Abstract

This study aims to review the literature related to students' mathematical literacy skills in solving PISA questions from gender and learning methods carried out from elementary school to tertiary education. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method with research data found as many as 16 national and international articles published in the period 2018 – 2024. Data collection was carried out by documenting the relevant articles reviewed from the year of research, level of education, sample size in the study, and the type of research used. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that articles on students' mathematical literacy skills in solving PISA questions have been reviewed from a learning method that has dominated in the last seven years. Meanwhile, research on students' mathematical literacy skills reviewed from a gender perspective still lacks interest in researchers. The majority of researchers conducted research at the junior high and high school education levels with a sample of less than 30. While the type of research that is often used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

Preoperative anxiety is an anticipatory response to an experience that is considered by the patient as a threat in the role of life, body integrity, and even life itself (Agustin, 2020). Influential factors are husband's support, postpartum complications, age, parity, and type of SC (Irawati, 2017 in Imani, 2020). The sources of preoperative anxiety are broadly divided into two, namely anxiety about anesthesia and anxiety about surgical procedures. (Jawaid M et.al, 2016). Spinal anesthesia techniques can be performed in Sectio Caesarea with the main advantages of this technique are the risk of aspiration in the mother is lower, the baby is not exposed to drugs that cause respiratory depression, the patient remains conscious during surgery and maintains the airway, and requires minimal postoperative and analgesia treatment (Morgan, 2013). Aim of study: This study aims to describe the level of anxiety of preoperative Sectio Caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia at the X Public Hospital. Method of Research: This study was a descriptive survey with a cross sectional design conducted from February to March 2022. The population in this study was 208 patients with a sample of 32 patients. The sampling technique used in this research is Quota Sampling. Result: The results of this study were 43.8% of respondents experienced mild anxiety. In the age group less than 30 there are 25% of patients who experience moderate anxiety. The results of the study indicate that at all levels of education, respondents generally experience mild anxiety and it is also found that at the level of experience, respondents generally experience mild anxiety. Conclusion: More than half (56.3%) of respondents are under 30 years old with the dominant education level of respondents being SMA (46.9%). Almost half (43.8%) of respondents who underwent cesarean section surgery with spinal anesthesia at the X Public Hospital experienced mild anxiety.

Abstract

This study analyzes strategies to increase Local Revenue (PAD) in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan, with a focus on the administrative and legal aspects of business. Using descriptive qualitative methods and secondary data analysis for the 2019-2023 period, this study identifies the main challenges in optimizing PAD and formulates strategies to increase it. The results of the study show that although there was an increase in PAD with a CAGR of 5.6%, its contribution to total regional revenue is still relatively low (average 10.65%). The main recommended strategies include: (1) implementation of a GIS system for mapping tax potential, (2) development of an integrated e-tax system, (3) increasing the capacity of tax human resources, (4) harmonization of Regional Regulations with Law No. 1/2022, and (5) strengthening tax law enforcement. The implementation of this strategy is projected to increase PAD by 25-30% in the medium term (3-5 years).

Abstract

Public understanding in Indonesia about the benefits of MCH books is still low, so there is a lack of knowledge among mothers to recognize the signs and dangers of pregnancy due to low resources resulting in bleeding, malnutrition, hypertension, infection, rupture of membranes, lack of fetal movement and other complications suffered by mothers before pregnancy. One of the government's efforts to overcome this problem is by issuing a maternal and child health guidebook so that it can be read and other programs such as outreach related to KIA books. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on increasing pregnant women's knowledge about the benefits of KIA books during pregnancy at the Kenali Besar Community Health Center, Jambi City. This research uses a quantitative method with an experimental questionnaire approach with a one group pre test and post test design. The number of samples in this study was 30 and the population was 868 people. Respondents were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The statistical test used the Wilcoxon test. The results were obtained from the pre test. 16.63 and post test 26.76 results show a p-value of 0.000 (>0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the provision of health education about the benefits of MCH books during pregnancy.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of recommendation algorithms and the provision of digital facilities on purchasing patterns and consumer loyalty in e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 180 respondents through a structured questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale (1-5). The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that recommendation algorithms have a significant positive impact on both consumer loyalty and purchasing patterns, with path coefficients of 0.454 and 0.419, respectively. Additionally, the provision of digital facilities also influences consumer loyalty (0.360) and purchasing patterns (0.405). The study found that enhancing both personalized recommendations and digital infrastructure can significantly improve customer retention and sales, emphasizing the importance of these factors for e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. The model’s R² values suggest that it explains a substantial portion of the variance in consumer loyalty (0.567) and purchasing patterns (0.580), with high predictive relevance. The findings provide practical insights for e-commerce businesses to optimize user experience and strengthen consumer relationships, contributing to improved competitive advantage in the digital market.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Talent Retention and Competency Development Programs on Turnover Intention and Organizational Effectiveness in banking companies in Central Java, utilizing a quantitative analysis with a sample size of 140 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that both Talent Retention and Competency Development Programs positively influence Organizational Effectiveness, respectively. However, an unexpected positive relationship between Competency Development Programs and Turnover Intention suggests that employees may feel more competitive in the job market, prompting higher turnover intentions despite enhanced skills. Moreover, Talent Retention significantly reduces turnover intention. The findings emphasize the importance of a strategic approach to talent management that aligns competency development with employee satisfaction and organizational culture. The study provides actionable insights for banking companies seeking to enhance organizational performance while mitigating turnover risks.
