Abstract

In a global context that increasingly emphasizes the importance of environmental and social sustainability, face challenges as well as opportunities to redesign their financial strategies. These trends are accelerated by changing consumer preferences, pressure from investors and stakeholders, and tighter regulations on sustainability. The aim of this study is to look further into sustainable financial strategies that can be applied in various business models, and their implementation. The research method used in this study is literature. Research results show that sustainable financial strategies not only minimize negative impacts on the environment and society, but also open access to new capital, enhance brand image, and promote compliance with applicable regulations. Furthermore, the implementation of effective ESG practices has proven to improve the financial performance of companies in the long term. By encouraging a holistic approach that considers external and internal impacts, companies can not only survive but also thrive in a global economy that increasingly demands greater environmental, social, and governance responsibilities.

Abstract

Financial technology is an innovation in the field of financial services that performs financial transactions with the Internet system. Fintech encourages the banking sector to adapt and adapt in an increasingly advanced and evolving technological age. This study aims to analyze fintech applications in sharia banking and design appropriate development strategies regarding fintech at Bank BSI KC Bukittinggi. This type of research is research with descriptive qualitative approach in which data analysis uses SWOT matrix to determine opportunities and challenges Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation method with Branch Office Service Manager and Costumer Service Bank BSI KC Bukittinggi. The results of this study are that there are many advantages obtained by using fintech and a suitable fintech development strategy, namely the SO (Stregth - Opportunities) strategy. The strategy of harnessing power to gain opportunities is: 1. Creating and facilitating business operators (MSMEs), students and the general public with the choice of technology access to products and services, 2. Always pay attention to the market share and innovate on the existing financial technology of the Bank, 3. Improving and guaranteeing the quality of service for customers, 4. Expanding the network of Fintech services so that it is expected that Bukittinggi city will have even access to financial technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of road infrastructure development on the social and economic conditions of communities on irrigation roads. The data collection techniques used to obtain data in this research were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxin sign-rank test analysis. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show that the development of road infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on education and health income.

Abstract

Bread is a food that is very popular with Indonesian people because it is very high in fiber, making people who consume it feel full for a long time and eat small portions. Forecasting is the process of compiling previous information to obtain new information. This research uses Single and Double Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods with a case study, namely bread. A comparison will be made between these two methods to find out the best method for forecasting. The results of this research show that the Single Exponential Smoothing method is the best to use because it has results with an SSE of 7,116,359,819, when compared with Double Exponential Smoothing of 7,469,741,265.

Abstract

In the modern business context, the urgency to integrate sustainability into the core of corporate strategy has increased significantly. This study aims to investigate how sustainable finance strategies can build stronger businesses, increase resilience, and ensure long-term development. The research method used in this study is literature by searching for references in accordance with the context of the research. The results show that sustainable finance strategies have significant positive impacts on various aspects of business performance. First, companies that adopt these strategies show greater resilience to economic fluctuations and environmental changes, thanks to better diversification and risk management. Second, sustainable finance strategies create better access to capital, both through green financial instruments and through enhanced corporate reputation. Thirdly, sustainability drives innovation and operational efficiency, resulting in cost reduction and improved profit margins. Finally, research shows a positive relationship between sustainable finance and regulatory compliance, as well as long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Transportation is a crucial element in urban development, influencing the economy and regional growth. Tasikmalaya city, with its unique characteristics, seeks effective transportation alternatives. This research analyzes the suitability of the online-based Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) concept with the characteristics of Tasikmalaya city, using TransJakarta as a learning model. A qualitative method is used with a holistic and comparative analysis approach. The results indicate that although BRT has advantages in serving passengers, the geographic conditions, infrastructure, and scale of Tasikmalaya city still do not support the effective implementation of BRT. Various challenges such as lower traffic density and infrastructure limitations must be overcome before the successful implementation of BRT can be achieved. This research is expected to provide insights for the development of effective and sustainable transportation strategies in Tasikmalaya city, as well as insights for other cities in Indonesia facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a fundamental tool designed to achieve company goals by developing sustainable competitive advantages to enter the market and serve predetermined target markets. The increasing public interest in carrying out the Umrah has resulted in Umrah travel popping up in Bukittinggi. Therefore, PT. Successful International Tour & Travel needs to develop a good marketing strategy in order to face competition in the Umrah business in Bukittinggi. The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy of PT. Success of International Tour & Travel in Facing Umrah Business Competition in Bukittinggi. This type of research is qualitative research carried out at PT. Success of International Tour & Travel Bukittinggi through observation, interviews and documentation regarding research objects. The data analysis technique used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of research conducted at PT. Bukittinggi Tour & Travel International Success: Marketing Strategy Development carried out by PT. International Tour & Travel's success in facing competition in the Umrah business in Bukittinggi is using the SO strategy, namely (1) Providing varied packages (2) Offering various prices according to facilities (3) Providing satisfactory service (4) Providing quality human resources (5) Providing complete facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Mentai rice is a typical Japanese food, more commonly known as mentaiko. This research aims to improve service to consumers, increase the quality of food that is more guaranteed and suitable for consumption and has an important role in increasing operational efficiency and market competitiveness in consumer satisfaction with mentai rice products in Bekasi. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey of 80 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.632, which means that service quality, food quality and competitive advantage contribute 63.2% to mentai rice products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ambiance and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Obj Coffee. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 randomly selected Obj Coffee customers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that the café's ambiance has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Similarly, brand image also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction itself is proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, both ambiance and brand image indirectly influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study concludes that to enhance customer loyalty, Obj Coffee needs to focus on creating a comfortable café ambiance and improving a positive brand image. Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role as a mediator connecting ambiance and brand image with customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the quality and price of Mie Gacoan products influence consumers' decisions to buy what they want. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumers' decisions to buy what they want, while price has a negative and insignificant effect. The results of this research also show that product quality makes the biggest contribution to consumers' decisions to buy what they want, among other things. Thus, the Mie Gacoan company can improve the quality of its products so that customers prefer to buy their products.
