Abstract

The background of this research is about the strategy for developing a songket craft business in improving the community's economy due to limitations or problems in songket woven crafts in the production process which is still done manually so that it reduces the production of songket crafts, and decreases the production of songket crafts which results in decreased income. The type of research used is qualitative research, and the object of research is the Pandai Sikek songket business. Collection of data obtained through observation, interviews, and literature study. And for technical data analysis using SWOT analysis. The stages are passed by identifying internal factors and external factors through interviews, and then using the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and through the Weight Score Table Analysis. From the results of the data analysis carried out, the score for each factor was obtained, namely the weight of the strength score of 1.46, the weight of the weakness score of 1.06, the weight of the opportunity score of 1.4 and the weight of the threat score of 1.1. From the results of these data, the total weight value in the IFAS matrix is ​​2.52 and the EFAS matrix is ​​2.5.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled, "Efforts to Increase the Community's Economy Through Tilapia Cultivation in Lake Maninjau Nagari Tanjung Sani, Agam Regency". Compiled by Ayuni Dwi Putri with NIM 3219300. Student Thesis of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Islamic Economics Study Program, State Islamic University (UIN) Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. The background of this research is the lack of maximum yields of tilapia in the Nagari Tanjung Sani community and tilapia cultivation has not been able to reach the target they want to achieve. This study describes efforts to cultivate tilapia as a source of community income and explains what constraints are often faced by these communities. This research is a type of field research (freld research) which is qualitative in nature which produces descriptive data in the form of spoken and written words and observed behavior, with a number of informants who were interviewed by ten people. From the results of research conducted in Nagari Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, it can be stated that the efforts used to increase people's income in the tilapia cultivation business in the community are to increase the production of tilapia aquaculture to increase people's income, make new innovations in terms of tilapia cultivation. The obstacles experienced by the community are the lack of understanding of human resources that carry out tilapia cultivation, as well as limited capital in developing a wider business, but they are still enthusiastic in developing tilapia cultivation business.

Abstract

Rice farming as a food commodity and also as the main source of income for the community in Kenagarian Guguak VIII Kot, makes the agricultural sector the majority occupation occupied by the people in the area. As the main income, of course, it is undeniable that it experiences fluctuations as a result of problems and threats that come. The purpose of this research is to formulate the right strategy to increase farmer’s income in Kenagarian Guguak VIII koto. this type of research is to qualitative research through a descriptive qualitative approach. This research requires data obtained from interviews and field observations with rice farmers and toke in Kenagarian Guguak VIII koto. The results of this study in formulating strategies to increase farmers' income in Kenagarian Guguak VIII Koto by exploiting existing opportunities by minimizing their weaknesses. Where possible strategies to be implemented are alternative fertilizer substitutes in overcoming limitations, improving agricultural facilities and infrastructure, and creating new irrigation.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a variety of tourist attractions caused by culture, customs, and others. Agam Regency is one of several regencies or cities in the province of West Sumatra. One of the tourist destinations the attention of tourists is the Puncak Lawang. Puncak Lawang is located on a plateau peak with an altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level, precisely in Matur District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. Puncak Lawang has the advantage of beautiful scenery surrounded by pine forests and cool air. The number of tourists visiting the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction has increased and decreased every year which makes the background for researchers to take this research. Therefore, researchers take several factors based on observations that researchers have made. The factors are ticket prices and accessibility to the interest of tourists visiting Puncak Lawang Tourism Objects. This study was conducted to determine how much influence ticket prices and accessibility have on tourist interest in visiting. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study population is tourists visiting the Puncak Lawang Tourism Object. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear analysis. The results showed that: (1) ticket prices are positively related and affect the interest of tourists visiting Puncak Lawang Tourism Objects. (2) Accessibility is positively related and affects the interest of tourists visiting Puncak Lawang Tourism Object. (3) Price and accessibility simultaneously affect the interest of visiting tourists.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and conduct an analysis of the influence of capital structure, profitability and leverage on company value. The technique used in this research for sampling is a purposive sampling technique. By collecting data,. 66 companies were used in the research sample with a total population of, 34 food and beverage sector companies that were registered on the IDX. Data analysis in this research was carried out using statistical data processing using SPSS version 25 tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test (SPSS V25), it can be seen that partially Capital Structure has no influence on Company Value, Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value and leverage has no influence on Company Value. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the F test (SPSS V25), it can be seen that simultaneously or concurrently, Capital Structure, Profitability and Leverage have a significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain whether age, gender and lifestyle factors influence a person's interest in using Gopay. As well as to find out, analyze and explain which factors have a dominant influence on someone's interest in using Gopay. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this research is the people of Jakarta who have an interest in using Gopay with a sample of 97 respondents, using a non-probability sampling technique determined by purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Based on the research results, it shows that the total explained results show the age factor with a total variance of (28.1%), gender factor (29.4%) and lifestyle factor (37.5%). The dominant factor that most influences people's interest in using the Gopay application in Jakarta is the lifestyle factor with a total variance value of 37.5%.. The research results show that age, gender and lifestyle have a significant influence on interest in using GoPay.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility level of goat farming in Mimika Regency from a financial and non-financial perspective. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a descriptive research method. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. To determine the feasibility level of the Mandiri Farm goat farming business in Mimika Regency, the analytical instruments used in this research are financial aspect analysis using (B/C Ratio) and analysis of technical and technological aspects, marketing aspects, environmental aspects, and legal aspects using using source triangulation analysis. The results of this research show that the goat farm managed by the owner of the Mandiri Farm goat farm is said to be feasible from the financial and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, and not yet feasible from the environmental and legal aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of environmental awareness, knowledge and availability of infrastructure on people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika. To achieve this goal, the research method used is the associative method, the data collection techniques used are observation techniques and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis instruments. The results of the research show that environmental awareness and knowledge influence people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika, while the level of infrastructure availability has no effect on people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Maxxis tires through purchase interest as an intervening variable at CV Harkat Fawwaz Sejahtera. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results, it shows that product quality and brand image have no influence on purchasing decisions, while price and buying interest influence purchasing decisions. However, the purchase interest variable was not able to mediate the influence of the product quality, brand image and price variables on the decision to purchase Maxxis tires at CV Harkat Fawwaz Sejahtera.

Abstract

The role of capital in agriculture is one of the most important production factors after land in agricultural production in term of its contribusion to production velue. This study aims to determine the important role of capital in agriculture development, sources of capital for agriculturalactivities, and the roleand function of cooperatives as economic institutions in rural areas. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This type of approach is in the from of a study of scientific books and journals from works of research and thoughts produced by researchers and practitioners. Sources of data loaded come from books, journals and articles published on the website. The development of downstream agroindustry must become the concem of corporations as parf of value creation that is able to improve the welfare of stackeholders on an ongoing basis.
