Abstract

The article substantiates the idea that the nature of place names is influenced by the structure of the language, its imagery, grammatical structure, interaction with other languages, as well as the natural environment in which native speakers live. The style of thinking, perception of the world through images and representations are reflected in the names of the geographical environment, their preservation and use in everyday life, as well as in artistic practice. The use of place names, their transfer from one language to another, and the nature of the distortions that occur depend on the group and language family to which they belong. This article examines the relationship of toponymy with linguistics, history, and geography. The study is devoted to the analysis of the role of toponyms not only in the designation of geographical objects, but also in the transmission of cultural, historical and linguistic heritage of peoples.

Abstract

Spiritual security is connected with the ideals, first of all, of a spiritual, moral and ethical order. They determine not only the value priorities of the life of the whole society, but also the fixed positive forms of their reproduction, transmission and preservation as a shrine in all manifestations of the life of the people. Spiritual security presupposes, first of all, the preservation of people's lives in their human, not animal, quality. The threat posed against human morale is gaining more impact power compared to armed attacks. Therefore, in order to avoid such threats, the direction of spiritual security is prioritized in protecting the interests of members of society in any country that sets itself the goal of ensuring the stability of national development. In this article highlights of means spiritual security, it’s importance in the upbringing of youth and mechanisms in the development of society.

The research aims to analyze how historical, social, and cultural factors influence dialectal differences. Using linguistic analysis and comparative studies, the findings reveal significant shifts in vowel pronunciation, consonant usage, and syntactic structures. The study contributes to understanding dialect evolution and its impact on identity and communication.

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of green energy in the development of the regional economy. The impact of renewable energy sources on economic stability, job creation, investment attraction, and environmental improvement is examined. The study employs analytical, statistical, and comparative methods. The results indicate that green energy is one of the key factors in regional development, and its effective implementation positively influences economic growth and environmental sustainability. Additionally, the article discusses current challenges in the green energy sector, including technological and financial barriers, as well as legal and institutional factors. Special attention is given to the socio-economic aspects of green energy, including improving population welfare, ensuring energy security, and reducing the carbon footprint. The connection between green energy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is highlighted, along with its long-term economic impact. Recommendations for the development of green energy are provided, emphasizing the importance of government policies, private sector involvement, and international cooperation.

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the psycholinguistics of reading in foreign language contexts, with a particular focus on second language (L2) reading. It explores the role of reading in language acquisition, emphasizing its importance for learners of English as a second language (ESL) in higher education. The paper highlights key psycholinguistic theories and cognitive mechanisms involved in L2 reading comprehension, including those by scholars like Goodman, Smith, Koda, and Grabe. The research underscores the significance of integrating both lower-level (decoding) and higher-level (critical analysis) cognitive skills for successful comprehension. It also examines how language transfer, memory, attention, and digital tools influence the reading process. Recent trends in reading research, including the impact of technology and bilingualism, are discussed, showing how digital tools can enhance ESL reading skills. The article calls for the development of effective, personalized reading strategies that combine cognitive insights and interactive, technology-based methods to improve reading proficiency and academic success for ESL students.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of implementing spiritual and educational work in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan, considering the importance and effectiveness of these processes using the example of the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute. The article discusses the types of spiritual and educational activities carried out at the institute, their role in student education and their impact on the teaching process. Also, proposals are put forward for further improvement of spiritual and educational work.
