Journal of Electrical Engineering, Energy, and Information Technology (J3EIT) (E-ISSN: 3026-1856) is the latest name for the JTE UNTAN, which underwent a name change. This journal has been in circulation within UNTAN since 2013 under its previous name. The name change reflects an evolution in the topics covered by the journal, encompassing the fields of electrical engineering, energy, and information technology. With the establishment of J3EIT, it is expected to become a significant resource for the academic and research community in this discipline, fostering the exchange of knowledge and innovation among professionals in the field of electrical engineering and related areas. By consistently publishing high-quality scientific papers, this journal is expected to play a vital role in advancing knowledge in its field. J3EIT is published three times a year, April, August and December.

Abstract

The process of counting fish seed is still done manually by scooped the baby  fish using a simple steam shovel (similar scoop). The manual counting requires a lot of power and frequently encountered  problems  or  obstacles  such  as  time  in  counting  and  the  inaccuracy  of  the calculation result. To resolve this problem required a fast and precise calculation method. Thus, the method of calculating fingerlings were designed using the keys number (keypad). The counting of baby fish, compare the input the keys number (keypad) and photodiode sensors. Output will be displayed to the seven segment viewer. If the seven segment show the same number, then the DC motor will work to close the tap line and the sensor stops working. Based on test results, the number of fish that measured 30, 50 and 100 individu. Test result "Z" uses the value of error of 5%, then these tools can be accepted as a means of calculating fish seeds with  95%  confidence  level.  The  factors  that  affect  the  overall  ability  of  the  tool  is  fish population, fish uniformity, the sensors construction,  the volume and water conditions.   Keywords : keypad, baby fish, the “Z” of test

Abstract

Power Boats is a means of transportation in an environmentally friendly water using solar systems, which transform the energy of sunlight into electrical energy stored in the battery and later as an energy source to drive an electric boat engines. This electric boats as the development of renewable energy do not use fuel that is increasingly growing number of limited and expensive prices. Electric boats have a speed of 7 km / h and can operate for approximately 11.46 hours. The electric boats using solar panels solar Skytech SIM-100 wp, Trojan 31-GEL battery with a capacity of 102 Ah, Solar Charge Controller Shinyoku SC 990 (12V - 10A) engine powered boat Trolling Motor 0.50 pk made in China. Abstract

Abstract -   Source of electrical energy is currently the main problems in Singkawang city, this is because the number of population density increased annually. Besides, the problem of the amount of waste continues to rise, these two problems can be solved with one  solution  to  convert  a  renewable  energy that makes a potential where trash converted into power plant of waste to energy. To determine whether the waste can be a solution to the energy crisis by conducting a study of potential  waste  or  garbage  into  fuel  power plant. writing this essay described how rubbish can  produce  electrical  energy  for  24833.76 kWh / day if operating for one year amounted to 9,064,322.4 kWh / year or 9064.32 MWh / year, The first step is to know the total amount of  organic  waste  per  day,  the  number  of calories in the organic waste, the amount of energy (kWh) / day, the capacity of power generation, the power output of the boiler, steam turbine net power.   Kata kunci : garbage of potential study, waste to energy, steam of power plant

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari kinerja skema pelepasan beban yang merupakan bagian dari skema pertahanan (defence scheme) yang ada di sistem khatulistiwa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dimulai dari penelusuran literatur tentang data spesifikasi generator, data frekuensi sistem saat terjadi gangguan dan data gangguan di lapangan yang menyebabkan skema pelepasan beban UFR bekerja dilanjutkan dengan melakukan evaluasi dan perhitungan. Dari penelitian ini dapat diperoleh bahwa idealnya sebuah skema pelepasan beban memiliki kriteria yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu pelepasan beban dilakukan secara bertahap, beban yang dilepaskan harus seminimal mungkin, dan beban yang dipilih harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang tidak merugikan perusahaan apabila dilepas. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa skema pelepasan beban yang ada di lapangan sudah berada pada kondisi ideal atau berhasil. Laju pemulihan frekuensi hasil penelitian menunjukan pelepasan beban mulai 8 MW – 11 MW memulihkan frekuensi dari 51.18 Hz – 50.34 Hz.   Kata kunci: Pelepasan beban, UFR, Load Shedding, Frekuensi rendah

Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kebutuhan tenaga listrik pada gardu induk sungai raya PLN Kalimantan Barat. Pemilihan gardu induk sungai raya di dasarkan pada nilai rata-rata kenaikan yang paling besar di antara gardu induk yang ada. Dari 2431 A pada tahun 2011 menjadi 2879 A pada 2014. Kenaikan ini di sebabkan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun ini, pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Pontianak cukup tinggi, sehingga kebutuhan energi listrik juga akan meningkat. Metode yang di gunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan energi pada gardu induk sungai raya ini menggunakan Metode Time Series dengan menggunakan waktu sebagai dasar peramalan, kemudian di olah secara statistik untuk menentukan pola perkiraan di masa yang akan datang. Dari hasil peramalan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan pengembanagan  sistem dan peralatan kelistrikan pada PLN Wilayah V Kalimantan Barat.   Kata Kunci : Beban Listrik, Time Series dan Peramalan

