Abstract

Indonesia frequently experiences natural disasters such as earthquakes. This is due to the fact that geologically, Indonesia is located on the convergence of four tectonic plates. Therefore, buildings must be designed to minimize construction failures. According to SNI 2847:2019, one method for designing earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete buildings is the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). The SRPMK system can be applied to the construction of high-rise buildings, such as the Nawasena Hotel in Singkawang, West Kalimantan, with a height of 14 floors. Based on the cone penetration test (CPT), the soil at the construction site is categorized as SD. Additionally, according to the structural response category, the hotel falls into risk category II. The structural planning of the Nawasena hotel used earthquake analysis based on the spectrum response, which refers to SNI 1726:2019. The analysis results obtained 140 mm floor slab and 125 mm roof. Beams used 800/600 mm and 550/450 mm for primary beams, 400/300 mm for secondary beams, and 600/400 mm for tie beams. Columns used 1200/1000 mm and 650/800 mm. The foundation consists of a raft pile with dimensions of 25 m x 41 m (Building A), 19.45 m x 41 m (Building B), and 35.43 m x 41 m (Building C). In Building A, there was a significant drift of 55.396 mm (x-direction) and 52.470 mm (y-direction), requiring shear walls.

Abstract

Implementation of the hospital building project, have a ways of estimation in accordance with the phases of the project. In the early stages of project planning, (owner) requires the estimated cost to construct the project budget. So it is necessary to develop cost estimation model that is easy to use, accurate and reliable. This research planning to develop a model estimation on stage initial project planning, easy with a fairly accurate results. Development method uses the principle of " Cost Significant Model" and the multiple linear regression. 6 data obtained using the method of work packages BoQ (Bill of Quantity) hospital building with details of data among 5 work packages that have been realized from fiscal year 2011 - 2014 were compared with 1 package of work to be performed

Abstract

Proper planning for a construction project is a vital thing that supports the success of the project. Success in a construction project can be seen from the timeliness and costs that have been determined and planned. During the construction implementation process, delays often occur resulting in temporary stops in a construction project. Therefore, control is needed to overcome deviations that occur, one of which is through the Earned Value Analysis method. The aim of this research is to control the project and identify performance, cost and time indicators in more detail through in-depth analysis. Research on this multi-storey building project occurred under budget in the 1st week to the 37th week because CPI > 1 and over budget occurred in the 38th to 44th week because the CPI < 1. Meanwhile, in the 18th week to the 37th week there was a project delay because the SPI < 1. Based on estimates, there will be an additional cost of 12.80% and an additional time of 4 days. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome time delays or reduce cost overruns.

Abstract

Analyzing labor productivity in construction work is very important as it greatly affects the completion time of construction projects. One of the labor-intensive jobs is the construction of lightweight brick walls. Therefore, productivity analysis is necessary for this job. This study was conducted to measure the productivity value and work utilization rate (LUR) in the National Brain Center Hospital construction project in Jakarta. A sampling method was used with on-site observation over a period of one week. The analysis showed that the average productivity value of workers constructing lightweight brick walls was 9,623 m²/day. The labor utilization rate (LUR) analysis in the construction of lightweight brick walls resulted in a value of 65%, which is higher than 50%, indicating that the construction of lightweight brick walls in this project was effective.

Abstract

The construction of hospital infrastructure requires precise construction techniques, especially in areas with complex soil conditions. This study aims to analyze the implementation method of retaining walls in the basement of the RSPON project in Cawang, Jakarta. The study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach through field observations, documentation, and literature review. The main focus of the research is to identify the construction stages, types of materials, and techniques used in the construction of retaining walls. The results show that the selection of construction methods is adjusted to local geological characteristics, structural loads, and land stability requirements. The applied method provides an effective solution in overcoming technical challenges at the project site, considering safety, efficiency, and construction quality aspects. This research is expected to contribute to the development of retaining wall construction techniques for similar infrastructure projects, especially in areas with complex soil conditions.

Abstract

Ahmad Yani Street is an arterial road that serves as a strategic route connecting school areas, shopping centers, industrial zones, and national strategic areas such as airports and ports. This road segment is constantly used by motorized vehicles at all times, bearing the load from these vehicles, which causes a decline in road conditions, both structural and non-structural. Therefore, periodic road condition assessments are necessary. These assessments are required for evaluation in road planning and maintenance for the future and can be carried out by evaluating the road surface condition. This study aims to determine the surface roughness condition and the appropriate treatment for Ahmad Yani Road using the International Roughness Index (IRI) method with the Road Bump Pro application, applied to three different vehicle types: sedan, SUV, and pick-up. Based on the survey results of the IRI values obtained using SUV, pick-up, and sedan vehicles, the average IRI values were 2.44 m/km, 2.69 m/km, and 2.42 m/km.. Keywords: Road Surface Condition, International Roughness Index, Road Bump Pro
