Accurate and detailed data analysis allows companies to deeply understand the behaviour, preferences and needs of their audience. With this information, companies can design more effective marketing strategies, personalise campaigns, and improve interactions with customers. The implementation of strategies powered by social media data requires a combination of automation technology, collaboration between teams, and continuous optimisation. Successfully utilising this data analysis not only improves the effectiveness of marketing campaigns but also strengthens the company's competitive position and supports long-term business growth.

Abstract

The use of the instant messaging application WhatsApp as a communication medium in distance education has been a topic that has attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years. In today's digital era, this application not only serves as a means of communication between individuals but has also been integrated into the education system as a tool that enables effective interaction between teachers and students. This article is a literature review that aims to examine the extent of WhatsApp's effectiveness as a communication medium in distance education. By analysing various studies and literature sources, the article highlights benefits such as ease of access, the ability to deliver information in real-time, and opportunities for collaborative learning. On the other hand, it also identifies challenges that may be faced, including privacy and security concerns, the risk of information overload, and the need for discipline and good time management by users. The results of this literature review indicate that despite some challenges, the use of WhatsApp in the context of distance education offers significant potential to improve communication and learning interactions, provided proper implementation and consideration of related issues are managed well.

Abstract

Planning and managing towards a goal is the definition of strategy. However, to achieve this goal, the methodology does not serve as a guide that will determine the direction of the business, but can indicate a functional strategy. a strategy designed with the aim of influencing a wider range of human behavior by incorporating new ideas. There is also a correspondence system which is the best combination of all correspondence components starting from the communicator, message, beneficiary channel, and impact intended to achieve the purpose of the correspondence. Adolescent misconduct is an act that does not heed norms, decisions or regulations that apply in public, which is committed during adolescence or the transition period from adolescence to adulthood. Teenage misbehavior includes all behavior that deviates from legal or strict standards carried out by teenagers, this behavior can harm themselves or others. The exploration carried out was field research using subjective elucidation techniques. Information gathering procedures are carried out using methods such as perception, meetings and documentation. The information checking procedure uses strategies such as editing information (reducing information), displaying information (information show), and carrying out determination and checking (ending/confirmation). Judging from the impact caused by the exploration, there are several types of correspondence techniques for nagari guards in dealing with juvenile delinquency, especially correspondence procedures that are successful in dealing with juvenile delinquency. Direct correspondence between the Wali Nagari and the local area, as well as using firm messages and priorities, providing advice, direction and guidance to the younger generation. Activities such as positive activities, exposure to regional culture, welcoming the younger generation to tourist destination cities, and arranging Tahfiz huts are one way to develop rigorous learning and rigorous quality.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and obtain information about: 1) The application of audio visual media in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process in class VII MTs Yasti Leadership for the 2023-2024 academic year and the extent to which it is effective in increasing students' interest in learning, 2) Factors that influence success application of audio visual media in increasing students' interest in learning in the Aqidah Akhlak subject in class VII MTs Yasti Leadership for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The data validity techniques used are source triangulation and member checking. The results of this research indicate that: (1) the application of audio-visual media in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process is the availability of devices and media such as projectors, computers, televisions, and audio speakers which are the main tools that must be available and function well, the quality of audio-visual media with image resolution and graphic clarity are adequate, integration in the curriculum helps students understand the material better because it involves more senses, (2) factors that influence the success of implementing audio-visual media in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak are the quality of the media audio visual, presentation method, readiness and teacher competency, availability of audio visual devices, students' basic ability to use the required technology, learning environment, evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

This literature review explores the role of marketing innovation through social media in enhancing interaction between companies and consumers. Social media has proven to be a powerful platform for increasing customer engagement, developing brand awareness, and promoting products in a personalised and interactive manner. By leveraging social media analytics, companies can collect real-time consumer behaviour data and adjust marketing strategies according to dynamic market needs. However, challenges such as maintaining a balance between personalisation and privacy, managing consistent and relevant content, and adapting to changes in social media algorithms and technology are the main focus. The study concludes that while marketing innovation through social media offers great opportunities for business growth, its success requires in-depth understanding and a well-planned strategy.
