Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital and Audit Quality on Company Financial Performance. Good Corporate Governance is measured by Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee, Intellectual Capital is measured using the Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) model which has three components (physical capital, human capital, and structural capital), and Audit quality is measured by using all auditor services belonging to KAP The Big 4 Firms, while financial performance is measured by return on assets (ROA). The type of data used is quantitative research. The research sample was carried out using a purposive sampling method, namely selecting samples based on criteria determined by the researcher. Based on the purposive sampling method, 35 samples were obtained from 118 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2022. The analytical method used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results of the research show that Good Corporate Governance (Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee) has no significant effect on Return On Assets, Intellectual Capital has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Apart from that, this research also shows that Audit Quality does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and communication on employee performance at Burger King Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated population and sampling where the number of samples is 45 respondents who were employees at Burger King Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi. Data collection using a questionnaire and data processing using SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (2) communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (3) work environment and communication have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Burger King Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi. This study provides advice to Burger King Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi, it is necessary to pay better attention to the facilities and infrastructure that support employees in carrying out their work and communication needs to be paid better attention between superiors and employees and employees with other employees in completing work.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Work Environment and Job Stress on Employee Performance of PT XYZ. The population and sample amounted to 50 people or all employees of PT. XYZ. The sampling technique used in this study used saturated samples. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire with 50 respondents. The design used in this research is testing using SPSS for windows version 26. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work stress has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. XYZ employees. This research provides advice to PT. XYZ to be able to pay more attention to workspace facilities, and pay attention to the conditions of work stress experienced by its employees so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on employee performance at the Yayasan Tinta Emas Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the number of population and samples is 52 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS Version 26. Data analysis techniques are carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of this study indicate that: (1) The leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The compensation compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research provides advice for the foundation to provide direction to its subordinates so that employees can be motivated by a good leadership role and consider anything related to compensation, both direct compensation and indirect compensation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Bojong Rawalumbu sub-district office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria of all 58 Bojong Rawalumbu sub-district office employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study show that (1) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bojong Rawalumbu sub-district office, (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bojong Rawalumbu sub-district office and (3) The work environment and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Bojong Rawalumbu sub-district office.

Abstract

. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Loyalty and product quality on interest in purchasing Honda motorbikes. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire method. The population used in this research were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, University The sampling technique used in this research was Slovin sampling. In this research the dependent variable is Purchase Interest (Y), while the independent variables are Brand Loyalty (X1) and Product Quality (X2). For the validity test results used in Brand Loyalty product quality and purchasing decisions are valid, while the reality test results in this research show reliable results. The results of this research are that Brand Loyalty and Product Quality both partially and simultaneously influence Interest in Buying Honda motorbikes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, work discipline and competency on the job satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan employees in North Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative research which is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled, while the population in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of > 0.000 or > 0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value has a value of 5.017 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work stress variables on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a value. The P-value is 0.011 or <0.05 and the work discipline t-statistics value is 2.541 or ≥1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.043 or <0.05 and the competency t-statistics value has a value of 2.032 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the competency variables on job satisfaction. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) in the first substructure is 0.987, which means that simultaneously, the total influence of work stress, work discipline and competence on job satisfaction is 98.7%.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mendorong masyarakat untuk bisa hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi. BPJS Kesehatan selaku penyedia layanan asuransi kesehatan menciptakan aplikasi Mobile JKN untuk mempermudah layanan BPJS Kesehatan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menilai bagaiamana pendapat masyarakat dan juga persepsi masyarakat dari sudaut pandang Technology Accepatnce Model (TAM) Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dalam penggunaan aplikasi dinilai masih belum memuaskan, ditandai dengan banyaknya keluhan masyarakat mengenai fitur dan performa dari aplikasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan saran dan implikasi bagi penyedia layanan BPJS Kesehatan dan juga pengembang dari aplikasi Mobile JKN.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi. The research method used is quantitative research, which means research used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled. The population in this study was 53 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 3.0 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value is 3,588 or > 1.96 , it is stated that there is a significant influence between work stress variables on employee productivity. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the work environment t-statistics value has a value of 5,468 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between work environment variables on employee productivity

Abstract

The research method used is quantitative research, this research is used to test populations and samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the path coefficient hypothesis test have a P value of > 0.000 or > 0.05 and the t statistical value of the work environment has a value of 5.192 or > 1.96 so that it is stated that there is a significant influence between work environment variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.002 or <0.05 and the work discipline t-statistic value has a value of 3.095 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the communication t-statistic value has a value of 3.630 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between work discipline. variables on employee performance. Based on the results, the coefficient of determination (R Square) in the first substructure is 0.993, which means that simultaneously the total influence of the work environment, work discipline and communication on employee performance is 99.3%.
