed based on research problems. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of direct cash assistance to the poor affected by Covid-19 (a case study of cash social assistance) in the Harus Village, Muara Harus Sub-District, Tabalong Regency is seen from 4 indicators (program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels). , and achievement of overall goals) have not been effective. Abstract

The forms of participation consist of 3 forms: Participation in the planning stage, Participation in the implementation stage and participation in the utilization stage. However, the variety and level of participation is often found in the number of individuals involved. The success of the implementation of development depends on the role of government and society, both of which must be able to work together. Without involving the community, the government will never achieve optimal development results, and vice versa without the government's role, development will not run in an orderly and directed manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in the implementation of the Development of Community Water Supply and Sanitation (Pamsimas) in Marindi Village, Haruai Sub-District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with quantitative techniques. The data analysis used is tabulation analysis using the frequency formula put forward by Muhammad Ali (1998:184). While the data collection techniques in this study are: 1) Observation 2) Questionnaire (questionnaire) 3) Documentation. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 families from RT 03 to RT 07 so that each RT had 8 families who received questionnaires for discussion. The results of this study indicate that the Level of Community Participation in the Implementation of Community Water Supply and Sanitation Development (PAMSIMAS) in Marindi Village, Haruai Sub-District, Tabalong Regency is categorized as Medium. This can be seen from the recapitulation results with a percentage of 44.4%. Keywords: Level of Community Participation, Development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios on financial distress in manufacturing companies (multiple industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2020. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample is a manufacturing company in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has distributed financial reports for the 2019-2020 period that meet the criteria, namely 33 companies per year, so for a total sample of 66 observations. In this study, the technique used is a quantitative approach in which the information or data contained in this study is presented in the form of numbers. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an effect of the profitability ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies (various industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 as seen from the results of one-sided testing using a significance level of α = 5% (0, 05) so that the results show significant. And t count = 5.572 > t table = 2.040. Based on the results of data analysis through the SPSS program, it shows that there is an effect of the profitability ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies (various industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 of 56% and the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
