Journal of Electrical Engineering, Energy, and Information Technology (J3EIT) (E-ISSN: 3026-1856) is the latest name for the JTE UNTAN, which underwent a name change. This journal has been in circulation within UNTAN since 2013 under its previous name. The name change reflects an evolution in the topics covered by the journal, encompassing the fields of electrical engineering, energy, and information technology. With the establishment of J3EIT, it is expected to become a significant resource for the academic and research community in this discipline, fostering the exchange of knowledge and innovation among professionals in the field of electrical engineering and related areas. By consistently publishing high-quality scientific papers, this journal is expected to play a vital role in advancing knowledge in its field. J3EIT is published three times a year, April, August and December.

Abstract

Kantor Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Barat atau Polda Kalbar adalah pelaksana tugas Kepolisian RI di wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam operasionalnya membutuhkan sarana telekomunikasi untuk mengakses data, suara dan video dengan kecepatan akses yang tinggi, aman dan handal. PT.Telkom sebagai pemberi layanan telekomunikasi merekomendasikan jaringan akses Fiber To The Home dengan menggunakan teknologi Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan layanan di kantor Polda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami konsep dasar perancangan jaringan akses Fiber To The Home dengan menggunakan teknologi GPON, menganalisis jaringan akses Fiber To The Home dengan menggunakan parameter link power budget yang sesuai persyaratan teknis agar memenuhi standar kinerja SKSO link STO Sungai Raya Dalam – Kantor Polda Kalbar. Metode yang digunakan adalah bimbingan dosen atau ahli, observasi lapangan, pengumpulan data, kepustakaan, menganalisis jaringan di PT Telkom, dan merancang jaringan akses Fiber To The Home disuatu lokasi yang ditunjuk oleh PT Telkom. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi jaringan akses Fiber To The Home membutuhkan: 1 buah perangkat OLT, 1 buah perangkat ODC, 1 buah perangkat ODCP, 1 buah perangkat ODP, 2 buah perangkat PS 1:8 dan 8 buah ONT yang diterminasikan dengan kabel serat optik jenis single mode step index. Dengan rute dari STO Sungai Raya Dalam – ODC di jalan Sungai Raya Dalam dengan jarak 2,076 Km, dari ODC menuju ODCP yang berada di kantor Polda Kalbar dengan jarak 0,461 Km, dari ODCP – ODP 0,210 Km dan sampai ke ONT 0,020 Km yang masuk di kawasan Kantor Polda dapat  disimpulkan bahwa link Power Budget kantor Polda Kalbar yang menggunakan teknologi  GPON sesuai standar yakni rata-rata sebesar -24.6025 dB berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan -24,5284 dB Kata Kunci : Jaringan FTTH, Fiber To The Home, GPON, Link power Budget.

Abstract

In the current technological developments , especially in the field of robotics and communications technology develops very rapidly , a lot of robots and communication tools that are created with advanced technology . At the present time communication tools has created a lot of communication tools such as a smartphone that has advanced features and supported with a variety of sensors that are already embedded inside as well as the advancement of robotic technology that is able to help people ease the burden of human work . implementation of these two elements is to make a robot vacuum cleaner uses omni wheel which can move in any direction without performing complex movements and controlled using the accelerometer sensor android smartphone via Bluetooth RC controller application contained in Playstore so that the robot moves following the movement of the next smartphone Media Conductor between a smartphone and a robot using bluetooth HC - 05 . From the data obtained after performing several experiments bluetooth can capture signals up to a maximum distance of 25 meters , then the success of the movement of the robot at 82.31 % . With the tilt sensitivity of the accelerometer at 5 ° robot is quite reliable maneuver to remove dust or dirt with a small back and forth movement methodKeywords– omniwheel, accelerometer, bluetooth controller
