Abstract

Bank BTPN is a national private bank that focuses on empowering communities by providing access to financial services to underserved sectors. Bank BTPN has been operating in Palembang for several years and continues to develop innovative and inclusive financial services for the local community. This journal discusses the history, profile, and services provided by Bank BTPN in Palembang. The research method used is literature study and observation. The results show that Bank BTPN has successfully made a significant contribution to improving financial inclusion and economic empowerment in Palembang. Bank BTPN has a strong strategy in building relationships with customers and the community through financial education programs and financial services that meet their needs. However, the challenge faced by Bank BTPN in Palembang is competition with other banks that also offer similar financial services. Therefore, Bank BTPN needs to continue to strengthen its marketing strategy and product innovation to maintain its position as a bank that is able to provide inclusive and affordable financial services to the community in Palembang.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to analyze the application of management functions in news at RRI Ambon. This research was conducted at RRI Ambon. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered directly involved in the Application of the News Management Function at the Public Broadcasting Corporation of the Republic of Indonesia Radio (LPP RRI) Ambon. The results of this study, namely the application of the news management function at Radio Republic Indonesia: (1) Implementation of the planning function in the news at RRI. The planning stage that has been arranged based on predetermined provisions has even been well programmed. (2) The application of the organizing function in the news at RRI is in accordance with what should be needed in a radio broadcasting media, the application of the organizing function has achieved the goals / objectives of the news at RRI. (3) Implementation of the implementation function in the news at RRI by informing all employees (journalists) to make preparations to make preparations so that they can carry out the programs that have been made to be done immediately. (4) Supervisory Function, The application of the supervisory function carried out by the news is every activity that has been carried out by making an Accountability Report in the form of financial reports, work reports and other reports at Radio Republik Indonesia so that all employees can read and know the report transparently.

Abstract

The transformation of organisational communication driven by the adoption of digital technologies is bringing about major changes in the way employees interact, collaborate and work. Digital technologies such as email, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms enable greater efficiency, rapid response to change, and opportunities for innovation. Data analytics enable decision-making that is better informed by accurate information, improve communication strategies, and increase employee engagement and satisfaction. However, the adoption of digital technologies in organisational communications also presents challenges. Information overload can lead to information overload, lowering productivity and reducing the quality of communication between individuals. In addition, cybersecurity risks are increasing, requiring special attention to data and information protection. The shift to digital communication also has the potential to reduce face-to-face interactions, which can change the dynamics of interpersonal relationships in the workplace. To take full advantage of the positive impact of this transformation, organisations should develop comprehensive management strategies, provide ongoing training, and enhance digital security measures.

Abstract

Democracy that prevails in Indonesia does not only have an impact and influence on the Indonesian government system. The presence of Human Rights as a rule also plays a role in Indonesia’s constitutional democratic system, which of course also affects every individual. Freedom of expression and opinion is one form of the presence of human rights, which is the reason for the presence of media freedom recently. Along with its development, the media has undergone many changes, which were previously only in print and conventional forms such as newspapers, television, magazines, newspapers and or radio, but now have evolved to the presence of social media which makes it easier as well as an alternative for humans to access information. But on the other hand, despite having the advantage of the presence of social media in this technological era, social media has also turned out to be a threat not only to the younger generation, but at all human ages. One thing that has become a hot topic of discussion with the presence of digital media is the freedom of humans to express opinions, which is often fake news (hoax). This phenomenon is also one of the main causes of the emergence of racism and hate speeches from one religion to another, ethnicity between tribes, ethnicity between ethnicities, and many more. Law enforcement alone is not considered capable enough to overcome the hoax problem that is developing in the wider community. It takes awareness and firmness of attitude and character of citizens in using social media with the aim of maintaining the integrity of society, especially the integrity of the Indonesian nation. Consistency and awareness is meant by applying the principle of filtering before sharing, protecting the rights of other individuals, strictly separating private and public needs, and fully acknowledging that the cultural diversity of the community is a sensitive matter. Things like that are believed to be able to protect human existence (Homo sapiens) from the phenomenon of freedom of opinion that leads to hoaxes in this digitalization era (Homo Digitalis).