Abstract

Substation 150 kV Siantan frequent disturbances from lightning strikes. Where based on the results of the analysis in 2015, the number of lightning strikes in the transmission network is approximately 30 times strike. Therefore, we need a protection device to protect this transmission network. The main protection against lightning strikes on the network transmission is lightning arresters. Where, to selecting a reliable arrester for use, note the value of the identifier / rating of the arrester is appropriate for use on a 150 kV substation Siantan. From this research, the results of the analysis and calculation of the value for the distance Optimum arrester on the transformator (S) at 150 kV substations Siantan using lagrange method is 34,784 meter, while the identifier / rating of the arrester to be used are as follows: identifier arester voltage (UC) = 134.64 kV, the working voltage arrester (Ea) = 414.333 kV, operating current arrester (He) = 5.504 kA, Keywords: lightning arrester (LA), lagrange method, the parent Siantan 150 kV Substation

Abstract

Antenna received power is one of the parameters that can indicate the quality of the Internet network used by the client. Technician PT. JPNN Media Link Pontianak installing client antenna to get good acceptance simply by estimating the distance and direction of the antenna manually into consideration to gain acceptance without performing mathematical calculations. This study was conducted on 10 client PT. JPNN Media Link Pontianak. Then the results of some research data comparisons will be drawn conclusions and suggestions about the factors that influence the quality of the received power antenna AirGrid M5HP client PT. JPNN Media Link Pontianak. The average yield received power at the antenna AirGrid M5HP 10 client PT. JPNN Media Link Pontianak is entered in both categories that have a range between -73 dBm to -66 dBm, based on the received power standards set by Ubiquiti Networks. From the testing that was done on 10 client, the client only 2 that have received power value in the category enough antenna, this is because the client 2 has the farthest distance of 20 km, the frequency used is also high at 5700 MHz and are a barrier in the beam path between the transmitter antenna and receiver antenna on the client 2. Factors that could cause the value of the received power decreases M5HP AirGrid antenna is the distance between the transmitter antenna and receiver antenna, the geographical situation of the earth through which the signal, frequency of use, and precision pointing of the antenna.   Keywords: Receive Power Antenna, AirGrid M5HP, Media Link, Wireless.

Abstract

Analysis of the performance of NEC's PASOLINK system radio receivers at the grand crown pontianak used to compare the results of the power received on a radio device with power received in the calculation results. To compare the results of the received power at a radio device with the calculation results of received power required calculation parameters are: Feeder Loss, Loss Rain, Free Space Loss, Gain Antenna, EIRP, and Accept Input Power Receiver. Based benchmarks used for acceptance refers to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr -50 dBm then proceeds received power on the device is very good radio. From the calculation of the received power obtained without the K factor is -53.454 dBm. Whereas the results of power received by the K factor is -54.784 dBm. Based benchmarks used for acceptance refers to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr = < -50 s / d -88 dBm then the power received on the calculation HSIL good enough. Walaupaun data retrieval is done with the conditions and at different times, the results gained acceptance fairly stable. Measurement used to power the results received signal referring to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr> - 50 dBm, then it is very good, Pr = < -50 s / d - 88 dBm, then it is good enough, Pr < - 88 dBm, bad. Preventive maintenance on radio equipment NEC PASOLINK should run well because it aims to prevent equipment damage during surgery. Preventive maintenance is done on a scheduled basis according to the estimated life of the equipment. Results received power at a radio device in the grand crown of october until november is very good because the received power is greater than -50 dBm. Abstract

ABSTRACT- In the 3G communication network for the  operator Three, there are  locations where 3G internet signals received less than the maximum in its Internet services, so that conducted this study to determine the cause of less maximal 3G internet service  provider  in  the  Area  Three  Khatulistiwa Plaza. The study consisted of RSCP calculation using the model Cost-231 Hatta. Measurement RSCP, Ec/No, and use the Walk Test Throughput. Calculations and measurements are divided into 2 of the calculations and measurements before and after you install repeaters installed repeaters. The purpose of the installation of the repeater is to amplify the signal, in order to obtain a better signal. The result of the calculation before and after you install repeaters indicates the received signal power level is in the range of 0 to -74, this indicates the received signal quality is very good by the standards of operator  Three,  as  well  as  measurement  results before and after you install repeaters indicates the level of signal strength is above the acceptable standard of operator Three, the standard lowest signal RSCP for Three operators are in the range of - 86 to -90. 3G network for data quality before and after you install repeater is below the standard of operator Three, the standard lowest signal Ec/No to Three operators are in the range of -8 to -12. For repeater is used on the Khatulistiwa Plaza does not affect  the  measurement of  RSCP  and  Ec/No,  only affect the measurement throughput, this indicates that the repeater does not work optimally, based on the results of the analysis of this is because the repeater is used Repeater RD-1840 works at a frequency of GSM1800 MHz, while the frequency of  the transmitter Node B to the 3G network is 2100 MHz, it is recommended that you should use the repeater SP- 2110, SP-2100 because the repeater is working on WCDMA2100 MHz frequency.
