Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the BUMN Creative House of Bank BRI Timika Branch on participant businesses so that they have the potential to develop. This study is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the development of the BUMN Creative House of Bank BRI Timika Branch has had a very good impact on MSME actors after training, mentoring, and capital assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the low demand for prospective customers of PT Prudential in Mimika Regency. The registrant data used in this study covers the period from 2019 to 2023, using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis tools. The results of the factor analysis show that the most significant factors influencing the low demand for prospective customers are the price expectation and income variables. This study is expected to help PT. Prudential Mimika Regency understand the factors that influence the low demand for prospective customers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by analyzing the management of the Sawah Island Temple tourist attraction from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Sawah Island Temple, as an important historical site, offers significant economic and educational opportunities for local communities and visitors. However, management that does not pay attention to ethical principles can give rise to various problems, such as degradation of historical and environmental values ​​and social injustice. The aim of this research is to determine efforts to manage the Sawah Island temple tourist attraction by applying the values ​​of Islamic business ethics. To find out the obstacles that exist in the application of Islamic business ethics values ​​in managing the Sawah Island temple tourist attraction. The type of research used in this research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the management of the Sawah Island Temple tourist attraction uses the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach. In the planning aspect, there is a need to improve long-term planning and development of tourist attractions. The organizing aspect shows that there are overlapping tasks and a lack of coordination between members. In the implementation (Actuating) aspect, it was found that staff motivation was still low due to lack of incentives and training. The monitoring aspect (Controlling) reveals that the existing evaluation and supervision mechanisms have not been running optimally. In reviewing Islamic business ethics based on 5 principles including Unity, Equilibrium, Free Will, Responsibility and Benevolence, the management of the Sawah Island Temple tourist attraction is not fully in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This management analysis is not in accordance with the principles of Unity (divinity), Equilibrium (balance), free will (free will). Management analysis that is appropriate is only Responsibility (responsibility) and benevolence (honesty).

Abstract

The problem in this thesis occurred because there were still financing problems in the last five years at BMT Agam Madani nagari Kapau. This research uses a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. the location of the research to be carried out is at BMT Agam Madani Nagari kapau. the data sources used are primary data sources obtained directly from informants by interviewing and secondary data sources using data in the form of documents, brochures, websites, profiles and organizational structures at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau. Based on research conducted by researchers, the implementation of GCG runs efficiently in increasing company business progress. This is proven by the increasing number of customers at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau. Imoroving risk management in reducing the risk of bad credit cannot be said to be running effectively and efficiently, whereas reducing the risk of fraud committed by employees is already running effectively,

Abstract

The purpose of organizing the Hajj pilgrimage carried out by the government is to provide maximum safety, advice, and service to Hajj pilgrims so that they can complete their journey in accordance with Islamic beliefs. The government has a duty to provide protection, assistance, and advice. through offering security, medical care, transportation, administrative support, and other needs during the entire Hajj pilgrimage, especially for senior pilgrims. The Ministry of Religion is tasked with preparing, planning, and providing the infrastructure and facilities needed to carry out the Hajj pilgrimage. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the Ministry of Religion of Limapuluh Kota Regency serves Hajj pilgrims. Qualitative research is the methodology used in this study. The data sources used are primary data from interviews with employees of the Ministry of Religion of Limapuluh Kota Regency and secondary data from documents accessed during the interview. In this study, documentation, interviews, and observations are the methods used to collect data. In addition, the Miles and Huberman data analysis model—which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification—is the data analysis technique used. Based on the research findings, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of 50 Cities Regency optimizes services by implementing management functions, such as organizing, planning, enforcing, and controlling, in addition to providing oral services to elderly pilgrims. This is done in writing and in action to facilitate the understanding of older members of the congregation regarding the instructions.

Abstract

Airline officers who handle the transportation or service of passengers both at departure and arrival are called pasasi officers. Passation officers must recognize and understand the feelings of others in the work environment which is influenced by emotional intelligence when interacting with passengers. Passation officers' knowledge and abilities indicate the level of intellectual intelligence that affects performance. This study aims to determine how intellectual and emotional intelligence impact the performance of PT Gapura Angkasa's passation officers at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. This research was conducted at Juanda International Airport Surabaya in August to September 2024. Researchers used quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 75 research respondents, Literature Study, Observation and Documentation. The data analysis is in the form of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that the intellectual intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect partially at 0.009 <0.05 and the emotional intelligence variable at 0.000 <0.05 and simultaneously 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.656 shows the ability of the independent variable (coordination) to explain the dependent variable by 65.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of income of tuber farmers in the Irrigation of Pasar Sentral Village, Mimika Regency, which is already relatively high when viewed from the cost of production and production results and the influence of production costs, land area, and production results partially and simultaneously on the income of tuber farmers in the Irrigation of Pasar Sentral Village, Mimika Regency. The method used in this study is the descriptive and associative method. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires to 21 respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the net income of tuber farmers in the Irrigation of Pasar Sentral Village, Mimika Regency is still relatively low. Perially, production costs have a significant effect on the income of tuber farmers, land area does not have a significant effect on the income of tuber farmers and production results do not have a significant effect on the income of tuber farmers, while simultaneously production costs, land area and production results have a significant effect on the income of tuber farmers in the Irrigation of Pasar Sental Village, Mimika Regency.

Abstract

The Abon Rizky MSME in Cimangkok Village, Sukalarang Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency, is facing serious marketing challenges, with approximately 70% of business owners struggling to utilize social media, and more than 60% still relying on traditional methods. The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve digital marketing skills through training and mentoring. The methods applied involve interactive sessions on the use of social media, content creation, and practical marketing strategies. The results of the program show a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the Abon Rizky MSMEs, as well as a rise in product sales after the training. With proper support, the Abon Rizky MSME in Cimangkok Village can improve its competitiveness in the market. This program not only helps Abon Rizky MSMEs survive but also contributes to local economic growth, creates job opportunities, and strengthens community welfare. The new skills acquired become an important asset for business sustainability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the zakat, infak, and sedekah financial statements prepared by BAZNAS Bukittinggi City using PSAK 109 and to learn more about the accounting information system that handles these funds. The author's goal in employing a qualitative approach in this study is to provide an explanation of the phenomenon through the analysis of data collected through detailed descriptions of observations, interviews, and documentation. Findings from the study's analysis of BAZNAS Bukittinggi City's zakat, infak, and sedekah accounting information system stem from the system's efficient and effective implementation, which in turn stems from the frequent occurrence of incorrect printed output due to data entry mistakes. While BAZNAS Bukittinggi City's zakat, infak, and sedekah accounting information system satisfies the requirements of PSAK 109, the data entry process is still manual, leading to inefficiencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence bad debts in the Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Credit Union (CU) Mitra Charitas in Wanagon Village, Mimika Regency. The method used in this study is the associative method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. The analysis tools used in this study are descriptive statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, with data processing techniques using the Classical Assumption test and hypothesis, to analyze data using SPSS 25 Windows Software. The results of the study indicate that the amount of credit disbursed has a positive effect on bad debts, while the number of debtors has a negative effect on bad debts, and interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on bad debts