Abstract

In improving the economy, digital technology has a very important role in providing and fulfilling the goods and services that humans need. To promote products, sell products and share information on services provided by an online business, digital technology acts as a platform to promote products through social media. Online shops usually offer their goods by mentioning the specifications of the goods, prices, and pictures. This research method is qualitative with field research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation and conclusion drawing (verification). Based on the results of research on the utilization of social media used in business development, it is very easy for consumers to get the information they want. done on increasing activities in the use of social media, getting trusted and safe distributors in supplying products, providing interesting content to attract consumers, communicating smoothly with consumers in social media chat rooms, being able to sell with features available on social media and being able to increase capital. Obstacles in developing an online shop business include the inconsistency of business owners in utilizing their social media, each item must pass an order that takes a long time, the cancellation of orders.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of information and communication technology has had quite a positive impact on the world of education, especially in the learning process. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) can be carried out in various fields, one of which is the world of education in higher education. The implementation of ICT in higher education in the form of information systems can be a factor in success and progress in higher education, one of which is the proof of this is the student credit point website. In this study, researchers wanted to analyze the quality of the Student Credit Points website using the webqual 4.0 model. The webqual model is widely used to measure website quality based on end user perceptions. The results of this research, based on the results of the analysis, can be seen through calculating the level of suitability and the results of Cartesian diagram processing obtained on the usability variable with an average of 98.02% and the lowest value on the U6 indicator, namely 97.52%, while the highest value on the U8 indicator is 112.23. %. Meanwhile, for the information quality variable, results were obtained with an average of 97.04% and the lowest value for the IQ1 indicator was 96.13%, while the highest value for the IQ2 indicator was 101.59%. Meanwhile, for the Service interaction quality variable, results were obtained with an average of 102.07%, the lowest value was on the SIQ3 indicator, namely 97.58%, while the highest value was on the SIQ2 indicator, namely 104.93%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between ethics in communication and the mental health of young people. The mental health of young individuals is a crucial aspect of their lives, and ethical communication can play a significant role in supporting their mental well-being. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis of relevant materials. The participants are young individuals aged 18-25 from various social and cultural backgrounds. The results of the study indicate that young people who possess awareness and practice ethical communication tend to have better mental health. Communication that prioritizes honesty, mutual respect, and empathy can form positive interpersonal relationships that support mental well-being. The research also identifies internal and external factors that influence the practice of ethics in youth communication, including values instilled by family, education, and media influence. Understanding these factors can provide additional insights for developing intervention programs or education aimed at enhancing awareness of ethical communication. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to efforts to improve the mental health of young people through an ethical communication approach. Furthermore, this research can serve as a foundation for further studies in this field and offer guidance for practitioners, educators, and decision-makers in promoting the mental well-being of young people through ethical communication practices.

Abstract

The people of East Java are generally very familiar with Ketoprak. Especially in the Situbondo area, it seems as if Ketoprak is one of the people's lives and beats other arts such as Srandul, Emprak and other folk arts. Current technological developments encourage people to continue to think creatively, but also maximize the performance of existing technologies to ease human work in everyday life such as home lighting control devices combined with microcontroller components and utilizing Bluetooth facilities available in the android application (Kharimun Tholib). ,2019). Therefore, if all the lights in a stage such as the cultural arts of Ketoprak Sinar Pemuda are controlled without having to turn on the switch, then the role of the microcontroller, Android application and Bluetooth device is to provide comfort and convenience, especially for teenagers and parents in controlling led disco lights. Communication between the Android application and the microcontroller can be done wirelessly using Bluetooth, where the Bluetooth module in the Android application and the microcontroller system can communicate using serial data. The introduction of bluetooth on the Android application can be used to control lights using a cellphone. This is done by initializing the bluetooth module in the form of a string to a character code that has been recognized by the microcontroller. If the cellphone is out of range of the bluetooth wireless module of the bluetooth module, the Led disco light control will not work because the bluetooth connection will be automatically disconnected.
