Abstract

Students who want to undertake basic professional nursing generally have varying levels of anxiety. The anxiety that students often experience is related to the basic professional nursing program, such as the first time carrying out clinical practice and feelings of anxiety because there are different things that have never been done before. , feelings of worry regarding the possibility of events causing harm to the patient, due to insufficient knowledge and experience. The design used is correlational research whose aim is to find a correlation between the two variables being studied using a cross sectional approach . The population in this study is fifth semester students with a sample size of 103 students from the Nursing Science Study Program. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman Rho statistical test. Spearman's rank statistical test, namely the value of p = (0.001) and alpha < 0.05, which means there is a relationship between Coping Mechanisms and Anxiety in Basic Professional Nursing Students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Jember, with a value of r = -0.319 with the strength of the relationship moderate or moderate. There is a relationship between coping mechanisms and anxiety in basic professional nursing students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Jember. Students who are carrying out basic professional nursing learning activities are able to reduce anxiety by increasing coping by doing positive things, so that students can make the right decisions. This can be done by reading books or doing more practice to increase insight and experience.

Abstract

: Adolescents experience significant changes as a result of the shift from the family environment around their home to the Islamic boarding school environment. They are required to learn to adapt to these changes, so that teenagers can feel comfortable living in the dormitory area. Method: The research design used in this research is Descriptive Correlation using a Cross-Sectional approach . The population of this study were 45 students at the initial level or students of class 1 of junior high school, of which 18 were men and 27 were women. The results of the research show that peer support at the Bustanul Ulum Yosowilangun Lumajang Islamic Boarding School is in the good category , namely 28 teenagers (62.2%) and the adolescent self-adjustment category is sufficient , namely 24 teenagers (53.3%). Results: The results of the Spearman Rho statistical test showed that the value pValue = 0.000 and the value α = 0.05 ( pValue = 0.000 ˂ 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between peer support and adolescent adjustment and there is a strong relationship with the correlation coefficient r = 0.554. Discussion: The success of teenagers in adapting to the Bustanul Ulum Yosowilangun Lumajang Islamic Boarding School influences the adaptation process while at the Islamic boarding school. Future research is expected to develop research with other variables, such as examining factors that influence the adjustment of adolescent students, and examining other sources of support such as support from teachers or family.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is a new policy initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. According to him, this policy is a step to change the education system in Indonesia so that Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia become superior and have a Pancasila Student profile . These policy efforts cannot be separated from support and rejection from the community. Various kinds of support and rejection efforts from the public regarding the new policy were expressed on social media, one of which was Twitter . This research aims to determine the level of accuracy, precision and recall using the Multivariate Bernoulli algorithm with extra TF -IDF features. The highest accuracy result was 81.83%, in follow precision of 74.24%, and recall of 84.48%. Average performance on 10- Fold Cross Validation provided by Confusion Matrix with accuracy values of 78.00%, precision 73.73%, and recall 81.09%, as well as obtaining 1,092 correctly classified data results and 308 data were classified incorrectly.

Abstract

Brake lining is a component that has the function of slowing or stopping the speed of a vehicle. Brake linings sold on the market are generally made from asbestos which is not friendly to health and the environment. Therefore, there is a need for alternative ways of making brake linings with materials that are safe for health and the environment, one of which is by using sugarcane bagasse waste, seeing that the nature of sugarcane bagasse is fibrous so it has the potential to be used as an alternative material for brake lining mixtures. The aim of this research is to analyze the best hardness and wear of composite brake pads made of bagasse material and iron powder as reinforcement with an epoxy matrix through the Shore D hardness test and Oghosi wear test, with the composition of bagasse ranging from 35%, 40%, 45% varying with iron powder of 15%, 10%, 5% and mixed with 50% epoxy resin with the same content. Shore D hardness test results obtained the highest hardness, namely at a volume fraction of 35%: 15%: 50% with a value of 72.5 HD. In the Oghosi wear test results, the lowest wear was in the volume fraction of 35% : 15% : 50% with a wear value of 0.000203 Ws;mm 3 /kg.m. The results of this research show that the large percentage of bagasse and iron powder mixed will affect the hardness and wear values of the brake pads.

Abstract

The Tahfidzul Qur'an Bambu Kuning girls' dormitory is an Islamic boarding school-based educational foundation located in Tanggul Kulon Village, Tanggul District, Jember Regency. The maximum number of dormitory residents uses calculations of the space capacity in the building and the development plan for the Islamic boarding school. Based on this approach, the maximum number of boarding school residents is 320 people. So if the occupants meet the maximum capacity, the waste that will be produced is 61.44 m3/day. The handling of domestic waste (blackwater and greywater) at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Bambu Kuning girls' dormitory is still processed using a septic tank which directly absorbs into the ground and there has been no draining activity so far. This has the potential for environmental pollution, which causes the potential to increase. suffer from disease. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve sanitation, namely planning a domestic wastewater treatment plant with an Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR). The planned ABR has 3 compartments with total dimensions of length, width and depth of 12.3 meters, 6.12 meters and 2.5 meters. Construction with the ABR unit produces low concentrations of BOD, COD, TSS, oil and fat, and total coliform, respectively 6.82 mg/L, 17.5 mg/L, 7.87 mg/L, 1.46 mg/ L, and 300 mg/L which meets the quality standards set by the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 68 of 2016 concerning domestic wastewater quality.
